This is going to bring more attention to this commuting service and bring a wider acknowledgment to the service.

Tension.

Cost of tickets ($12.50 each way)

Cancellation of the ferry service: having a backup plan (such as another mode of transport which will take them to the boat wharf’s where their cars will be parked) for these commuters if the service is cancelled due to weather/conditions). This would ensure a level of trust with the users to make sure they get to their destinations.
