This is essentially what this strange fictional gemstone may have looked in the universe I'm making up for a particular story I want to work on in the future.

It is called a Paradoxium.

Basically a vibrant stone with a face

General Story/Backstory

Paradoxium is a substance that can drastically effect things in so many ways that most simply can't count.

Once discovered by now-transmutated interns in the Cybernian Allegiance, it is rumoured to be linked to the sudden rise in poltergeists and unnatural monsters given its appearance looks similar to certain poltergeists.

While the effects are unpredictable and scary, parts of it can flake off, which can risk spreading chaos.

One case is Clyde Rockirogue who unfortunately realised it was infused with an arcade machine in Eastern Cybernia, off by a beach from where his old job was. This had resulted in him mutating into what looked to be a mascot for the Ridley Rascal cabinet.

These events have also led to several places shutting down, Papa Linguine's especially as it was overridden by mold monsters and the recently formed Mozzerellis disease.

As years go by with several reports of hauntings and hilariously wacky viruses, the Cybernian Allegiance has finally gotten a use for paradoxium, which happened to be portals... Albeit with those entering said portals experiencing a scrambled mind-swap between different personalities. They've perfected this by finding a way to protect themselves using magic as part of their collaboration with the Arcanian Council.

However, those mutated with paradoxium flakes will still experience these mind swaps.

[For the very first time, something has come from the Inkscape that was not put in by Anchoridge.

A torn up Sevcon ship hull.

Judging by the damage to the hull plate, it seems like it blew up, somehow managed to fall into an Ink highway, and end up at Anchoridge.

The plating suggests that it was meant primarily for Sub-Void Travel, like how the Paradoxium travels in the thin membrane between baseline reality and the void.]

...the chances of this occurring, are astronomically rare.

Extract it with care, take samples, and get it ready for a hologram copy to be made for the recovered sevcon artifacts part of the great museum.

[A large Vessel with branding from some company called 'Sevcon' warps into the skies and crash lands dangerously close to the trio]

(Katie): HOLY SHIT ALEX THAT WARP DRIVE IS STILL MESSED UP!

(Alex): Well WHAT DO YOU EXPECT!? You wanted TELEPORTATION with something that ISN'T MEANT TO TELEPORT AND YOU GOT IT!

Plus it's the S.S.S. PARADOXIUM, a lot of pressure on the PARADOX, it's NOT SUPPOSED TO WORK!

[A woman in a black suit with a white tie (Katie) looks up to the trio after climbing out of the ship]

(Katie): Oh look people.

In.... Universe... 9-0-28..

[Katie lifts up a gun and aims it at them]

WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU, THIS UNIVERSE IS UNINHABITED!

[Katie looks back to the ship]

AND ALEX HOW THE FUCK DID WE WARP HERE!?

[At first, the three of them just stare. The moth has a surprised and slightly concerned expression, while the shorter one just seems curious more than anything else. The tallest is impossible to read. Finally, the moth says something.]

(Okispe): We're just multiversal travelers, sorry if we scared you or anything... uh... did you travel here accidentally?

[His voice is fairly obviously coming through a translator, although it seems advanced enough to convey tone fairly accurately.]

(Human): What's Sevcon?

[That one's voice also has a slight mechanical tone, but different from the translator. Probably a robot.]

[The tallest one doesn't say anything, but Katie gets a strong feeling that she should lower the gun.]

While I am still on vacation and will not be interacting with Tumblr much, I would like to share some facts about the Sevcon Canon :3

Yes, garlic bread only exists in prime universe. That is seriously not a joke. No matter what you call it or how it's combined. That series of ingredients cannot make garlic bread anywhere but prime universe (And it's timelines).

Relayspace (The anywhere, everywhere, all at once access point that the Paradoxium, Arcturus, and ZeroNorthe use) has enough oxygen to breathe comfortably inside of it. Nobody knows why.

Sevcon HAD a countermemetics division, unlike a certain foundation, but it was disbanded without anyone noticing because everyone forgot about it, as the team sucked ass at their jobs. This has happened in every universe.

The first Sevcon Spaceship was the M9 Tyranny. Nobody knows why it was called that. Because anyone that knew is now dead.

Arcon, SIERRA, and Silicon were only made sister ships because I thought it would be funny to have a trio of sister ships that made the acronym 'A.S.S.'

The S.S.S. SIERRA is actually classified under Subcon Clearance. It was originally going to be Sierra clearance, but I bumped that security clearance up a level just to fuck with you.

Our universe (Like the real world, where you are right now IRL) is under universe code VZ9-V88-9817

There is no actual standard for universe codes. I am working on it. It will happen.

