my most embarassingly specific character flaw is that I genuinely cannot remember the difference between the directors Paul W. S. Anderson(Resident Evil, Mortal Kombat, Event Horizon, etc), and Wes Anderson (Fantastic Mister Fox, Grand Budapest Hotel, Isle of Dogs).
for the longest time I thought they were the same guy with, just, really inconsistent quality. but even now, gun to my head, I couldn't tell you which guy is which without looking it up.

My name is Alice. I worked for the Umbrella Corporation, the largest and most powerful commercial entity in the world. I was head of security at a secret high-tech facility called the Hive, a giant underground laboratory developing experimental, viral weaponry. There was an incident. A virus escaped. A lot of people died. The trouble was, they didn't stay dead. The computer that controlled the Hive was a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence: the Red Queen. The Red Queen responded to the threat of the viral outbreak in an extreme way. She went homicidal.

“Oh how big of a resident evil fan are you?”
I accidentally pavloved my dog with the Code Veronica lullaby (it’s the sound of the alarm that I set to give him his meds, and I put said meds in a little piece of food, so in his mind it means he’s getting a treat)
My toddler sibling gives me her little toy gun and tells me to “be Leon” because she’s watched me play so much re2r and re4r
I’ve spent $200 on old consoles ALONE so I could play some of the classic games (which were close to $100 in their own right)
I learned how to use tank controls for this franchise (a long and arduous journey as someone who’s younger than re4 classic)
I’ve rewritten 4 of the Paul W S Anderson Movies
Help me this franchise is taking over my brain like a parasite.
