The residents of the Olde Platz neighborhood in Windenburg and the characters they are based on for my savefile! The Specter family from Sims 2's Strangetown and the regular Partihaus and Behr households.

(I think I'm also gonna make a different Yuki sim that looks more like the Mysim, maybe for Candy to..)

Partihaus household

Ok, maybe, just maybe... I'm making a full townie makeover ^~^

Of course everyone knows their story: Markus (biggest parties flexer) met Paolo at the gym and since then they are renting a house together. Until boys met Jade (corporate fashionista) and Eva (compulsive shopoholic) at a friends' party. They've found out one common thing: they love all about parties. Following DJs, dressing up and dancing till the end!

And that's how the Partihaus club was created. Its main goal is making most crazy and popular parties!

the feng household, san myshuno.

the fengs are a force to be reckoned with. victor and lily are this close to having san myshuno wrapped around their finger and they are not wasting any more time. victor is looking to groom his son, louis, to replace him as san myshuno's top politician and be his puppet. that way, victor is still able to control san myshuno under the disguise of the younger feng heir. but louis' reckless reputation is getting in the way of victor's plan and he's not liking it. louis' twin, isabelle, has no interest in whatever her parents are involved in. she wants to make a name for herself. being one of the top students of ubrite, she'll soon be able to tick that off of her list.

Factory Roommate - Windenburg

this house is the one I used the most in my gameplay! I love it!

the concept is that of an old factory occupied by young roommates, eclectic artists who really like to party. It is a colorful and fresh house furnished in a modern way with recycled pieces

there are 4 bedrooms, 3 on the lower floor:

and then there's the upstairs, a sort of mezzanine in which to relax, and there is the fourth room:

Windenburg's most party-goers live in this house!

Partihaus household makeover.

I used to hate them and now Eva is one of my favs. They're perfect for trying the new pool kit. I wish it was more colorful though

Drink, flirt, dance, repeat. Jade, Eva, and Paolo jumped at the opportunity to explore the world and set up the ultimate crib in Windenburg as soon as Marcus extended the invite. And the party hasn’t stopped since. Drama is never far behind when they’re together - and they’re always together! With only one and a half jobs between the four of them, how in the world do they manage to pay their bills?

You know the drill, another update, another time that i stop working to play the game for like 5 minutes and then disapear again (Even though i would love to play waaaay more.. i miss my hobby 😔) I haven't bought the new pack yet but i feel that the Partihaus Household is the best household to try it. 4 Single university party sims who are ready to mingle.. do i have to say more?
