After the holy and pleasant days of Shardiya Navratri, it is now time for the auspicious beginning of Hindu festivals. In Sanatan Dharma, all the major festivals begin after the celebration of Dussehra. Dussehra is celebrated on the Dashami Tithi of Shukla Paksha in the month of Ashwin. Dussehra symbolizes the happy victory of Lord Ram and Maa Durga over evil. The whole of India celebrates this grand and divine festival together. Two days from today, effigies of Ravana, Meghnad, and Kumbhakaran will be burnt in India’s main corners and streets. Paras Parivaar wishes you a very Happy Dussehra. Every year, this festival gives the message of victory of good over evil to the people.
Dussehra is celebrated all over the country, and the ways of celebrating it are different in every state. The enthusiasm for festivals remains throughout the Country as well as outside India at this time. In India, this festival is celebrated with full enthusiasm, zeal, and positive energy. This is the time when the whole country is immersed in full devotion and enthusiasm. The ways of celebrating this festival are also different in every part of the country. Some parts of the country celebrate this evening as the victory of Lord Shri Ram, and at some places as the Victory of Maa Durga.
Festival of Maa Durga:
It is also necessary to discuss two different dimensions of celebrating Dussehra. According to Shri Paras Bhai ji and study of mythology shows that when Mahishasur, due to the boon of the Tridev, created havoc in the world and the Devlok with his terror, Devas Didn’t find any solution and they reached the Tridev. After hearing this, Tridev created the great power in the form of Maa Durga from Their anger. Maa Navdurga, dedicated to Women’s Power, fought a fierce battle with Mahishasur for nine days, after which on the tenth day Maa Durga killed Mahishasur. This day is celebrated as Dussehra across the Country, where the Maa freed all the Devas from fear by destroying the demon powers. In West Bengal, these nine forms of Maa Durga are happily worshiped in huge Pandals, and Maa Durga is immersed on the day of Vijayadashami.
In the form of Shri Ram’s Victory.
In the Northern parts of India, Ramlila is organized in the nine days of worship of Maa Durga. This Ramlila is concluded with Ravana Dahan on the evening of Vijayadashami. According to the Ideology of Hindu Dharma scriptures, during the 14 years of exile of Shri Ram, Lankapati Ravana abducted Shri Ram’s wife Janaki Mata Sita. To bring back his wife safely and destroy Ravana’s unrighteousness and cruelty, Shri Ram killed Ravana after a tough penance and war.
After all this, the message of the victory of Dharma over Adharma is being expended throughout the World.
How do people celebrate Dussehra?
People this evening enjoy the Ramleela Manchan in their nearby areas. Where the artist, playing the role of Shri Ram, kills Ravana. Immediately after this, the effigies of Meghnad, Kumbhakaran, and Ravana are ignited one after the other. Everyone experiences the glow and divine light of these dazzling fireworks with their own eyes. They consume prasad and sweets. Everyone approves of the joy of unity by enjoying the fairs organized in the cities. Fairs and fireworks are organized all over the country on this day. People enjoy this grand and lively night with their family and friends. They wear new clothes and enjoy the joyous atmosphere outside. In Gujarat, like the holy nine days, Dandiya and Garba are also organized on Vijayadashami. In big cities like Delhi, the splendor of Ramlila Maidan is also worth seeing, where big politicians burn Ravana. This increases the enthusiasm of this festival even more among the general people. This day is very special for all Sanatanis in Sanatan Dharma, their deity Shri Ram kills Ravana. This makes the voice of joy among the devotees even stronger.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust is honored to be a part of this national dialogue. Every year, during Domestic abuse Awareness Month (DVAM), people from all walks of life are reminded of how important it is to continue the fight against domestic abuse. Our group is dedicated to helping victims and pushing for reform, and we cordially welcome you to participate with us in this important work.
Understanding Domestic Violence.
Domestic violence is more than simply a personal issue; it is a societal scourge affecting millions. It refers to different types of abuse — physical, emotional, psychological, and financial — used by one spouse to acquire or maintain dominance over another. According to statistics, one in every three women and one in every four men have suffered physical abuse from an intimate relationship in their lives. This distressing truth emphasizes the critical need for awareness and action.
Domestic abuse affects people of all ages, genders, races, and socioeconomic statuses, and we at Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust realize this. Our purpose is to give assistance and services to people affected while working toward structural change.
