Hey Bry can you give me a music Rec? I've been dealing with a rough spot in my depression for a while now but I'm seeing that exit from this tunnel and I was hoping you could recommend some good worship songs. I want to sing again :).

I actually don’t listen to much contemporary worship music at all. when I’m in a dark spot, my go-to is old hymns; they are lyrically rich, scripturally sound, and I find they reach a part of my soul that modern worship often just brushes up against. I hope you don’t mind if my recommendations are songs you likely already know.

here are some of my absolute favourites. just thinking about the words makes me tear up sometimes:

How Great Thou Art

It Is Well With My Soul
