Flight 084 snapped in half mid-air somewhere over the Pacific and fell out of the sky. Like a magnet, it managed to find its way hurtling into the sand; full speed like a missile. The tail end of the plane is nowhere in sight; the front half of the plane is alight with flames that send dark curls of smoke up to the clouds. If they're looking, they'll see the smoke, they'll find the survivors. But they're not looking.

Strangers he'd shared the cabin space with moments ago are panicking all around him. An English woman sobs and screams into the sky until her throat is raw. A short British man shouts wildly for his girlfriend, a blonde woman unconscious in the sand. An Asian woman trembles as she gets to her feet, her eyes wide and shocked as she surveys the beach.

These are the facts. Objective facts. Phil Coulson rewatches it in his mind over and over, it keeps him grounded as the unimaginable happens around him.

I've been rewatching Lost (my One True Love, I adore this show with my whole heart) and am still very much AOS obsessed. I am unhinged. One day I'm making a moodboard, next thing you know there's gonna be a 500k Lost AU fic floating around the AOS tag. This is a cry for help. Someone stop me before I'm in over my head.

I’ve been compiling pieces and thinking about this for weeks and I finally have time to put them all in one place! I’ve been in this fandom for years but only started interacting with and contributing when the series ended but I have loved every moment of it. Now, I’m also indecisive but I tried my best to narrow down my favorites! Without further ado, here we go!

My Favorite Personal Works:

I will help you through the Darkness - This was something I thought of writing for years and finally having the courage to do it felt amazing. It’s not my most popular fic but it means a lot to me and has sooo many MayDaisy feels

Saving Daisy from a Future of Pain - arguably the fic that got me to write, also one of my most popular. Alternate timeline Philinda adopt baby Daisy and I love it so much.

The Allies and Hope we find in Liminal Spaces - Also a story I thought of years ago and loved writing. Plus having my two favorite superheroes (ie Daisy and Natasha) meet was so fun to write

One day we were Kids, then we were in Love - despite it still being a bunch of one-shots, I consider it my first attempt at chapter writing. Plus childhood friends Daisy, Trip and Lincoln warm my heart.

Happiness is Here - I recently became reobsessed with Huntingbird and this was my first attempt at writing it and I’m proud of how it turned out

My Favorite Works of Others:

The Important Thing is to Try by @pocketmouse18 - Philinda foster middle school age Skye and Jemma and 15 year old Bobbi. Probably one of my all time favorite foster fics. Seriously, it’s beautiful!!

i promised myself i wouldn't let you complete me and there is so much to tell you, there is so much to see by @bobbimorseisbisexual - Another amazing foster AU centered around Bobbi (which is incredible) and a really touching work of art focused on Bobbi and Hunter meeting the team again after season 7. (Really though I recommend all of Al’s fics because there is probably something for everyone)

To Live for the Hope of It All by @momentofch-aos - this Dousy coffee shop AU is so cute and fluffy! I can’t recommend it or it’s sequel enough!!

Forever’s Already Started (you just don’t know it yet) by @aleksandrachaev - Philindaisy feels that I love sooo much. (Honorable mentions by Kat include Chasing Cars (even after the story ends) and the one-shot where Daisy explains the events of Nov 5 2020 to Coulson because both are works of art)

Take You Home by @treaddelicately - Another Dousy AU but also Philindaisy + Kora family fluff

Now this is where I get indecisive so I’ve decided to just list a couple of my favorite creators and one of my favorites from their work.
