Phillipa and Kade have had to keep their romance quiet for the sake of preserving their jobs, but it’s working for them. It has really allowed the two to develop both a romance, privately, but a friendship and admiration for one and other.

For the first time in her life, it looks like ambition may be sidelined for romance. Considering he’s chief of staff, Phillipa is still aiming for the top.

PHILLIPA: Leaving the hospital? That’s a huge life decision, you can’t just quit your job without talking to me? Where are you going? Where would you go? What about us? If you leave the hospital... are you transferring out of state? Oh no, Kade where are you going? Is this you breaking up with me?

KADE: Phillipa, no. I’m doing this for us. I have a job lined up already. I’m going to a private practice just outside of the city.

PHILLIPA: And this is the first I’m hearing of it?

KADE : Well... I wanted this to be a surprise.

Happy Mother’s Day! From the Lemon family moms, grand-moms, and moms to be!

Movie nights are family affairs, but this one was just the teens. Can you tell that Chester and Bertie are feeling outnumbered, now that Byron is a full blown adult? Serena, however, seems to really enjoy the four girls, herself, Lovelace, Phillipa, and Fern, dominating the vote for what they watch.

Bertie and Phillipa are both very dedicated to their studies. As the two just happen to be siblings, they reap the benefits of having a live in study buddy.

Kevin and Kinsley opted for a Jack and Jill over the traditional bachelor & bachelorette parties. The teens and young adult of gen III posed for a photo- but you are crazy if you think Wren was not about to insert herself in for a photo opportunity. She will take any opportunity to show off her post baby comeback bod.

Georgia busts a move, right into Ernest’s rib cage.

Georgia: Sorry, Ernie, the music moves me.
