just finished the 2.2 quest (spoilers)

WHAT THE FUCK IS EVEN ANYTHING THAT HAD ME SCREAMING THE ENTIRE TIME WHY WAS IT 8 HOURS LONG I GOT ABSOLUTELY SUCKED INTO THAT FUCKING GAME WHAT THE HELL

anyways. so.

1. firefly. top priority. where the fuck is she. she said she was supposed to die 3 times, according to elios script. the first one was the meme stabbing her, and the second was supposedly her waking up from the dream. acheron said that she could only do that by undergoing a "true death" but like. she cant be dead because of the third death shes supposed to go through, right?? and anothrr thing, she said that if the trailblazer successfully whooped sundays ass, then her third death wouldnt come in its "worst form" or something like that. but now that people have supposedly awoken from the dream, hows she gonna die a third time? in the real world?

2. ROBIN HUGGING SUNDAY WHILE HE FELL FROM THE MECH THING HHHNNGGGGGHHHHH THAT WAS SO PRECIOUS IM CRYING

3. WHAT HAPPENED TO ACHERON. RAIDEN MEI??? HELLO?????

4. i love the adventures of space cowboy and gay tech bro (boothill and dan heng)

Honestly, as someone who saved 200+ pulls for firefly since the first leaks, I can't help but feel disappointed with her, so naturally, I'm gonna rant about it. Read more if u wanna

Firefly really doesn't seem to have a true personality other then shy waifu bait, which sucks, because the duality between a sweet girl and a murder machine had so much potential, and it feels kinda wasted. Firefly and Sam aren't displayed with as much contrast as I would've liked. A sweet girl without armor, and a notoriously violent machine when in armor? That's such a cool concept, and I wish they showed more of it.

If I had the chance to tell her story, while still keeping them as relatively the same character, I would've liked to develop Firefly and Sam as separate characters for a while. Firefly would be shown as a seemingly sweet and defenseless girl, but it becomes increasingly clear she somehow has far more knowledge and skills in battle then someone with her supposed story should have. In contrast, Sam would be a violent robot built to kill, but as the story progresses, Sam would seem less like a murder machine, and more like something—no, someONE, who has empathy, yet is forced to act on the script. Somewhere in the story, you realize that there's holes in both Firefly's and Sam's narrative, and Firefly reveals that she and Sam are one in the same.

A girl who lost everything in battle, and a machine who lost everything in battle. Mixed and shoved together, creating the amalgamation yet perfect duality of whatever Firefly/Sam is meant to be.

She's still pretty, and that's why I loved her in the first place, plus the kit is still fire (haha get it) and I grinded for all her traces and stuff so still pulling

tldr: I want her identity as Sam and her identity as Firefly to have more conflict

The funny thing about Ratio and Aventurine staring at each other when we met them at the Reverie Hotel while we were still trapped in the Sweet Dream is that the Trailblazer had never seen these two directly interact before. And since it was all an illusion constructed by Sunday, it means that at some point, his thought process must have been something along the lines of:

"These manipulative IPC bitches are 100% gay for each other, and if it doesn't show, people might start to suspect something is off."
