God I have a mighty urge to write more Joe-centric stuff
#idk why but i loooooove writing from joe's pov. i just love it so much!!!!!#my next big project will switch pov between the queer quartet starting with quynh#and she'll be more like the main focus but i'm thinking of giving joe more focus too#yusuf and quynh! power duo!#each fic in my old (god i guess it's old now) mystery series has certain relationships that are sort of emphasized#lionheart has quynh and yusuf#tangerine and roc has yusuf and nico#perfero has nico and quynh#and chronos has andromache and quynh + andromache and nico i guess. but mostly all of them#siggy write the characters in the modern fucking day challenge#... maybe <3#i used to!! i've written everyone's pov at least once! maybe i should write more nile & joe though

20. What’s a favorite title for a fic you’ve written?
Ohh this is so silly, but I'm a fan of my one-word titles. They have a little mystery and meaning to them. Though I had to conjugate Perferō while knowing nothing about Latin grammar so I should be proud of that one in particular, esp with all its different meanings sdfghfds. (And I bet I still got it wrong but pls be gentle with me lol) But for the sake of comedy and alliteration, I think the best one I've come up with was Nile Freeman and the Midnight Menses Matter.

#thank youu <33#idk i'm really into my one-word-punches. my newest wip is called 'dawn' so ig it's my thing#started with the tetrad mystery series because lionheart = quynh. she's the lionheart but there's also lord de leon the little shit#quynh is the real lion while he is just the 'pussy-cat' in yusuf's words#tangerine and roc = yusuf but also has a lot to do with y+n's love. yusuf is the tangerine nico is the bird#perfero = nicolo obviously. 'i bear / i suffer / i endure'. age-old catholic brainrot. it's a willing suffering#chronos = andromache and Time / personification of time and references to mythology and gods#the reason for 'axis' is possibly over-explained in the fic#'hounds' = the men of the guard. soldiers / hunters / references to ugly words yusuf has been called#and also bc 'hounds of love' of course#'primavera' = spring. my little headcanon-hell study of nicky's childhood and his gradual change like the season#dying of the light was a banger title because of its multiple meanings but i didn't include it because i am not dylan thomas. not my words#ANYWAY i'll shut tf up. i fucking LOVE coming up with titles.
