Am I crazy or is acting seen and valued as a career in the UK so much more than the US?! Like, the amount of actors who not only started young in plays/theater companies then went onto specialized drama schools is astronomical? I feel like in the US, there are not a lot of theatre companies aside from major cities (and even then, its hard to get your foot in the door for these productions or you need $$$$). Other than that, you’re taking advantage of your school’s theater programs and hope they are good/well-funded. For example, my brother’s school also had acting as an elective, which he took as it was an easy A as a naturally talented actor. But, my school did not. Just had theatre tech. And yes, we had a strong theater program but I also was way too anxious to audition except for the Middle School musical twice and DramaFest my junior year. Also please note - both of these schools were prestigious private schools. ALL OF THIS TO SAY - Am I crazy? Do we devalue the arts more than the UK?

So many thoughts, not all super positive haha

It felt kinda rushed to me ngl I loved that there were in fact two different murders, but both basically for the same reason. Donna and Cliff were both very interesting choices and I enjoyed the episode overall.

However, I am kinda annoyed that so many storylines were left unresolved. So much from season 1 and season 2 is not fully resolved and that annoys me, like what about Charles' relationship with Lucy, that was so important before and now just kind of forgotten. Or what about Mabel? Where does she live now? She can't keep on crashing at Theo's. Etc etc.

And I'm so sad about who they killed for next season tbh so that was a kinda low point. But I'm also already hooked for season 4 sooooo that's that hahah

Also can I just say that the music is such a banger and Oliver Putnam is a straight up genius hahaha

I won't be mad if he and Loretta split tho, their relationship seems super weird to me (same with Joyce and Charles and while Mabel and Tobert were cute, it's obviously not long-term)