Our Initiatives
1. Support Services: We provide a variety of services to assist victims of domestic violence. This includes therapy, legal assistance, and safe housing options. Our experienced specialists are committed to creating a secure environment for survivors to heal and regain control of their lives.
2. Educational Programs: Education is essential in preventing domestic violence. We run lectures and seminars to raise awareness about the indications of abuse and the resources available to victims. By educating communities, we help people detect unhealthy relationships and seek treatment.
3. Advocacy: We actively participate in lobbying efforts to encourage legislation changes that will protect victims of domestic violence. Our group works with local governments and other non-profits to push legislation that helps survivors and holds perpetrators accountable.
4. Community Engagement: Throughout October, we will organize a variety of events to encourage community involvement in the battle against domestic abuse. We encourage everyone to participate and disseminate awareness, from candlelight vigils in memory of victims to informational booths at community fairs.
How You Can Help
There are various ways to assist our activities during Domestic Violence Awareness Month:
Get Informed: Learn about the warning indicators of domestic abuse and the services that victims can access.
Spread Awareness: Use hashtags like #DVAM2024 or #HealHoldCenter on social media to spread awareness of domestic abuse and inspire others to take action.
Volunteer: Contribute your time or expertise to help us with our initiatives. Each and every gift counts.
Donate: Maintaining our programs requires financial help. To support us in continuing to offer these vital services, think about donating.
Conclusion
At the Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust, we think that by working together, we can end domestic abuse worldwide. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Let’s band together to support survivors and push for long-lasting change. Always keep in mind that every action matters, whether it’s lending a helping hand, sharing knowledge, or just listening to someone who needs it.
Come along with us as we strive for healing, providing a safe haven for survivors, and elevating those who have been most impacted by domestic abuse. If we work together, we can change things.

Overpopulation in India is a serious problem with far-reaching implications for the country’s socioeconomic environment. As the world’s second most populous country, India has unique challenges as its population expands rapidly, with forecasts that it will surpass China by 2024. This blog investigates the reasons, consequences, and potential solutions for India’s overpopulation.
Reasons for the Overpopulation
1. Illiteracy and poverty
Poverty is a leading source of Overpopulation in India. Many families, particularly those living in rural areas, have limited access to education and healthcare. A lack of awareness regarding family planning leads to higher birth rates. Illiteracy exacerbates the situation because people are often uninformed of the benefits of reducing family size and using contraception.
2. Cultural Elements
Many Indian groups have cultural customs that prevent them from discussing family planning and contraception. In certain communities, larger families are still considered a sign of affluence and social position. This cultural backdrop makes it difficult to implement effective population control strategies.
3. Medical Establishments
Poor healthcare infrastructure, especially in rural areas, contributes to high infant mortality rates. Families often have more children to ensure that some live to adulthood. Furthermore, a lack of access to contraception and reproductive health care contributes to the overpopulation problem.
The Impact of Population Growth
1. Depletion of Resources
Natural resources are rapidly being depleted as a result of overpopulation. As the population increases, so does the demand for food, water, and energy, resulting in shortages and environmental degradation. This depletion may have severe consequences for future generations.
2. Unemployment
India’s labor market cannot keep up with its growing population. High unemployment rates correlate to increased poverty, creating a vicious cycle that worsens overpopulation. As economic opportunities dwindle, families may turn to having more children as a source of financial assistance.
3. Concerns of Society
Overpopulation exacerbates socioeconomic issues such as malnutrition, inadequate healthcare, and poor living circumstances. As communities deal with the effects of overcrowding, the strain on public services may lead to higher crime rates and social instability.
Overpopulation Reduction Strategies
1. Awareness and Education
Improving education, particularly for women, is crucial in combating overpopulation. Educated women are more likely to postpone marriage and childbearing, resulting in smaller families. Public awareness campaigns about the benefits of family planning and contraception use are essential for changing cultural views.
2. Policies of the Government
The Indian government has implemented a number of family planning programs to assist control population growth. Policies that encourage delayed marriage and offer incentives for smaller families can be beneficial. Furthermore, increasing access to healthcare and contraception is crucial for empowering people to make informed decisions about family planning.
3. Involvement with the Community
Involving local communities in discussions about overpopulation and its implications can foster a sense of responsibility. Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust and community groups can help Promote Awareness and provide resources for family planning.
Conclusion
Overpopulation in India presents enormous issues necessitating a diversified strategy. India can work toward a more sustainable future by tackling the core causes — poverty, illiteracy, and cultural norms — via education, government policy, and community involvement. The path to regulating overpopulation is complicated, but with concerted efforts, it is possible to strike a balance between population increase and resource availability.

