So was Dabi dying his hair with...wash out hair dye? Like the temporary stuff you buy for Halloween? Because I will forever think about the fact that he just washed it out easy as fuck
Was he dying his air black when he woke up every day and then washing it out before bed? Did the rest of the LoV regularly see him with white hair?

In my head, Dabi got rehab'd and gets to live a (kinda) normal life with the Todoroki family. Yeah, it's hella awkward (mostly for him, Natsuo, and Endeavor...the others are having a "live and let live, forgive but don't forget" kind of time) but they're slowly getting there, even if they're keeping him at arm's length at all times
He definitely still has moments where you can tell the villain gears are turning, but he hasn't acted on whatever he's thinking. At least, they think he hasn't acted on it.
Technically Dabi's on some sort of probation for the foreseeable future and isn't allowed outside of the house without Shoto or Enji's supervision, but he claims he doesn't want to leave the house all that much anyways because he's trying to make up for lost time
They're trying to do family bonding things but none of them know how those are supposed to work

Yeah that part of the ending annoys me, I'm okay with everything else, but the fact that pretty much all the main league of villains died is annoying.
Yes! The other thing that really annoyed me was the fact that they introduced a new character just enough to get me curious and didn't address them at all in the final chapter. At least say the kid is doing okay or terrible or something. The entire epilogue felt like a setup for a sequel instead of an ending
#pei answers things#pei rambles about bnha#i would say the kids from the next to last chapter and the last chapter are the same kid and it's just not mentioned#but that kid's quirk is definitely not abberant like the other kid was describing their quirk as#i ranted to my friend as spoiler free as i could about the ending for like 20 straight minutes the day of the last chapter

Yeah Toga was great I really wish she survived, (also her friendship with twice was adorable)
IT WAS!
I was so, so mad when it revealed that she didn't survive. Like I was clinging to that shred of hope
Then again I was so, so mad at the ending in general. It felt very much like a kid's show "bad guys lose, good guys win" but with more death

By the way there's something so beautifully heartbreaking about Toga's ability to use other people's quirks when she's transformed because that means she knows just how close to her heart she really holds that person
#pei rambles about bnha#toga is my favorite female character in bnha and i think part of it is because she doesn't feel like she written like the others#like she's not just there to be support for the others. she's a villain in her own right and it's shown#the ua girls are only ever shown as a support for the other heroes but never as a hero in their own right
