@peacexquiet liked for a thing.
She looks down on her fellow Knight, keeping pressure on the wound as she helped load her into the transport of evac. “You’re going to be fine. Can you tell me your name?”

A large steaming cup of caf is placed on his desk and to the side of his numerous datapads. Rhedian nodded gently when he finally looked up from his work at her. "Do not work yourself to exhaustion, Alpha."
"--I am aware of just how much sleep I can be deprived of before my skills suffer." It was a gentle rebuff of her concern; sweet, even, for a man of his temperment. Still, Alpha obliged by picking up the mug and drinking from it. "Would seem like I'm not the only one working late." An inquiry, perhaps, though it didn't sound like a question.

@peacexquiet Liked for a Starter!
Courescant. It wasn’t exactly friendly territory, but thankfully where he was going, it wouldn’t be of consequence. The greatest, and by far the boldest, victory the Empire had gained through the guise of the Peace treaty had ensured that the sacked temple of coruscant would only be occupied by scavengers and perhaps a jedi or two come to mourn the loss, or recover artifacts. Vaesper was here to do the later.
However, despite being a Sith Lord, he was not about to display the arrogance of his peers. He masks his force presence well, but keeps it just available enough for light uses, moving some rubble here, perhaps convincing some republic trooper that he hadn’t seen anything. Small uses to keep him moving and undetected.
He had made his way to the ruined Archive chamber when he sensed something. He hoped he was wrong, but he knew better than to deny his instincts. He lowers his Force Cloak, allowing the full, unadulterated strength of his connection with the Dark Side of the force flood out from within him. The torrential display of Dark Side energy was sure to either scare any force sensitive away that had any common sense, or otherwise attract those who thought they could challenge the young Sith. Either way, he had things to do, and he wasn’t going to let anyone get in his way.

Etain bent at the knees slightly, retrieving the jacket and tucking it precariously under her arm. Her face was stony-passive- up until the moment she suddenly grabbed Rye’s wrist.
“”Nu’ke’jorhaa as ibac, Rhed’ika” she growled, her voice seeming to have been carved and molded from the same beskar as the armor she wore. The jet-black plates seemed to fade into the darkness around them, giving her pale face and eyes a creepy glow in comparison.
She wanted to protest- but that wouldn’t have done much good. Rhedian was the better of the two of them when it came to this kind of electronics system, and she also didn’t have to worry about sinking in beskar’gam. But that didn’t mean Etain had to like the casual demand any. With a shake of the head, she let go of her friend’s hand, unclipping the water-proofed glow rod from her belt.
“Don’t talk like that,” she said again, sternly, offering Rye the tool

Sweet, scratchy relief--
Interrupted. Corr pouted at the Commander, utterly betrayed by her hand gripping his. He tried to continue itching the bug bites on his stomach with the tip of his index finger, but to no avail.
“Wait,” he said, his head tilting to one side. “It can get infected?”

“Do I look like an idiot?”
Her face is stern as looks at him from she stood, hands tucked into her robes. Rhedian was no Padawan and not a Jedi to back talk to even remotely. Agitation with Fox was clear.
“No matter how unskilled you find me, Commander, if you do not give me clearance… Your men guarding and patrolling that area are at risk and may very well lose their lives.”
“Your intelligence is not in question.”
Fox stood, looking at her through the visor of his helmet. While his face was obscured, the speakers in his helmet didn’t hide the contempt in his voice. He had nothing against Rhedian personally, she was usually fairly cordial towards him. However, he was granted autonomy from the Jedi. One of very few commanders that did not report to a general, and he much preferred working separately from the Jedi. Rhedian was not making that easy for him today.
“My men know the risks. And as I stated before. If you have information regarding their safety, then you are more than welcome to relay that information to me so I can ensure that my boys come home safe. But you do not have the authority to interfere with any Guardsmen operation.”