The Value of Tree Planting
Trees play a crucial role in ensuring ecological balance. They absorb CO2, release oxygen, and provide a home for a wide range of creatures. Furthermore, trees promote soil health, minimize erosion, and regulate water cycles. With rising urbanization and deforestation, planting trees has become vital to minimizing the harmful consequences of climate change and conserving biodiversity.
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust’s Planting Trees Program’s Advantages
1. Environmental Restoration: Planting trees helps to restore degraded areas and improves air quality. They help with carbon sequestration, which is crucial in combating climate change.
2. Community Engagement: Many initiatives involve local communities, establishing a sense of responsibility and connection to nature. This commitment generally leads to teaching opportunities for sustainability and conservation.
3. Economic Opportunities: Tree Planting can lead to positions in nurseries, maintenance, and eco-tourism. In addition, trees can increase property prices and attract tourists.
4. Planting native: trees nourishes local wildlife and contributes to ecological balance, supporting the survival of a diverse range of species.
Instances of Effective Tree Planting Initiatives
Casa Sauza’s Planting Trees Program : Aims to combat deforestation and promote environmental sustainability. Casa Sauza engages locals in tree-planting activities, highlighting the importance of trees for ecological health and community well-being.
Carbon Positive Australia: This organization runs programs that not only plant trees but also educate people and businesses on how to decrease their carbon footprint. They stress the relevance of technology in supporting their activities, such as software that saves paper and so reduces the need for tree cutting.
Educational Programs in Peru: In Huancayo, Peru, programs teach children and families about eco-farming and the importance of trees. These programs aim to instill environmental stewardship in future generations, ensuring that the conservation lesson is passed forward.
Conclusion
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust will launch Dera Naseeb Da “Tree-planting projects”, which are crucial for improving environmental sustainability and community engagement. These initiatives provide a substantial contribution to climate change mitigation by restoring habitats, enhancing biodiversity, and offering educational opportunities. As more companies and communities understand the importance of trees, collective action can lead to a greener, healthier Earth. Participating in or supporting tree planting projects is an excellent way to contribute to environmental conservation.

Disparity in health services for migrants in India
According to Mahant Shri Paras ji, discrepancies in migrant health care in India are a serious problem that are a reflection of larger social and economic inequalities. A multitude of barriers prevent migrants, who frequently relocate in quest of improved employment prospects, from getting access to quality medical care. This blog explores the health care inequalities and obstacles faced by migrants in India, emphasizing systemic problems and possible fixes.
Social work has been ‘described’ as a multidimensional profession that combines art and science with a broad knowledge base. The increasing frequency of human and natural disasters has resulted in a clear call for the social work profession to play a critical role in addressing environmental concerns. Over time, the social work profession has been more associated with the environmentalist movement, resulting in terms like “green social work” and “environmental social work.”

An Overview of Indian Migration
The growth in the number of Internal Migrants in India from 315 million in 2001 to 454 million in 2011 indicates that nearly 14 million people migrate each year. With the country’s increasing migration rate, delivering adequate healthcare to all remains tough. Based on a thorough review of the literature, the current study assesses the health of internal migrants in India, with a particular emphasis on understanding the health condition and access to health care for women migrants in their destination.
The review’s findings revealed numerous health risks and morbid conditions, including the danger of infectious diseases, work-related illness, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and psychological disorders. Major health difficulties for female migrants were pregnancy and maternal health, anemia prevalence, STI risk, marital abuse, and job harassment. This review paper identifies a lack of social security and health care coverage for migrants as critical concerns, emphasizing the importance of all-inclusive urban health care policies to ensure migrants’ overall health and well-being, as well as improved work and living conditions in their destination region.
Results for Health
Migrants typically have poorer health outcomes than their non-migrant colleagues. According to research, internal migrants are more likely to contract infectious diseases, suffer accidents, and have mental health issues. For example, a review discovered that migrants used antenatal care facilities infrequently and had a high prevalence of home births, indicating inadequate maternal health services.
Systemic Disparities
Migrant health disparities are more than just individual difficulties; they reflect systemic injustices in the healthcare system. Decentralized health systems in states like Kerala have shown some progress in lowering disparities, but huge gaps still exist. While there are projects aimed at improving health access for marginalized communities, many local governments do not make the greatest use of their resources.

