These Maple Pecan Banana Muffins are a delightful blend of ripe bananas, rich maple syrup, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for a morning treat or snack!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup milk.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 ?F 175?C and put paper liners in a muffin tin. Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chopped pecans in a bowl. Combine well. Add the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to a different bowl. Melt the butter and mix it in with the maple syrup. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix it in just a little. Do not mix too much. Add the milk slowly and mix it in until the batter is smooth. Fill up about two thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. After taking the muffins out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through. Serve your tasty Maple Pecan Banana Muffins and enjoy them!

There is a lot of flavor in this Pecan Crusted Honey-Mustard Salmon recipe. The honey and pecans add a nice crunch. This dish is delicious and can be used for both everyday dinners and special events.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 1 cup finely chopped pecans. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and mix them together. Salt and pepper the salmon fillets, and then brush the honey-mustard mixture on top of each one. Make sure the honey-mustard side of each salmon fillet is covered evenly with chopped pecans. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. Put the salmon fillets in the pan with the pecan side down. Toast the pecans for two to three minutes. Put the pan in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked all the way through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve right away and enjoy!
