There’s this weird thing I like to do when I write;

I like to assign IRL actors and celebrities as my characters, especially if their personalities and styles are similar.

Example;

My main character for GothamX, Aurora Blue, I imagined her as Dove Cameron. Just give some pretty pink hair and some sapphire colored eye contacts and toss into the AU 😅🤷‍♀️

Earlier versions of GothamX includes a character/cast list for my amusement.

i have sooo much planned for owd its exciting. hero's backstory with the accident involving her family...that being revealed to nocturne as also the reason he was separated from his creator (who also died) and captured by an evil organization to turn him into the ultimate weapon...all this being tied together by expy, who has the means of time travel and lets them go back to the past to find this out...everything being tied back to heolstor as well, with her having been connected to nocturne when she was much younger...

i really need to name this organization tho LOL. i havent rly thought about it. maybe i'll just name them claw. the claw organization. that has a cool ring to it tbh. maybe they aim to "claw their way to the top" or "trap the world in their claws" bc they aim to rule the entirety of paradoxia. and they were tryna use nocturne to do it..

also hero's forms. by extension nocturne's forms. unlike popular "super" forms in media hero actually doesnt get her super form until AFTER she gets her dark super form! in fact her dark super form is her first actual transformation lol. she only goes super when she comes back to the good side. nocturne doesnt have a super form until he and hero have to fight the final final boss xeros, but it proves to be pretty useless against her, even paired with hero's super form... good thing they get ultra forms!!! (it's kinda equivalent to sonic's hyper form i guess) im excited about ultra forms bc those give them the power to FUSE. man i have to design their fusion. their name is nero and i picture them to be so actually cool

Un nouveau documentaire et portrait actuel de LYDIA LUNCH

Lydia Lunch — “We used to be warriors. Women. How we have devolved. From Medusa to Madonna, from Kali to Courtney Love, from Durga to Uma Thurman."

Lydia Lunch a commencé sa carrière, comme beaucoup le font, en déménageant à New York et en regardant un groupe. Elle n’avait ni argent ni personne avec qui rester, alors elle a immédiatement pris le chanteur et a déménagé dans un loft dans l’immeuble du chanteur. Personne n’allait dire non à Lydia. Le documentaire retrace ensuite sa carrière dans le No Wave Scene of punk à New York avec la prochaine étape de sa tournée du jour avec son groupe Retrovirus. Beth B. transpose ensuite l’histoire dans l’œuvre cinématographique de Lunch, notamment le film The Right Side Of My Brain avec Richard Kern. L’histoire saute entre le passé et le présent de Lunch. Je pense que ce genre de récit décousu fonctionne très bien pour Lunch et le film.

Dans ce documentaire plus récent qui se concentre sur sa carrière de manière plus complète que les précédents documentaires, on retrouve certaines allusions émouvantes rappelant son auto-biographie brute et sans concessions, Paradoxia. Le film explore plus en détail son impact sur la scène artistique et musicale underground à New York dans les années 1970 et 1980, ainsi que sa carrière musicale, ses performances sur scène, ses collaborations avec d'autres artistes et son engagement politique.

Lydia Lunch n’est pas seulement dans la provocation bête et méchante, elle est probablement l’une des artistes féminines les plus agressives et engagée de la scène rock underground depuis 40 ans. Elle est le produit d’abus et d’horreur, mais au lieu de « tourner le couteau vers l’intérieur », elle a décidé de s'en servir pour mieux vous dépecer. Son art consiste à infliger la violence et l’agression souvent exercée par les hommes contre les femmes et les enfants (ou tout le monde pendant une guerre réelle) contre les auteurs de violence et d’abus. Ses instruments sont son propre corps et son esprit.

Avec la prochaine génération de femmes en art qui ont été plus agressifs, ils semblent n’avoir lu qu’une partie de la note de service ou compris une partie du message de Lunch. Ils ont parlé de sexualité agressive et ont négligé d’utiliser cette agressivité et la menace de violence pour équilibrer la balance de la société. Le féminisme de Lunch est en grande partie tacite. Elle vous montre des exemples et vous laisse le découvrir. Les femmes agressives d’aujourd’hui montrent aux hommes le T & A qu’ils veulent, mais ne pas les appeler. Ils ne font pas obstacle aux agresseurs masculins avec leurs poings ou leurs idées. Ils donnent aux hommes ce qu’ils veulent et ne leur donnent pas de coups de poing dans le visage par la suite de peur d’aliéner leur public très excité. Ça s’appelle manquer le but. Lydia Lunch n’a pas fait de clips sur papier glacé, le travail cinématographique auquel elle a participé avec Richard Kern a été récemment exposé au Musée d’Art Moderne de NYC.

