Barely surviving internship. On the day of photoshoot I was from duty so sorry for the excess eye baggage.

This will be my 3rd graduation picture. There will be 3-4 more. HAHAHA. I dont even know if I will survive everything but hopefully. HAHAHAHA. Yes I had gained a lot of weight. No, I'm not pregnant (for those marites na nagsasabi na buntis ako mauuna pa po mga anak nyo kesa sa akin) I had to do binge eating every after duty because its the only meal I can eat. HAHAHA. Ang hirap pala talaga magdoctor. You keep telling your patients to eat on time and stay hydrated while you barely eat and sleep on your 24 hours - 36 hours - 48 hours duty. So yea, I think it will still be worth it.

Thank you God for the blessings I recieved and will recieved. Thank you for always guiding me towards the path I chose. Thank you Lord God for everything.

Thank you mama and papa for always supporting me in pursuing my dream. Supporting me financially, morally and spiritually. Thank you also for spoiling me with foods and hatid-sundo even if sa MOA or pasay lang just to make sure na comfy ako during my trips going home to cavite and going back to pasig. Thank you for your love. I know its also hard on you guys especially that I will eventually miss many occasions and celebrations in our family. Thank you for not giving up on me when I was about to give up on my dreams and self. I remembered telling my mom that I want to quit medschool because I think its not my purpose in life. My mom replied, "alam ko nakakapagod ate pero alam mong gusto mo yung ginagawa at gagawin mo. Think positive lang. Support lang kame ni papa palagi sa likod mo" and me crying in the hallway because I was touched and scared to flank the exams when i studied morethan 16 hours for that.

Thank you nana, tata and daddy for always believing that i can achieve everything as long as i work hard on it. Thank you for taking good care of me and my sisters. Thank you for always reminding me that you all are also there when I need help especially financially. Thank you for making me feel like I can conquer all the things.

Thank you sisters, for supporting ate and always saying na ok lang yan chiska. Paguwi mo kakaen na lang tayo. And for giving me gcash to buy foods and stuffs i need.

Thank you to my titas and titos who would occasionally buy me things for my dorm, school, and luho (especially bags and shoes).

Thank you to all my medfriends who eventually become my family and my kasangga during medschool and internship. Thank you guys. Without you my medschool and internship life will be boring. I will surely miss you all.

I will soon be signing off as a PGI. Haha.

One of the bloodiest suturing ever maliban don sa dalwang may artery ligation. Popliteal area suturing. May teared muscle. Given 1g tranexamic plus 500 mg after 6 hours + epi pack to stop bleeding but still bleed kahit tadtad na ko ng lagay ng anesthesia. Kuya please next time icheck mo muna yung paligid or yung upuan bago ka umupo please. 13 stitches para la g tumigil na totally sa pag agos ng dugo. At sana pumunta ka ng opd the following week para matanggal suture mo.

I always wonder why did I end up becoming a doctor when I've been very impatient. Like everytime you ask me a question and you repeat it again for 2-3x I get so annoyed that mt normal loud voice becomes louder. And when explaining to the patient sometimes I think they think that i'm mad even though im not. HAHAHAHA. But seriously, I always wish that I can be patient and have a soft lovely voice. Hahaha. I can barely think of what will happen to me in the future or if this profession is really for me. But I really hope so.

Dahil tinamad pumasok nag RADIOLOGY sa special electives. Hahaha. Perp so far so good(?) Pero wala pa rin talaga ako ideya sa imaging and all shits. Samplex lang to nung medschool e HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. Pero seryoso medyo nakakatuwa lang dito hahaha. Pero ang boring pa rin. 😅😅

Mukhang gusto ko na din irule out ang ENT ayoko na ng mga batang nakakalunok ng piso,bentsingko at mga nagsusuksok ng beads sa ilong 🙄🙄🙄 balakayojan tas dahil nasasaktan yung anak magagalit yung nanay 🙄🙄🙄 kasora balakajan mother. Ikawmagextract ng kinaen ng anak mo. 🙄😂 Pero kasimasya din to since medical and surgical sya. Bano lang talaga akosa tenga. So goodluckna lang sa options ko. HAHAHAHA.

Reasons why?

1) i cant stand crying babies. I want to toss them and shut their mouths. (Pero kung anak ko baka sabay kame umiyak HAHAHAHA)

2) i cant insert IV properly in newborns but I can do extraction ABG, and Venipunctures.

3) i cant be so gentle

4) i always think about what if this happened to my nephews

5) i cant stand seing them hurt or whatever. Naaawa ako sobra.

6) basta ayoko lang talaga. Dami din computation ng pediatric dose.

I realize today na I am out of my comfort zone. Lalong kumakapal mukha ko ngayon. Nung una takot talaga ako pumasok sa RMC kasi nga di sya parte ng comfort zone ko. Choices ko noon is QCGH, CHINESE GEN, FUMC OR GEAMH. Then nagaaya barkada na magsama sama kame sa RMC. Tapos ayun ginawa ko na syang first choice. Kasi advise din ng mga profs namin dapat may friend ka kung saang ospital ka tutungo para may shoulder to cry on or breather ka. Then eto medyo lumalaki ang aking circle. Haha. Sana maging tuloy tuloy na talaga. Sana maboost ko rin lalo confidence ko syempre para sa pasyente. Para din sa mga JIs ko na tinuturuan ko kahit masakit sila sa ulo. HAHAHAHAHA.
