i’m okay with not knowing.

looking back at all my tweets and writing from last year when I was in an 11th house profection year and personal year 9, I realize that I transform so much in what feels like so little time. there were so many moments of “ohh I know what’s going on now... I know what the universe is trying to teach me here,” but I seem not to resonate with something I would’ve said even 4 months ago. 

it’s funny looking back at 2020 now; being in my 12th house profection year, accepting the truth of my shadow side and how it’s affected my life. I know I’ve still got far to go with becoming friends with my shadow, but it’s like she has this smug look on her face while telling me “you thought you knew, but you just touched the surface last year. wait until you uncover so much more.” 

and I admit, last year was so tiring for me. coming face to face with the truth is tiring! pluto and saturn conjunct my natal sun shattered so much in my life. I had my time of escapism, I had my time of sadness and anger. now, I willingly want to sit in these emotions that arise because I’m done with running from myself. let’s see where 2021 takes me.

4/28: Numerology from Nebula

Another Freebie from Nebula, is a numerology horoscope. Now, most people have not heard of numerology. Its the idea that when you assign values to letters, or turn dates into numbers 1-9, that you can assign a meaning to them. Most ideas of numerology use the Pythagorean Theorem. 

Not giving away my birthday, but I was a 3 for step 1, and a 7 for step 2. I guess I could say that applies for me this year. Honestly, if I look at the diagram and go 4 for step 1, and 8 for step 2, that feels more appropriate. It is very good for a simplified version of Numerology that most people can understand though.

I'm nearing the end of a 17/8 personal year in October. I'm reading over the rest of the energy of the period then the next 3 months. To find your personal year number take your birth month, day, and year. This will give you your personal number from that date until your next birthday. I woke up and realized why the Empress card kept appearing for me throughout this year. To no surprise, the card is ruled by Libra, my Solar Return rising sign. I ask myself - What does embracing my femininity look and feel like to me? How have I been taking care of myself this past month? What have I bought for myself that wasn’t something I needed? What have I done that was solely for myself?

I think about Binoo when I think about Virgo, possibly Libra energy. She always cleans herself after eating. She basks in a big stretch when she allow me to brush her. She doesn’t hesitate to ask for more treats if I’m giving them out. So essentially, she’s my self-care role model.

The Libra placements I know are big on self-care, on beauty, and looking clean and presentable. It doesn’t mean I’ve got to start embodying that energy specifically, which is why I go back to the questions - What does embracing femininity look like to me? What does caring for myself look like?

I go back to Amber’s Leo video for June and how she says “Rarely do I ever see Leos living up to that selfish stereotype.” I don’t know, Amber. I also don’t know why I dim my shine. Why is it such a question for me whenever it comes to something I want to do or say or wear? I’ll be working with the Empress and Sun energy.

Da un anno personale all’altro...

Quando si parla di anno personale si intende una energia particolare che va a influenzare l’anno della persona che lo vivrà ma, difficilmente si spiega ciò che accade durante questo passaggio.

Molti si immaginano il passaggio come un taglio netto e immediato ma non è assolutamente così, anzi: il passaggio da un anno personale all’altro comincia a vibrare nell’aria già 1/2 mesi prima del passaggio effettivo - alcuni la avvertono prima, altri dopo - .

Piccole sollecitazioni interne che cominciano a prendere  forza, diversa percezione della realtà, consapevolezza di se stessi e dell’altro diversa.

Ognuno di noi le percepisce in modo personale e diverso ma in linea di massima ogni passaggio ha caratteristiche comuni (un po’ come accade in astrologia).

Chi passa da un anno anno personale 1 a un anno personale 2 vive la turnazione forse più difficile: l’anno 1 infatti è l’anno dell’autoaffermazione mentre il 2 è l’anno della cooperazione dell’apertura all’altro. L’anno 1 è un anno in cui tutto spinge a autosufficienza, esplorazione solitaria di nuovi modi di fare. Solitudine buona e costruttiva. L’anno 2 vede l’individuo in mezzo agli altri, nelle relazioni, in coesione e comunione. Le due energie sono apparentemente incompatibili. Questo non vuol dire che debba essere per forza drammatico, ma sicuramente un po’ disorientante se vissuto senza consapevolezza. A seconda della carta numerologica personale, può cominciare ad essere avvertito già a ottobre o comunque entro metà novembre concludendo la turnazione a gennaio. 