India's Spiritual and Religious Heritage
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust Spread India’s Value
According to Mahant Shri Paras Bhaiji Said India's spiritual environment is a lively patchwork, strongly entrenched in ancient traditions yet constantly developing in reaction to contemporary influences. The interaction of spirituality and religion in India is particularly intriguing, demonstrating a complicated dynamic that impacts both individual beliefs and community standards.
From the bottom of our hearts, we extend a warm welcome to you into the Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust family. In our Sanatan Dharm, this Parivaar was founded and is now being maintained by our Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji of Sanatan Dharm to contribute to the welfare of the underprivileged and needy people. Because he consistently states, "happiness of maa is behind their smile." This idea of Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji has become the focus of our family's daily activities.
The Sanatana Dharma's Fundamentals
Sanatana Dharma, often known as Hinduism, is more than a religion; it is a way of life encompassing a wide range of beliefs, practices, and ideas. Its believers incorporate a variety of deities, rituals, and spiritual practices, giving it a distinct character. This ancient faith uses principles like karma (the law of cause and effect), dharma (goodness and responsibility), and moksha (liberation from the cycle of birth and rebirth) to guide its followers' moral and ethical frameworks.
Variations Within Oneness
Hinduism's variegated character allows for a wide range of interpretations and practices. According to recent surveys, many Hindus hold several interpretations of their faith, with 47% believing that there is more than one correct way to understand Hindu teachings. This versatility has enabled the coexistence of several sects and philosophies under Sanatana Dharma, such as Vaishnavism, Shaivism, and Shaktism, each having its own distinct perspective on spirituality.
The Importance of Other Religions
India is home to a wide mix of religions, including Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism, all of which contribute to the country's spiritual fabric. Approximately 14.2% of the population identifies as Muslim, making it India's largest minority religion, with Christians accounting for about 2.3%. The intermingling of numerous faiths frequently leads to common beliefs and practices, such as veneration for sacred rivers like the Ganges, which many people of many religions regard as purifying.
Rituals and Spiritual Practices
Many Indians' daily lives are centered around religious activities. The majority of the population engages in frequent prayer, with 60% praying every day and 71% visiting places of worship at least once per month. These traditions are used not only as expressions of faith, but also for community building and cultural continuation.
Modern Influences and Challenges
As India becomes more globally connected, the relationship between spirituality and religion will face new problems. Younger generations, influenced by Western ideas and modern lives, frequently question established beliefs. A 2021 study discovered that younger people and those with higher levels of education are less likely to believe in some religious notions, such as the Ganges' purifying power or the concept of karma.
Searching for Meaning
Despite these shifts, the search for spiritual significance continues. Many Indians are turning to ancient disciplines such as yoga and meditation, which have gained worldwide popularity. These activities allow people to connect with their cultural heritage while also providing opportunities for personal growth and well-being.
Conclusion
India's spiritual milieu is a dynamic mix of ancient traditions and contemporary influences. Sanatana Dharma, with its immense diversity and depth, continues to affect millions of lives, and the coexistence of numerous religions creates a distinct cultural character. As India faces modern-day problems, the essence of its spiritual heritage remains a source of strength and guidance for its people.

Why is the Peepal tree worshipped in Sanatan Dharma?
Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji says that seeing and worshipping the peepal tree will grant longevity and wealth. In popular mythology, the peepal tree is home to the gods as well as the ancestors and places of pilgrimage. Furthermore, it is believed that Mother Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu reside in the peepal tree. Therefore, by worshipping the peepal tree, one can receive virtue along with blessings from their ancestors. Tell us why the peepal tree is revered in Hinduism and why it is said to bring good fortune and blessings. The significance of peepal trees According to Mahant Shri Paras Bhai ji, this line from Skanda Purana — Moole Vishnu — explains the significance of the peepal tree: Bhagwan Harih, Stitho Nityam Skandhe Keshav eva, Ch. Narayanastu Sharvasu Patreshu. यः पापसहसहस्त्महंता भावेम्म्ममाम कामदुघो गुधाहस्
Put differently, Lord Hari resides in the leaves, Lord Vishnu in the peepal tree’s root, Keshav in the trunk, Narayan in the branches, and all the gods in the fruits. A peepal tree represents Lord Vishnu. The tree Mahatmas adore is the one that cleanses sin from humankind. In addition, ancestors and pilgrims reside in Peepal.
