i think that would be funny

here’s a few exemple to support my argument:

peter would tell tony right away about spider man and they would work in secret on a super suit. pepper gets mad at the both of them. especially tony. he’s supposed to be the adult and set a good exemple, but honestly, pepper isn’t sure why she expected better

peter messes with tony. a lot. like he uses his big brain to hack into jarvis and then friday to change the name of the protocols to something ridiculous and nonsensical. just for the comedic effect. he also locks tony out of the code to enjoy the chaos just that much longer

pepper tries to give her son a somewhat normal life, forgetting that he basically grew up holed in a lab with tony. as a consequence of that fact, peter freaks e v e r y o n e out with his obscure science knowledge. his teachers gave up. tony is proud. pepper is tired

everyone at si loves him. they think he’s the loveable son of their lovely ceo. r&d knows it’s a lie though. they saw peter crawl through the vents in the middle of the night once, for the sole purpose of pranking tony. there’s also the time they saw him build a ghoul like animatronic only to set it loose in the tower (what can i say, the boy loves chaos). they do not trust the golden retriever mask

everyone that isn’t r&d finds him real polite tho. they often ask him to run errands like bringing paperwork to his mum and stuff

everyone who isn’t in the know thinks peter is an orphan, and no matter how many times he explained that no, mary parker was not his mother, just his dad’s wife, his mom is still alive thankyouverymuch, they still deny the truth. he just became peter “i’m not an orphan” parker to the outside world. it annoys him very much. especially since he can’t say the full truth due to Security Reasons. he loves his mom very he much and would consequently love to brag about her

mama’s boy peter parker. duh

peter calls tony mr stark the moment there’s an impressionable soul (read; new employee that isn’t familiar with the si dynamic) in the vicinity. he knows tony hates it because it makes him feel old. he doesn’t care. he likes being a pain in the ass.

heir peter, because even tho he’s a little shit, there isn’t anyone else tony and pepper would trust to keep the tower standing for more than a week

peter during his first times living with pepper and tony, following tony around like a lost duckling because **science**. he picks up all the bad habits while he’s at it. that leads pepper to enforce the “please supervise tony” rule that says that peter isn’t allowed to be alone with tony without adult supervision. she first considered it when her son started drinking too much coffee for comfort and cursing, but what really drove the point home was that one time where they pulled an all nighter on a week day to build a miniaturized spaceship out of the blue. she did not find the resulting explosion funny

rodhey gets to be the trusted uncle. he’s however more often acknowledged as the babysitter, meaning that he has for task to ensure that his best friend doesn’t accidentally teach his too-smart-for-his-own-good nephew how to build nukes

joke on him, peter already knew how to build those thanks to previous binge researche

There are 3 main rules in Sl, each one related to one of the 3 heads that work there

3º Never be late with Happy

2º Don't give strawberries to Pepper

1º Don't try to give anything directly to Tony

Late is the thing that Happy hates the most, and trust me when I say this, you DON'T want a Happy Hogan yelling at you about being late

You'll lose your job faster than you can say "sorry" if you give Pepper something with strawberries, and you'll probably never have peace in your life again, her look of pure hatred will haunt you forever

Tony will probably look you up and down and ignore you for the rest of your miserable life if you insist on delivering something to him directly, try to survive that fate

With that said

Peter literally breaks these rules 8 times a day and suffers no consequences

He's always late when Happy picks him up or takes him somewhere

He always gives Pepper strawberry sweets and pies (Pepper thinks this is so cute so she doesn't have the heart to tell him that she's allergic to it)

And he managed to deliver things to Tony's hand more times in a day than Pepper or Happy (or Rhodes) did in years

Employees are scared, now Sl has a new rule:

4° Never be late with Happy

3º Don't give strawberries to Pepper

2º Don't try to give anything directly to Tony

1º Rules don't exist for Peter Parker

Peter, for some reason unknown to the human set, is AMAZING at Pepper's job, managing social networks, managing employees and creating new brands to leverage everyone's work.

Tony honestly regrets showing Peter Pepper's CEO job because now Pepper is basically stealing his protégé in broad daylight

Pepper is really impressed with how Peter fits into her schedule, he knows how to manage things in an incredible way, as long as he doesn't have to appear in public to do it, spoiler alert, he has social anxiety and can't speak in public

Peter literally created a clothing brand, a book series and manages the official SI and Avengers accounts simultaneously with his personal and Spider-Man life, obviously he did all this by creating a different fake name for each separate thing because he would rather die than let his colleagues know that he wrote the most famous romcom of the last decade, and ALSO is the designer of the new Strak clothing collection

Pepper had never been more proud of anyone in her life until one day she walked into Peter's personal lab (because now he simply NEEDED one to manage all of his new works) and sees Peter curled up on the floor crying with several papers around him

Pepper IMMEDIATELY drops her briefcase and goes to him to ask what happened, then Peter starts talking in a jumble about how he's a failure and the new book of his series is shit and no one will read it and the new designs for his new clothing collection are horrible and if someone sees this they will consider it a crime for fashion, and the SI and Avengers accounts are collapsing due to the amount of messages and tags they are receiving

Pepper notices that the papers around him are drawings of clothes and pages from his book, and she hugs him tightly, Peter manages to say nothing and just hugs her back crying while she calms him down saying that nothing he did was horrible, wow it's not even close to bad!

The new book looks captivating and the clothes are warmongering, Peter is definitely the kind of designer who loves women because the dresses are gorgeous.

Then Peter falls asleep in her arms and Pepper cancels all her plans for the day to be with Peter
