Day 23 - Mission: Get Cultured

So after a late night getting to bed, we were pretty slow moving on Sunday! 

However, we still were craving an outing, and I just so happened to have heard the night before about an art festival that was going on in Peachtree Hills (only about 2-3 miles from us!)! 

We made an essential pit stop on the way, incase there wasn't food there...

Then it was off to the festival! We were literally there for all of 90 seconds before we both set our eyes on a piece that we HAD to own! I didn't snap a picture (it was taken off the wall and packaged before I even thought about snapping a photo). But, so you know... it was an AWESOME recycled license plate piece! 

Then THIS happened... 

The dress and fabulous hat didn't phase us... but is the Shake Weight making comeback?! Did it ever go out of style?  Check the next post for a video of this diva dancing! It is priceless! 

Next it was time for a sweet treat, and there was a King of Pops CART! 

This is a Salted Lemon bar... basically tasted like a margarita ... YUM!

Caitlin took a stab at the italian ice truck, this is Strawberry Lemon (let's be honest though, it had nothing on Jeremiah's in Orlando).

NOTE: Since I don't think he is reading this, I thought I would post a pick of the perfect gift I found for Dave! Going to pick up a fresh loaf before we head home in August =) It tasted sooooo good! And the people at the tent were ridiculously nice, and not skimpy on the free samples, now THAT'S my kind of people!