Lydia Lunch est apparue dans plusieurs documentaires qui lui étaient consacrés avant la sortie de "The War is Never Over" en 2019. Voici quelques exemples :

Le choix de Beth B pour raconter l’histoire est parfait. Déjeuner, si vous regardez le film, saute à la prochaine idée, le prochain groupe, la prochaine frontière peu de temps après qu’elle réalise ce qu’elle veut avec quel que soit son projet actuel est. En mettant en scène un récit qui va et vient, le passé de Lunch puis le présent de Lunch, la direction de Beth B canalise l’esprit du sujet de son documentaire. L’un des groupes que Lunch abandonne brusquement est abandonné parce qu’ils étaient « trop populaires ». Déjeuner semble mal à l’aise de passer trop de temps avec un groupe ou une idée et le documentaire est le même. Déjeuner est toujours en guerre. Elle rejette la paix de la complaisance et de la sécurité. Je recommande vivement de regarder ce documentaire parce qu’il vous fera sentir et vous donner un œil sur une grande artiste étrangère, mais aussi révéler certains de ses secrets, mais seulement si vous prêter attention. Poussée par la douleur à une sorte de folie artistique qu’elle a répandue sur presque toute l’humanité, elle est cette guerrière dont elle a parlé. Elle a une grande influence sur notre culture. Elle ose remettre sa douleur sur le visage de ses bourreaux et, ce faisant, elle ouvre la voie pour que les femmes n’acceptent plus docilement le statu quo de la politique sexuelle. Elle vous montre qu’il n’y a aucune raison qu’une femme ne soit pas aussi forte qu’un homme. Elle rompt le cycle de formation sociale féminine qui nous dit que nous sommes faibles et que nous sommes des biens. Elle nous montre que la maltraitance parentale et familiale des enfants a des conséquences, mais que même les blessés peuvent utiliser leur rage comme leur plus grande force et que les malfaiteurs peuvent payer. Elle est la « tueuse au visage noué » que la société a créée.

Krafft-Ebing surgiu como um dos primeiros a estudar sistematicamente esses comportamentos, aplicando uma abordagem médico-científica a questões que antes eram vistas como exclusivamente morais. Isso o coloca como um pioneiro da sexologia, ao lado de estudiosos como Havelock Ellis e Magnus Hirschfeld.

A obra foi escrita originalmente para um público médico e jurídico, com o objetivo de ajudar profissionais a lidar com casos de "desvios sexuais" que poderiam ter implicações legais, como crimes sexuais, homossexualidade (então criminalizada), e outras práticas vistas como "patológicas".

Cada uma dessas categorias reflete uma visão patologizante da sexualidade, onde qualquer comportamento que fugisse da reprodução heterossexual procriativa era visto como um sinal de doença mental ou degeneração.

Krafft-Ebing foi o primeiro a cunhar os termos sadismo e masoquismo, que são derivados, respectivamente, do nome do Marquês de Sade (conhecido por suas obras e práticas envolvendo violência sexual) e de Leopold von Sacher-Masoch (autor que descreveu o prazer derivado do sofrimento físico e emocional em suas narrativas).

Para Krafft-Ebing, o sadismo se refere à obtenção de prazer sexual a partir da infligência de dor ou humilhação a outra pessoa, enquanto o masoquismo refere-se ao prazer derivado de ser o receptor dessa dor ou humilhação. i started worldbuilding paradoxia so i could maybe more easily make characters but i think i came to the conclusion that i only need like, a few small worldbuilding details to be able to properly make characters for the world

mostly things happen b/c i say so and i love that. i think i just need to go crazy with these ocs. if i want a character to be a knight i can just have them be a knight, i dont need some crazy detailed system of knighthood and kingdoms. they can just be a knight be i said so LOL

not saying systems and detailed lore arent cool or anything, i just dont think having all that would really add to the fun for me? i kinda just wanna make characters freely for this story. whatever happens happens

Paradoxia is a new figure of speech and it relates to Christ’s life. Christ the divine took a human form to save mankind from sins. There is also an instance in which Jesus undergoes a transfiguration on the mount and becomes holy and celestial in front of his disciples. Then again, he appears after the resurrection to Mary and Martha and also has dinner with his disciples. All these instances show the working of Paradoxia.

I have tried everything, like the power of positive thinking, auto-suggestion, karma, law of attraction and all such things but none of them has been working in life. I ask the philosophic question to myself, should I seek God’s will in everything I want to accomplish? I believe that the power of God lies above all self-help manuals.

Yes, money is not God or Mammon and money is the abode of the creator Jehovah Jesus and it is will to disperse it those who ask. So, I am asking God to receive, seeking God to find and knocking to be opened. God Jehovah Jesus has said: delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of the heart. In another context he says: I will give you the treasures of darkness, the wealth of secret hidden places so that you will know, I am the Lord God of Israel who has called you by name.