Il passaggio dall’anno 2 all’anno 3 prevede lo spostamento dell’attenzione da una prospettiva di collaborazione e spirito di squadra all’espressione creativa e spinta alla socializzazione. Il focus è spostato sull’essere, sull’auto espressione,sulla creatività e la socializzazione formale e non. Molto facilmente, perciò, chi lo vive può sentirsi meno “interessato” alle relazioni già in essere e più propenso a stringere nuovi legami che risuonano con la spinta creativa del 3. La transizione può cominciare già a fine ottobre. Ma è percepita fino a inizio dicembre e si conclude a metà gennaio.

Dal 3 al 4, invece, si avvertirà, probabilmente, la tendenza a frenare la socializzazione.   L’attenzione si sposta sul bisogno di sicurezza materiale, sentimentale, relazionale e il confort. L’energia del 4 parla di impegno, costanza, dedizione.E’ l’anno del fare concreto.  La turnazione per molti comincia risuonare intorno a ottobre e come nel caso precedente, risuona fino a dicembre per esaurirsi poi a metà gennaio.

La transizione dal 4 al 5 segna il passaggio dalla concentrazione alla dispersione: dopo aver posto delle basi - più o meno solide a seconda della carta numerologica personale - ora la tendenza è quella di sperimentare lo sperimentabile, solo per il gusto di accumulare esperienza. Una energia più spensierata, meno impegnata che comincia a risuonare intorno a fine ottobre. Altri lo avvertiranno a metà novembre, altri ancora all’inizio di dicembre e, anche in questo caso, la turnazione terminerà nella seconda metà di gennaio. Di fatto, a meno che la persona che la vive non stia aspettando un cambiamento importante, questa turnazione può portare un certo senso di  disorientamento o senso di perdita di stabilità.

Dal 5 al 6 il passaggio -  in linea di massima perchè molto dipende dal numero del destino -  è più fluido: le esperienze nuove accumulate nell’anno 5 vanno a completare le basi dell’anno 4 dando nuova consapevolezza. Il 6 è l’anno dell’armonia e della stabilità. La transizione è veloce: si avverte a novembre (al max primi di dicembre) e si completa nei primissimi giorni di gennaio.

Il passaggio dal 6 al 7 sposta nuovamente il focus sull’ individuo. Dopo un anno passato a proteggere ed accudire le persone del proprio mondo, ora si passa alla fase introspettiva dove le domande e le risposte sono volte a trovare soluzioni efficaci - vitali direi - utilizzando sia la ricerca spirituale sia la forza di analisi. E’ un accumulo di conoscenza e consapevolezza. E’ un passaggio graduale che riporta “a casa” , un po’ come se si fosse stati in giro in visita per un anno intero. La turnazione ha inizio ai primi di ottobre e si completa nei primi, primissimi giorni di gennaio.

Dal 7 all’8 continua il focus sull’ individuo ma la meditazione passa da un piano spirituale al piano più meramente materiale. Durante l’anno 8, infatti si cerca equilibro e affermazione nel mondo, perseguendo progetti e obiettivi. E’ un passaggio che può rivelarsi traumatico a seconda della carta numerologica di nascita; in alcuni casi infatti si potrà avvertire una feroce sensazione di perdita, per altri, sempre per lo stesso motivo, rappresenterà un momento di liberazione. La turnazione, come in molti altri casi, comincia a manifestarsi a ottobre, anche se molti - la maggior parte - cominciano ad avvertirla tra metà novembre e l’ inizio di dicembre e si conclude entro la prima metà di gennaio. 

Dall’8 al 9 il  passaggio è  graduale e delicato. La programmazione reale dell’anno 8 va a sfociare in un progetto umano e totale dell’anno 9 . E’ una graduale espansione dell’attenzione dal singolo al tutto, l’acquisizione di una nuova scala di importanza. E’ una turnazione lenta, che per molti inizia a ottobre, per altri tra metà novembre a tutto dicembre e che si protrae fino alla prima metà di gennaio.   

Infine il passaggio da 9 a 1 impica un nuovo ritorno all’io che si arrichisce delle esperienze e dei cambiamenti operati nel mondo, nella realtà durante l’anno 8 e l’anno 9. E’ un passaggio carico di significati che sancisce la consapevolezza del completamento (chiusura) di situazioni e l’emozione dei nuovi inizi. La turnazione inizia per i più a ottobre e si conclude nei primi giorni di gennaio. Sia il 9 che 1 sono anni che portano ad una accettazione completa di se stessi, di consapevolezza riguardo il proprio volere e le proprie azioni, soprattutto sulle conseguenze di queste ultime.
