what's pissing me off most about the election is how many people who have similar opinions are absolutely tearing into each other in search of someone to "blame" for the trump win. It doesn't matter what we could've done differently because at the end of the day it's done. blaming each other and turning on each other is only gonna help the white supremacists who want to run this country. so instead we need to focus on creating community so that we have a network of resistance and care built into our lives. tear into trump supporters all you want but if you are anti trump, if you were discontent with both options, if you were/are whatever, focus on people who share the same ideas as you and how you can build each other up and make your community stronger. that is where revolution begins. not yelling about ballots that have already been cast.

Is there a way to read all the comics in order? I have read a few out of order and love the characters but feel like I’m missing out
hellooo!! thank you so much for liking the characters and my stories!!! at the moment there's no set 'order' for any of my comics, whether they are for my various AUs or for starstruck's story
i've been meaning for months now to make a master post for my AUs, and as i've been working so much on starstruck's story lately (sorryyyyyyyyyyyyyy) i should probably also make one for her too. but as of right now, it's all just loose bits floating about my blog
that said, i think that the best "order" of the comics would likely always be in the order i released them. there is a clear chronological series of events in all my stories, but i definitely tend to release comics outside of that order
however, when i release a new piece- whether it's a comic, art piece, or even just text answer- i am keenly aware of exactly what i have revealed before, and what i'm revealing in each update. so while updates may not be in 'chronological order' of the story, they are in the order i hope will be satisfying for you as the reader, and an order that is satisfying for me to draw 😂
someone once pointed out that they felt most everything in my work (art, captions, tags) is incredibly intentional, and i was chuffed to see that, because i actually work quite hard to make sure it is 😂 i feel like this is a community that appreciates that sort of thing, so i've been endeavouring to make it an immersive experience for the folks who really wanna Go In on it? but if it ever gets pretentious or people genuinely hate it i'll obviously quit it omg;;
if you feel like something is not yet obvious or clear, there is quite a good chance it's not you missing out on something, but that it's intentionally being left vague to preserve some suspense! however if you ever want to check something like this and make sure i haven't revealed/answered something clearly somewhere, feel free to shoot me an ask and i can link you to any answers (if they exist)
until then, the current best way to find stuff 'in order' on my blog is by going through tags in chronological order. for starstruck in particular this is a little bit messy as there's also a lot of fanart or silly doodles that aren't Lore Related in her tag... maybe i should address that. it was all a bit sudden 😂
for now, the best i can really offer is a few of my tags with the chronological sorting feature added. let me know if this helps you find what you're looking for. otherwise like i said, always feel free to ask!

For the record 'why are you organising your life to be so dependent on Phone' I am not that's one of the reasons I could fix this issue in a single day without having to hack myself and steal my own identity. I am in fact a hugely belligerent bitch about this shit and insist on having at least one backup ec card that isn't Phone dependent usw. And every time I talk online or irl about how this system is Bad and Unsafe and you should keep copies of everything and a cash stash at home in case everything breaks, people treat me like I suggested wearing tinhats and moving to a compound.
#i ran into the problem while trying to order New Phone that basically all online payoptions needed Old Phone for verification 'for safety'#eg paypal and even money transfer now usw#and the one option i KNEW would work was to just go into the shop the next day and put down cash#i have aquaintances who dont have ec cards anymore really and only pay via their phone#insane behaviour. i lost my ec card once and it was hell and it made me reorganize to always have a second card/account with a second bank#in addition to the cash and paypal#so if one system breaks i have others that DONT involve asking my broke friends to wire money for me

Nothing a random person off the street couldn't do!#The fact a patient had their whole ass procedure done with 'pre admit' as their status is another worm can#We'll ignore that for now#Anyway: post is about an endo tech but it could be so many many people in the system#I think patients should be allowed to kill these people bc if I had to deal with them while sick#I'd lose my mind

i hate insurance companie
#on the phone for two hours trying to get Sex Vs Gender sorted out bc at work we are allowed and even encouraged to self identify & they only#ask for gender not sex. but the insurance company pulls what *they* use for your sex as what you have listed as your *gender* at work#which is a Fucking Issue bc theyre NOT THE SAME & i might need my sex set as female for insurance to. u know. actually cover my top surgery#& hysterectomy *which im getting bc im transmasc* but they dont know if i can actually have that changed independently so even tho im#SUPPOSEDLY able to self identify i might not actually be able to in order to get insurance to cover procedures THAT ARE LITERALLY RELATED TO#ME BEING TRANS. and the best part is i dont even. have myself listed as male. i set it to do not disclose!! so the insurance company#apparently just saw that and DEFAULTED TO MALE?????#so now theyre looking into whether or not it will Actually cause any issues with coverage/if they even take sex into consideration when#determining whether the procedures would be approved/denied & if they dont then i get to just leave it as is. which is best case scenario#but otherwise i gotta figure out wtf im supposed to do bc i DONT want to set my gender as female at work#like i guess WORST CASE i set it as female for now (bc they do let u change it at least lmao) & then just change it back after but i#shouldnt have to do that!!! & like its not really my employers fault bc they are *trying* to be like accommodating of trans shit its just#that the insurance companys system like. interprets that information in a different way i guess?? & like they do COVER trans healthcare but#they dont really have any way in THEIR system to distinguish between sex & gender. & my employer only asks for gender. so its A Whole Mess