The peepal tree has such spiritual and natural significance that Lord Krishna says in the Gita, “Among the trees, I am the Peepal.” The peepal is important to science since it produces a lot of oxygen as well. The Gautam Buddha attained enlightenment under the Peepal tree.
Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji said that the one who waters the peepal tree will become sinless and reach paradise.
The main benefits of peepal trees
Worshipping it also bestows the ancestors’ blessings upon one. Offering water to the Peepal tree’s roots on a daily basis is auspicious if you wish to get the blessings of your ancestors. It is said that one can obtain emancipation from Pitradosha by worshipping the peepal tree every day.
It is said that the peepal is the shape that the Shani deity Lord Krishna took. Shani’s anguish is lessened when prayers are offered to the peepal tree. Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji says that Shani bestows blessings upon people who worship the Peepal Tree in any form. In addition, to get relief from the Shani sickness, light a mustard oil lamp under the peepal tree every Saturday. After that, continue around the tree. Pilgrimage sites and the abode of the ancestors are at Peepal. This tree destroys the sins of humans.
Scientists believe that the peepal tree constantly takes up carbon dioxide from the environment and releases oxygen into it. All parts of the peepal tree are used to make different kinds of medicines. As a result, the peepal tree is highly regarded. Under the year-round green shade of the peepal tree, all living things find relaxation.
Scientific reason for worshipping the Peepal tree?
The peepal tree is revered in order to prevent cutting down on it and to raise awareness of its value. The only tree that releases oxygen even at night is the peepal, which explains this from a scientific standpoint. The shadow of the peepal tree creates a healthy, oxygen-rich atmosphere. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are lessened and regulated in this setting, maintaining the equilibrium of the three elements. It also brings tranquilly to the mind. Compared to other trees, peepal trees release more oxygen. The air is purified when peepal wood is burned.
According to scientists, this makes it the ideal location for an afternoon nap because they release oxygen during the day. It’s worth noting that resting beneath a tree at night releases carbon dioxide. However, the peepal tree deviates from this mechanism in that it releases oxygen even at night.
Through worship we express gratitude to nature
Worshipping the peepal tree or all the elements of nature is a practice and an important aspect of Hinduism. In actuality, Hinduism holds that nature provides us with a great deal. As a result, we adore them to show our appreciation. because God’s initial incarnation is found in nature. God is present in nature, that much is true. Hindus regard the peepal tree as the most sacred tree. It is also known as Vasudev, Chaitanya Vriksha, or Vishwa Vriksha.
Definitely plant these trees
According to scripture, if one plants one Peepal, one Neem, three Bel, three Amla, ten Tamarind, and five Mango trees during their lifetime, they will be guaranteed a place in paradise and will be spared from damnation. His soul attains virtue. Sadness, poverty, and bad luck are eliminated by worshipping the peepal tree. Hindus consider the abundance of the forest to be sacred, and they have special reverence for the peepal tree. Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji says that offering water at Mangal Muhurta and doing the Parikrama of the peepal tree three times a day erase poverty, misery, and bad luck.

Shelters for Migrant Labours
Who We Are
When our government announced Complete Lockdown due to Covid-19 Pandemic, We noticed that there were so many migrant labours who became homeless and were facing issues to fulfill their basic needs like food and shelter.
At that time, our Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji got emotional to see that situation and suddenly our team came into action to overcome that bad situation.
During that time, we started to arrange the shelters, food and clothes for these people so that we can become the reason of their broad smile. We were trying to fulfill all their basic needs to help them sustaining in that situation. Our Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji started filling the positivity in them which helped them to come out from the worries of pandemic.
Now, we are continuously working in this area and start targeting the road side people to provide them food, shelter, clothes and employment so that we can eradicate the poverty and dependency from our country and make all the people of our country self-dependent.
So, Come and Join us to make your contribution towards this noble cause and make this country a better place to live.
Migrant History in India
Since the beginning of time, India has warmly welcomed migrants and migrant , and numerous migrant communities have prospered. India has a long history of welcoming migrants from all over the world. The country today houses approximately 200,000 migrants and asylum seekers, the bulk of whom come from Afghanistan, Myanmar, Tibet, Somalia, Syria, and Palestine. Despite the large number of migrants in India, many of them face hostility, a lack of access to basic services, and restricted employment possibilities. The following essay will explore the current predicament of migrants in India, as well as what individuals may do to help them.
