In my head, Dabi got rehab'd and gets to live a (kinda) normal life with the Todoroki family. Yeah, it's hella awkward (mostly for him, Natsuo, and Endeavor...the others are having a "live and let live, forgive but don't forget" kind of time) but they're slowly getting there, even if they're keeping him at arm's length at all times

He definitely still has moments where you can tell the villain gears are turning, but he hasn't acted on whatever he's thinking. At least, they think he hasn't acted on it.

Technically Dabi's on some sort of probation for the foreseeable future and isn't allowed outside of the house without Shoto or Enji's supervision, but he claims he doesn't want to leave the house all that much anyways because he's trying to make up for lost time

They're trying to do family bonding things but none of them know how those are supposed to work

Yeah that part of the ending annoys me, I'm okay with everything else, but the fact that pretty much all the main league of villains died is annoying.

Yes! The other thing that really annoyed me was the fact that they introduced a new character just enough to get me curious and didn't address them at all in the final chapter. At least say the kid is doing okay or terrible or something. The entire epilogue felt like a setup for a sequel instead of an ending

Yeah Toga was great I really wish she survived, (also her friendship with twice was adorable)

IT WAS!

I was so, so mad when it revealed that she didn't survive. Like I was clinging to that shred of hope

Then again I was so, so mad at the ending in general. It felt very much like a kid's show "bad guys lose, good guys win" but with more death

By the way there's something so beautifully heartbreaking about Toga's ability to use other people's quirks when she's transformed because that means she knows just how close to her heart she really holds that person