In most universes rats don't exist. This is because rats are actually little multidimensional spies that simply popped into existence and came to random universes to observe and gather data for science.

The music for Desime is actually really good to just listen to! It's on Soundcloud, and I've been listening to it while doing some school work (technically homework tho) and it's been pretty nice!

Endless Prarie has How To Train Your Dragon feels! Sessei No Muri E is really relaxing! Paradoxium starts out kinda creepy sounding, but it ends sounding so happy! Infernal Purgatory sounds like some adventure music for a fight scene! Gastrometamorphosa is slower while still a little action sounding, but considering what happened in the episode it's supposed to be in, that's definitely understandable.

I can't really put this stuff into words, and there are loads more songs left that I haven't mentioned, but for songs without lyrics these songs are so good!

While the two have found similar adventures...

The paths they take differ.

For now, a rivalry has struck.

Both were initially in the quest to defeat the motherbrain, the knower of all and the eventual end to life. This quest was to stop the cults & bigoted agents... And it was looking hopeful for them as they found most of the Paradoxium shards already.

This was until Clyde discovered that his power was linked in one way or another to this dastardly fiend... He felt a need to overtake what he felt was a god, defeating them now is a need to gain the strengths from the unholy.

Budd (Also known as Gabe at this point) , sees his quest as a holy crusade... To vanquish evil from a world in need of a hero. But seeing his long beloved friend take a path into darkness has got his blood boiling hotter than before...

This inner rage has made him even more of a threat than before on both sides, the same can be said for Clyde's instability. Whether the two end up killing one another or that they team up in unlikely odds is unknown, but it is inevitable that both will get hurt.

The motherbrain has proved to manifest itself within the greed that the Cybernian Allegiance bestowed upon its worst leaders. Who knows what could happen to Arcania or the world itself if the forces in Cybernia were to corrupt its way into chaos?

Who knows what could happen if the two face against the worst of the worst?

But if the two were to leap beyond humanity, what tragedy would occur next...

So our Maid of Doom keeps cackling maniacally and appears to have filled a paradoxium drum with Azoazide Azide... Is there some kind of quest for instant death in a can or is she just planning to murder us all?

There isn’t a quest for instant and permanent death. There are a few death quest if you need to master a Charge, at least Angelight has it,I’m sure, but... Just... hold on and do your best?

[An emergency report has landed on your desk.

An Anchoridge Scout Vessel has seemingly... just teleported.

From Deep Space A-3 all the way 982 million light years away to ZZ-674

But what's weirder is the electromagnetic pulses released from the teleportation.

Gravity waves suggest that right whenever they started teleporting they were hit with a high mass object moving at unprecedented speeds that could not be seen or detected.

And then exactly eight seconds later, they end up in ZZ-674 with an exit frequency that is accustomed to when something falls out of an active warp bubble on new Sevcon MK-98-45 Warp Bubble Drives.

The ship was flipped exactly 180 degrees upside down.

A hole was in the ship's starboard engine, collision hole.

Looks like a collision with an NCC Class Warp Nacelle.

Exactly the size, diameter, and outline of the Paradoxium's Warp Nacelles.

As if the Paradoxium just cut it's way directly through the ship.

The people on board the Anchoridge ship experienced memory loss of the incident, unable to remember how they got there, or three hours before they teleported.

Brain scans indicate post-traumatic amnesia.

Which could mean three things.

What they saw was so terrifying or weird their brains forgot it entirely

Electromagnetic fields from the warp bubble fucked up the memory centers of their brain for a couple hours

Or the universe simply wants them to forget. As if those moments were completely erased from time for them.

The collision seems like an accident, as no Sevcon records indicate they new the ship was there or intended a crash.

And of course, if it were intentional, the ship would be in a MUCH worse shape than it is right now.]

...study the incident. Prepare defenses for this possibility. Do not take any risks. All travel will be done via the warp, so we may get there without the risk being as high.

Recover camera footage if possible, as we record new frames every .01 of a millisecond.

(CK-93B): Well that's a tough question. I'll respond with 'Sevcon lied to you trainees'.

PARAPROTO-2 was never found. Instead they built a new ship that actually has the callsign ZERONORTHE.

PARAPROTO-2, or the Paradoxium Prototype MK.², is still MIA.

But an Anchoridge ship was found three days ago by Sevcon ships completely destroyed with the PP-2's logo burned into it's hull.

The S.S.S. ZeroNorthe is still out there somewhere.

I suggest we find out what happened before Anchoridge realizes they're missing one of their largest battle freighters.

And god save us all if they actually find their freighter.