Migrant Current Situation in India
India has not ratified the 1951 United Nations Refugee Convention or its 1967 Protocol. As a result, it lacks a strong legal framework to safeguard migrants and asylum seekers. India does, however, adhere to the non-refoulement principle, which states that it would not return migrants to their home countries against their will if doing so would endanger their lives or freedom. India has always accepted migrants from all around the world.
Currently, Afghanistan and Myanmar account for the great majority of migrants in India. The number of people requesting asylum in India has increased since the Taliban seized power of Afghanistan in August 2021. Similarly, the war in Myanmar has resulted in a significant migration of Rohingya Migrants into India. There are currently 16,000 Rohingya Migrants in India, many of them live in destitute conditions with limited access to essential goods.
One of the most important problems encountered by migrants in India is a lack of legal status. They cannot create a bank account, access healthcare, or work legally without proper documentation. Many migrants are compelled to work in the informal economy, where they are exposed to mistreatment and exploitation. Furthermore, the COVID-19 outbreak has worsened their situation, with many losing their employment and fighting to make ends meet.
How Can We Help?
1.Contribute to charities that working with migrant
Many institutions, such as the Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust, work with migrants in India to provide them with shelter, food, medical care, and education. Donating to these organizations enables them to continue their essential job.
2.Participate in volunteer work for organizations
Making a difference through volunteer work with Migrant -focused charities may be highly rewarding. Volunteers are frequently requested by agencies such as the UNHCR and the Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust in India to help with their initiatives. Volunteering can take many forms, such as assisting with healthcare, offering legal support, or teaching English.
3.Raise awareness
Raising awareness of the plight of migrants in India may inspire sympathy and support for them. People may plan events, publish information on social media, or write to their political representatives demanding support for migrants .
4.Encourage businesses owned by Migrant
Because they lack legal status, many Indian migrants start small businesses such as tailoring shops or food carts. Supporting these businesses by purchasing their products or using their services can help them earn a living and better their lives.
5.Advocate for policy change
Did you know that even individuals in India can advocate for legislative reforms to benefit migrants ? This includes requesting that the Indian government create a legal framework for Migrant protection, increase financing for Migrant -assistance agencies, and granting Migrant legal status so that they can work and access critical services.
6.Provide material support
Migrants typically face a lack of needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. Individuals can help migrants by donating food, clothes, and other necessities to organizations that work with them. Alternatively, they may initiate campaigns to raise donations from local communities and provide them to migrants in need. The Migrant situation in India remains tough, with many Migrants facing prejudice and having restricted access to basic services and economic opportunities. Individuals can contribute much to improving the situation, even if it does not appear to be so. By working together to Support Migrants in India, we can ensure that they receive the protection and assistance they require to live dignified lives.

Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust
The cases of Misbehaving Children with their old-age parents are increasing day-by-day. In today’s time, Children have become so selfish that they are not doing the care of their parents that they deserve. Children forget that they got so much love and care from their parents. They are not paying even 1% back in lieu of their parents’ care.
To provide gentle care to these parents, Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust has started the Old Age Home facility where we are providing all the required amenities to them. Because, we strongly feel that they deserve the ultimate love and care because they are the form of God on earth. We always hear one saying in our day-to-day life that God cannot present everywhere every time, so he made parents.
With the aim to serve this form of God, we are inviting you to make your contribution towards this cause according to your caliber so that you can be the reason for their broad smile and Make Maa Durga extremely happy.
Paras Parivaar Charitable Trust Aim
A roof over their heads is an absolute necessity for the elderly who are homeless, ill, and abandoned by family members, as well as those who have been uprooted by natural disasters. HelpAge India has created model homes for senior citizens and located in places such as Dera Naseeb da in Haryana, India
As people age, they may require greater care and assistance with daily activities. Some people prefer to live with family or hire caretakers, but others prefer to live in an old age home or retirement community. Although making this decision may be difficult, there are various benefits to living in an elderly care home that can help seniors enhance their quality of life.
Safety and Security
To ensure the protection of inhabitants, many Old Age Homes have security measures in place. These precautions could include guarded entrances, security staff, and emergency response systems. Furthermore, the staff at these facilities are trained to recognise and avoid accidents, such as falls, which can be very dangerous for the elderly.
Companionship and Socialization
Old age homes allow seniors to mingle and make new friends. Living in a community of elders can help you overcome feelings of loneliness and isolation. Residents can participate in group activities and events such as movie evenings, games, and exercise classes, which can result in new friendships and a more fulfilling life.