No matter what the tests say on Monday I'm going to be fine. I'm going to be so kick ass. I just need to know. I feel like I'm going to throw up.

being sick as an adult sucks. wdym my mom won’t just automatically make sure I eat food instead of exclusively drinking Gatorade all day. wdym I have to ask my roommates to make me dinner. I have to Venmo a friend money to buy me more Gatorade?? I can’t focus enough to do homework??? I hate this.
#this is a silly haha humor post but in all seriousness.#COVID rly is just making me stare all the internalized ableism in the eye#yes worth isnt defined by productivity and disability and the idea of being a burden is part of being human and isn’t shameful at all#until I have to minorly inconvenience people to meet my basic needs#I really want to eat dinner but that would require asking my roommates to make me dinner which is just. 5 kinda of mortifying.#even though if someone I knew was sick I would not be upset about making them food! sick people need to eat!#my parents ordered me chipotle yesterday bc they were so concerned bc of how I sounded over the phone#and my friend went out and bought me juice and Gatorade and popsicles and took me to the doctor#the support system Exists I just feel bad about having to use it T-T#I just want to be hugged and read to and reminded to eat food but I am an adult now and not at home#lonely TT-TT#it’ll be okay I’m probably just emotional bc I’m sick and hungry#I also just am struggling so hard because I want to catch up on my classwork Right Now#but I can get through maybe one assignment before I’m too exhausted to keep sitting up#and I have to lay down and close my eyes and sleep or do a light activity like playing candy crush for the fifty bazillionth time#I’ve gotten through like. 100 levels this week.#I’m losing my dang marbles. This is my second week at my new job and when I walked in this morning someone said, "Oh thank goodness." No hold on, I should not be important enough for you to say thank goodness yet. Absolutely not

today was cursed at work and it continued to get worse after I left. haha not my problem byeeee <33
#a 250lb shopping cart fell over onto me <3#the printers broke#the salon staff called in sick an hour before their shift and we had to cancel and phone 8 hours of fully booked appointments#our night cashier had to leave to go to the hospital#it’s the last day of an online sale and we had 80 orders waiting for us this morning and the person on orders was only there for 5 hours#we ran out of elastics#a man phoned inside to get me to bring his order out to his car (1 3lb bag of food. really difficult to come in + get himself apparently)#and had the nerve to say ‘it’s raining you should get inside’ BITCH I WOULDN’T BE OUT HERE IF YOU GOT UP OFF YOUR ASS#and to top it off. our whole register system just crashed apparently and we can only do cash now.#nightmareeeeeee

Feeling absolutely baked today. Never taking nytol again, it sends me to the shadow realm
#had to wake up early because they gave me the earliest possible time slot for my ikea order#and my sleep schedule has been all kinds of fucked up so i had zero faith in my ability to fall asleep before 2am#nytol had me down for the count by midnight but at what cost#the desk arrived at 9:30. god that was a whole thing as well#mans called me; just said ‘hello this is ikea! we will be there in 20 minutes’#i was like ‘oh that’s great! thank you’ he reiterated ominously: ‘we are coming NOW’ and hung up the phone#so i put together the desk which was a whole ass process and i’m still waiting on the rug and chair because dhl hates me#i feel a bit like lucy westenra probably did when she was getting drained of blood all those times. yes i’m rereading dracula#the nytol induced dreams last night were.. a lot#dreamt i was living in a huge derelict mansion with no drainage system whatsoever… you shit directly through the floor into the room below#and just keep the door to said room shut and hope the smell doesn’t permeate the rest of the house. ???? dreadful concept#so essentially whatever room is below the bathroom is out of bounds forever#also present in the dream was this guy i swear to god i have not thought about in 12 years at least#he was my first ever crush. ever ever. i mean we were both 8 years old#i looked him up. he is now a gay ballet dancer. such is life#we did go to school together throughout like most of the school system but i forgot about him after high school because i mean..#fuck those people. SO bizarre that he would show up in my dream#i remember i was trying to convince him to eat something other than bread and he did not want to. based honestly#well if anyone needs me i’m going to order food in the hopes of reviving myself#personal

jesus, I really gotta switch pharmacies. they just straight delete my refill requests through software errors like a full half of the time at this point.
#according to the staff it's just some kind of software issue#they seem to have no idea when/if it will be fixed and some of them don't seem to know it's even happening at all#in order to get around it I have to talk to them directly#either over the phone or in person#(this is Walgreens btw)#(idk if anyone else is having similar issues)#but when my other med did get successfully refilled it said there was still 1 rx in progress#so idk where in the process it shits the bed#I suppose I haven't tried using the automated phone refill system in a while#maybe that will circumvent it idk
