So, Perpetua.

Perpetua means Forever/Eternal in Latin, but it is also a word in Italian (obviously it has the same meaning). The word is featured in many Christian prayers.

Also, a perpetua was (and still is) a devout woman that use to work as a maid for priests or in convents (We often use the term generically to describe particularly devout women who spend a lot of time in prayer).

This said… did anybody notice that Emeritus isn’t part of the title anymore?

Wanted to do some panels for these two but didn't want to commit to drawing too much comic. I was thinking about Korsica as being supportive and encouraging to the others and thought of a conversation revolving around Peppermint accidentally trying to measure herself against Roxanne but that meant having to write a whole bunch more to make more comic so I parsed it down to what I wanted to draw instead. I don't really have as much of a grasp on these two but wanted to try something for the pairing for fun

Peppe Nappa 

- that. Sicilian. Guy. Sicily means Peppe Nappa and Peppe Nappa means Sicily . lazy relatable cunt but a great dancer, immaculate acrobat and hot singer - probably have a food blog. Having a nice dish is his first priority, far more than serving his Baron and pursuing ladies - looks great in all the shades of blue - always the first in any party conga line and carnival parades

Pedrolino/Pierrot 

- the most relatable mask ever (dismissed and overlocked in his homeland, has to go overboard to become famous) - always sad and melancholic, still sometimes a pain in the ass like his frenemy Arlecchino - also French - one of the few unmasked (if not the only one in certain period of time) of the commedia dell’arte stock characters - Pedrolino is when apeshit insane, Pierrot is when lovesick