@peacexquiet cont. from here!
A gentle hand rested on the twilek’s shoulder, a slight shake of her own head. There was no reason to allow her to do such. Rhedian had gotten them both into this and she was certain enough she’d be able to get them out.
“No. Stay silent. For your own safety. I know, as things are, it is hard but you must trust in me. I will get you safely home. Unharmed.”
Shiri jumped at the hand on her shoulder, eyes widening for half a moment before she realized it was just her companion. She attempted a little laugh, more to break up the tension than anything. It didn’t work. “Silent. Okay. I can do silent,” She whispered, fiddling with her fingers. She even managed it for a solid thirty seconds before her nerves began to get the better of her, “Wh... What are we going to do?”

A few mods were set where he would find them specifically for the blaster he favored.
--A brief upturn of Alpha's lips was the only response to the unexpected offering he found. Settling onto the ground, he began to add the mods to his blaster.

Send me 👐 to suddenly cuddle my muse.
Etain closed her eyes, though whether from tiredness or surprise or an attempt to hide her expression- from Rhedian? Now? hah- was anyone’s guess. Rhedian pressed against her, her head tucked against Etain’s shoulder and her arm behind Etain’s back. They sat perfectly still, not speaking, but there was a warmth, an understanding, to the silence.
“I missed you, Rye,” Etain confided, resting her head atop Rhedians, “a lot.”

“ Sometimes we all have to do things we don’t like, ” Siri replied, handing the younger girl a hooded robe that looked nothing like the traditional Jedi robes. “ Now put this on, we’ve got to go... ”

🌑 -- Though, not quite in his bed but, at his side to place a gentle hand upon his forehead. To calm a worsening nightmare before it woke him far too early.
--To wake up from a nightmare wasn't an uncommon thing for Alpha, or any clone, really. He had them for as long as he could remember. It was so normal, he probably thought everyone slept like that. Restlessly. Sweat had started to bead his forehead. He began to toss and turn.However, once Rhedian put her hand on his skin, softly caressing, the tight lines of his face eased. Alpha never fully awoke, but drifted back into a restful, dreamless sleep. Perhaps it was her touch, or maybe her presence in the Force. All anyone knew, Alpha was in fine form the next day, full of energy and giving orders to his superiors....

♬ — a friend/best friend memory
Memories headcanon | @peacexquiet | accepting
Shehad been twenty-three the first time she’d walked into DexterJettster’s Dinner. Jedi did not usually celebrate birthdays,nor any other relevant date. But she’d just come back from her firstmission after her knight trials and she’d found it a merrycoincidence that Qui-Gon and Clee were back in the Temple that sameweek.
Ithad been months since she last had seen them. Years, more like. Butthere they were, along with a newly braid-rid Micah Giett who was inneed of some fresh air to accept his new rank of Jedi Knight. Tahlfound herself smiling at them; teasing words came easy to her lips,as if the years they’d been away from the others had just turned intohours. Minutes.
Thenight wind caressed her hair as Clee drove their speeder towards theplace Qui-Gon had suggested to go, Dex’s Dinner. He was an old friendof his, and it just had been a matter of time they’d come to knoweach other. Qui-Gon said they would like him. Micah snorted at hiswords, and Clee rolled her eyes. Tahl spun around to face him.
“Areyou going to adopt him or-”
“Shutup. It’s been three hours since you landed and I’m not-”
“Whathe wants to say is ‘why, ye-”
“Isthis better than that time in that Senate café that-”
“Wewere fifteen, Micah. Things are-”
“No,nothing has changed. Look at you all.”

“I might just stay in bed.”
Etain peered at Rhedian doubtfully. Then she shoved her way forward to the edge of Rye’s bunk, plopping a hand unceremoniously on Rhedian’s forehead.
“You must be sick. Rhedian, it’s your birthday.” Etain looked at her with genuine puzzlement, as she thought of the small paper package she’d shoved under her own pillow for later when the Masters weren’t looking, and the piles of fruit-covered flatcakes Rhedian could no doubt talk the rectory supervisors into letting her eat.

"Commander Fox, would you and yours object to some treats? They were given to the Temple for the younglings but, there was far too much. I thought it would do well to share, no?"
“I’m sure the boys wouldn’t mind a little bit of a treat. When did you have in mind?”