Cooking, cleaning, and personal care are basic services offered by old age homes. This is especially important for elders who have difficulty carrying out these tasks on their own. Having assistance available can help elderly people maintain their independence and live more comfortably.
Access to Healthcare and Relaxing Environment
On-site healthcare Services are common in old age homes, making it easier for seniors to receive medical attention as needed. Regular checkups, medication delivery, and rehabilitation programmes are some examples of this. Having healthcare services available on-site may also provide peace of mind for family members who do not live nearby.
Residents of old age homes typically enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment. They are typically located in quiet neighborhoods with access to green spaces and walking trails. This is especially important for elderly who have mobility issues or simply enjoy spending time outside.
Finally, living in an old age home can provide several benefits for seniors. These homes can help seniors live more fulfilling and enjoyable lives by boosting their safety and security while also giving access to healthcare services. If you or a loved one are considering living in an old age home, it is vital to research and explore multiple options to find the best fit.

Vaishno Devi Mandir
About Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir in Katra, Jammu
I visited Mata Vaishno Devi twice. This blog is about my firsthand experiences at the ancient Hindu shrine. Mata Vaishno Devi, the compassionate Mother Goddess, is claimed to grant all of a devotee's desires and wishes. Mata Vaishno Devi is also known as Mata Rani, Vaishnavi, Ambe, or Trikuta.
How was Mata Vaishno Devi formed?
According to Sanatan Dharm aka Hinduism, the powers of the Hindu Goddesses Maa Saraswati, Lakshmi ji, and Maa Kali have combined to become Mata Vaishno Devi during the Treta Yuga, the second Yuga.
Bhudevi, also known as Vasundhara or Bhumi, is the earth goddess. Bhudevi is also known as Sita ji's mother, as she was born on Earth in the Hindu epic Ramayana. Bhumidevi, the consort of Varaha, Bhagwan Vishnu's boar-like third avatar, is also called Varahi.
When Goddess Bhumi was afflicted by demonic spirits that had taken over the Earth, she sought help from the male trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh, but was unsuccessful. When the male trinity appeared weak, their consorts, the female trinity of Saraswati ji, Lakshmi ji, and Parvati ji (Maa Kali), stepped in to help.
The feminine trinity of Hindu goddesses combined their most potent characteristics and powers to create the new Goddess Mata Vaishno Devi. She waged war after war until she achieved victory. The trinity was so impressed by Vaishno Mata's powers that they offered her to remain on Earth and defend it permanently.
Why is Mata Vaishno Devi famous?
Mata Vaishno Devi is well-known for representing crores of people's faith. Throughout the year, crores of devotees visit Mata Vaishno Devi without the use of modern marketing techniques or advertisements. It is one of the most well-known Hindu temples in the world.
The Ramayana Connection of Vaishno Devi
Aside from the aforementioned Bhumi Devi connection between Vaishno Devi and Ramayan, she also has an intriguing story about Shri Ram, Vishnu ji's seventh and gentlest avatar. Much later, Mata Vaishno Devi reincarnated on Earth as the daughter of a Brahmin couple. She had always been a dedicated bhakt, or devotee, of Vishnu Bhagwan. She wanted to marry him when she grew up.
Mata Vaishno Devi would meditate in a cave for hours in order to grant her wish and impress Vishnu ji. Her tapasya paid off when Vishnu ji, as Shri Ram, appeared in front of her. Sri Ram asserted that he was unable to marry Mata Vaishno Devi because he was already married and was searching for his wife Mata Sita, whom the demon King or Asura Ravan had kidnapped and carried to Sri Lanka.
When Ram ji saw her distress, he promised her that if she could recognise him, he would return to her and marry her one day. True to his word, Shri Ram, popularly known as Lord Rama in the West, returned to Mata Vaishno Devi as an elderly man. She did not recognise him, therefore they could not marry in Treta Yug.
The Mahabharata Connection of Vaishno Devi
It is stated that before the great Mahabharat war at Kurukshetra began, Arjun prayed to Devi for blessings, as instructed by Shri Krishna, the 8th avatar of Vishnu Bhagwan. Devi was gratified by his devotion and revealed herself as Mata Vaishno Devi. Arjun recites the strotam 'Jambookatak Chityaishu Nityam Sannihitalaye'.
