you!! To see you evolve and flourish in this fandom, as an author, as a person, it's so wonderful to see you find your stride and crystalize your style and come into yourself as a writer more and more with every fic, I'm so invested in your growth and success! I enjoy your presence in my life a lot Miasma!
since it's the end of the year, me and my dad (who's also a metalhead and the whole reason why I got into metal in the first place, #parentingDoneRight) listen to our top albums of the year together. We did mine last week-end and this coming week-end is gonna be his list, and I'm so eager to share his favorite music of the year with him!!
speaking of year end lists, my music magazine's gonna publish its own year end lists pretty soon and I'm excited as hell to read everyone else's lists! We gained some new awesome contributions this year, I can't wait to discover their music taste and maybe find new favorites.
my cats who are absolute dumbasses and agents of chaos but I love them dearly and they fill every day with new fun bullshit to deal with XD I wouldn't tade it for the world!
my chronic pain levels are low today which is miles better than yesterday. To get a breather really makes a difference in my mood.

Not everything will be easy, but not everything will be hard
We all know that life isn't always easy. Sometimes things don't go the way we want them to, or maybe we feel like nothing is working out for us. But there are also times when everything seems to fall into place and we feel like the luckiest person alive.
It's important to remember that both of these realities exist—and they're both valid. Even if you're feeling down right now, there are still plenty of people who
aren't as lucky as you are. And even if everything seems to be going well in your life right now, there might be someone out there who's having a harder time than you are.
So what should we do? Should we throw our hands up and say ""I give up""? Should we just accept whatever happens to us without trying to change anything? Absolutely not! We can make our lives better if we try—and sometimes it takes a lot of effort (and pain) before we see results.
But what about accepting what is? Acceptance doesn't mean giving up on yourself or feeling guilty for not being able to make all the changes in the world happen overnight—it just means acknowledging reality, good or bad.

My friend @samantha10780 had a problem. pantry door with a hole. The door cost too much to replace. Putting a giant chalkboard on the front was a quick fix. She decided to have a little fun with the chalkboard, especially now that she's a stay-at-home mom and full-time teacher. The results so far have been hilarious. I wanted a few with everyone because Sam deserves a round of applause. Though I can't wait to see what these drawings look like on day 30+ 😜 --- #funny #drawings #artistsofinstagram #parentingdoneright https://www.instagram.com/p/B-NBqGxgWq5/?igshid=1lx0wi8hh99qf

I always say “Spare the rod, spoil the child” and I’m a firm believer in that.
Another thing I’m a firm believer in is kids playing sports. Sports builds character, ability to work in teams to acheive things, and it gets them moving and away from screens. I’ve always told my children that if you take up a sport and begin it, you will finish out at least the current season - quitting is not an option because you let your teammates down.
I am telling this because last night, as we were going in to practice at the Rec Center (My youngest is playing Basketball for the first time), we ran into the gentleman who has been the ref for her last two games. He stopped us and said “Is that Maddie?”. Now of course, we were kind of startled but said yes. He looks at us and goes “she’s going to be good as she gets older. She has all the agressiveness and ball smarts to be one of the really good players!”
Two prouder parents walked in to the rec center with big smiles on our faces!!

Now It Has Become Very Essential “Reading Early” To Your Small Child [Help Your Child]
Reading is an essential activity for anyone, and the reason being is because it helps to enhance many lifelong skills. Reading allows one to develop a longer attention span, it promotes language acquisition, vocabulary and syntax development, and it helps one to identify and accurately develop emotional intelligence and character development.
Reading early to your children is necessary for them to attain excellence in literacy. Regardless of one’s mother or father does not have the highest level of education, the environment that a child is raised in far surpasses the genetic makeup.
In this case of nature vs. nurture, nurture (the environment) is a sure winner. If a parent engages in literary activities such as singing and enunciating letters, reading to her child/ embryo, taking the child to the library, or even playing rhyming games, then it all enforces a higher education level for the child.
Have you ever wondered how babies are so intelligent as to identify their parents’ voice? The reason being is because most parents read to their fetus during pregnancy, thus, displaying a bonding process between parent and child.
Many individuals criticize this approach; however, it has been proven that there are distinct benefits from reading early with your children. Regardless of your baby or fetus will not understand what you are saying they will gain familiarity from the tone and syntax of your voice, with an added benefit of being attracted to bright colours, big shapes, and pretty pictures.
Another reason why reading early to children is essential is because it promotes early development in areas of social, language, and cognitive skills, which are basic foundations for social interaction within the world.
Children who have acquired necessary reading skills in these areas can be seen as socially healthy, and are individuals who are easily adaptable, productive, and responsible throughout their adult life. So take the initiative to help your child soar in the land of literacy because it is never too early to start reading!
Yes! I want to help my child to become an amazing reader
It's now crucial more than ever to be actively teaching your child to read as early as you possibly can not leaving your child's entire future and success in life up to the education system alone.
Now it's important to remember that often when a child fails in school in nearly every case it's not your fault, it's actually the education system that's failed your child. This could not be more true when it comes to the way schools teach reading today.
Research has shown that associating reading at a young age will build a foundation of enjoyment for literacy and allow your child to be familiar and comfortable with the written word.
A personal experience story showcasing the benefit of reading early to your child can be seen with Mike and his wife Maria, who started with the simple yet very effective & powerful Reading Headstart Program with their daughter Emma when she was only of 18 months age.
They decided to make a regular activity of 15 minutes at the home with the Reading Headstart Program to condition their child to associate with fun learning reading activities of the program, which in turn would help her see activities as enjoyable and make her learn to read sooner than other children.
It takes an around a week to condition your child with Reading Headstart Program but the efforts you put to make your child read at a young age will forever remain as a strong foundation of a bright future.
Maria was completely taken by surprise one day just after few weeks spending with that Reading Headstart Program when Emma was about to turn to 19 months. Emma started to read words like “cow”, “dog”, “cat”, etc when Maria flashed them to her. It was truly the happiest and proudest moment for her life!
Now Emma is in 2nd grade and Maria feels so proud of her daughter and herself for providing a great value to Emma. Her daughter has gained so much in terms of her intellectual, psychological and emotional developments since she started to read.
Consistent engaging efforts with your child with Reading Headstart Program will make reading an enjoyable event between parent and child just within a week where children gain an appreciation for literacy while snuggled under a blanket with their beloved mother or father.
Yes! I want to help my child to become an amazing reader
Incorporating language and literacy into a child’s life is generally started at the toddler and pre-school age range; however, research has shown that it is never too early to begin reading to your children and now you can begin with the simple but proven Reading Headstart Program who has helped already almost 10,000 parents till the date and you can also be one among them if you really want a bright future for your child.
Now as a responsible parent to your child, it is completely up to you whether you want to make your child an amazing reader to build a bright future for him/her, don’t you?
Yes! I want to help my child to become an amazing reader.
