I hope a tornado forms and touches ground-  and that the chaos blinds the sound I hope it tears this house from around my head-  and rips scars into the ground,  To imprint on what had come my way- and what had been left to see  I know this storm is surely you, my dear I know the aftermath is me And though I've known this storm in all it’s truth Oh It has killed me- truthfully.

Battle Of The Sexes

I love him.

But she makes my body do things I never knew possible.

He has my heart.

But she’s working her way in.

He gave up.

But I believe she never will.

I believed in him.

But she’s genuine.

He’s traveling the world.

But I am her world.

He’s never proven himself.

But she’s never given me a reason to doubt.

For him loyalty doesn’t exist.

For her loyalty is everything.

He’s not willing to fight the battle.

So she’s already won.
