Also lore drop that Axe (olc Wrench) is a regular at the dinahs diner, and she was deeply embarrassed by her family who just forcefully moved in and made her take them on as apprentices that first day when they were just following her around everywhere

I see a lot of people doing their own designs of StEx characters, and I wanted to do a Pearly Girly since she's my fave! Gave her a bit of an oceanic theme to fit her name, made her blue accent more prominent, included some of my own ideas and some of the 'best hits' of her costumes imo. Hope y'all like it!

part 1 of my starlight express ponies! :] ill post them all together when i finish them

look below the cut for variations of rusty and rambling!

so in the story i made up in my head, rusty is a blank flank. so instead of getting picked on for being a steam train he gets picked on for being a grown ass man with no cutiemark HAHAHA

then when he has his starlight express pep talk, he temporarily becomes an alicorn just as a way to visually represent that!! annnddd his cutie mark is sort of the logo of the musical, and he earned it by actually winning the race! HUZZAH!

the scarf i gave rusty is something i stole from poppa bc i thought that would be cute :)

and pearls cutiemark is literally a sparkly pearl, which is whatever. but i had a couple other versions where it was like a pearl on a pillow or a little tiara but this is what i went with!