Before the ancient Kurukshetra battle began, Shri Krishna directed Arjun to visit Jammu and seek Maa's favor. In fact, it is widely accepted that the Pandavas built the first temples after Mahabharat at Bhawan and Kol Kandoli. The five stone structures on a mountain near Trikuta Hills represent the Pandeva's brothers.
How to reach Vaishno Devi?
Rail : Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir, a major Hindu sacred site, situated around 13 km from Katra Railway Station and Katra Town.
Air : The nearest airport to Katra is Jammu Airport, which is about 50 miles away.
Bus : Buses to Katra are easily bookable from Jammu. Easily you can book Buses with and without air conditioning are available.
Road Trip : You can travel from Jammu, Phagwara, or New Delhi via a smooth road, like we did. We traveled from Ghaziabad to Phagwara, where we spent two days before traveling to Mata Vaishno Devi. It was an enjoyable and safe road trip. However, be mindful that monkeys may be present on certain roads.
Which famous people visited Vaishno Devi?
Swami Vivekanand, Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Mahant Shri Paras Bhai ji have visited Vaishno Devi.
Akshay Kumar, a well-known Bollywood actor, too has a fascinating Vaishno Devi story from his childhood.Other renowned celebrities who visit Mata Vaishno Devi include actors Ayushman Khurana, Priyanka Chopra, and Rajkumar Rao, as well as Patralekhaa herself.

The concept of Sanatan Dharma
Hinduism is also referred to as Sanatan Dharma in Sanskrit said to Mahant Shri Paras Bhai Ji. The word refers to an "eternal" or unchanging set of responsibilities and rituals that all Hindus, regardless of status, caste, or sect, must follow. These virtues include honesty, pacifism, purity, kindness, mercy, patience, self-control, and generosity.
Sanatan Dharma differs from Svadharma, which refers to individual duties depending on class, caste, and stage of life. When these two types of dharma come into conflict, such as a warrior's obligation to fight, Svadharma takes precedence.
The phrase dharma sanatan appears in classical Sanskrit texts like the Manusmriti and Bhagavata Purana. In the late 19th century, Hindu leaders and reformers revived the term to refer to Hinduism as a unified, transcendent and unchanging world religion.
Some key ideas in Sanatan Dharma include:
* Atman (the self) is the same as Brahman (the absolute divine).
*The universe is sacred and heavenly.
*Dharma, karma, moksha, and samsara are fundamental truths.
*Polytheism, idolatry, and several philosophical schools are permissible.
So in summary, Sanatan Dharma is a term used to denote the eternal, foundational principles of Hinduism, which are seen as universal and self-sustaining.
Origins and History
The Vedas, among Hinduism's earliest literature, are estimated to have been written around 1500 BCE, though they were transmitted orally much earlier. Sanātana Dharma is founded on ancient scriptures referred to as "heard" (shruti) by sages. These scriptures contain hymns, rites, and spiritual teachings.
The Upanishads, a collection of philosophical texts within the Vedas, expand on the ideas of Brahman as the ultimate impersonal reality and Atman as the soul. Understanding Sanātana Dharma requires these key concepts.
The term "Sanātana Dharma" appears in classical Sanskrit literature, notably the Manusmriti (c. 1st-3rd century CE) and the Bhagavata Purana (c. 8th-10th century CE). However, it gained popularity in the late nineteenth century, during the Hindu revivalism movement, as a way to refer to Hinduism as a religion without using the term "Hindu".
Sanatan Dharma in the 19th Century
Some Hindus refer to Hinduism as Sanatan Dharma, a Sanskrit term. It can be roughly translated as "eternal law" or "eternal religion". The term alludes to an "eternal" or unchangeable set of responsibilities and customs that all Hindus, regardless of social class, caste, or religious affiliation, observe. These qualities include restraint, tolerance, generosity, kindness, honesty, nonviolence, purity, and goodwill.
Modern Sanatanist activity in Punjab, for example, can be traced back to the career of Pandit Shraddha Ram, who defended certain religious practices like murti puja or idol worship against Arya Samaj ideas. Similarly, Pandit Din Dayal Sharma established the 'Sanatan Dharm Sabha' in the 1890s to promote these traditional practices.
The national body 'Bharat Dharma Mahamandal', which also emerged at this time, had as its first purpose "to promote Hindu religious education in accordance with the Sanatana Dharma". The Hindu Mahasabha also used this phrase to describe the Hindu religion.
Sanatan Dharma is often linked with Hinduism. However, some Hindus continue to use the phrase to describe a more traditional interpretation of their religion.
