Pasta con Ceci (specifically this recipe) has been a staple of mine since i moved out on my own. Its one of those dishes where using good quality olive oil does make a difference if you're invested in that, BUT if you arent then its no problem! Its very quick to make, uses pantry staples (little pasta, salt, olive oil, a can of chickpeas, tomato paste, garlic and water) and you dont even have to chop the garlic, all you do is some measuring and some stirring and a few minutes of letting it simmer while you get a bowl n spoon ready. Its surprisingly filling and you can have it with some bread for dipping. you definitely want to use little small pasta though like tiny shells or orzo or something because bigger pasta takes too long to cook
Do any of u have decent recipes that are like 5 ingredients (not including spices) and take 45 mins or less to prepare i gotta stop eating sandwiches for dinner
