Ah... such a fond thought that one was. While he had held devotion for the toddler and the future Lucina, Robin couldn’t help but smile. Content with how much she really is like a daughter to him.

blue hair.   for a moment  ,  only a slight one  ,  they thought they were looking at the back of their professor.   but they were quick to realize that the shade of blue was different.   whereas their professor had more of a   . . .   more ashy-like blue  ,  maybe even more of a dark teal then anything  ,  this person had blue-blue.   like the blue found on book covers and flowers.          ❝   s-sorry for staring.   i mistook you for someone else.   ❞          ( @papilia )

Asian parents do be treating us like a child as much as possible and they expect us to be responsible individuals who are independent and are well-directed in life.

Rant under the cut:

Call me petty but I just woke up and my family went groceries and they called me to ask what I wanted for lunch. And like, I wanted to-go from a fastfood chain nearby but they scolded me for always eating trash so I suggested takoyaki and yet, they scold me again bc it's not a "proper meal".

I accidentally blurted out, "Ah, kasamok nila oy. Sila nalay papilia. Gabuot." (I said that to my sister bc she's answering the phone. trsnltn: ah, they're so annoying. Let them pick the food instead.)

Just...JDHDHSHSJSJSHS my frustrations are now overflowing at this point. Because of this little act of theirs. Just this litoooool act has made me unconsciously develop myself as someone who keeps their mouth shut. Like, I've noticed lately how I don't speak for myself (i was always like this but it feels so much worse now wtf) and I just let other people decide for me. Heck, I don't even know what I want for lunch I'm so petty mf.

The Tongue

A tricky part. Seemingly built for one purpose, but capable of so much more. It’s not just pure lust or gluttonous intentions that define the tongue, but joyous laughter that rolls off, catching a snowflake, talking so fast you can barely keep up. Sometimes you can get carried away, lost to the flavours and sensations of new, always itching to try more, and sometimes you forget when to hold yourself back and restrain your eagerness. The tongue is passion, of every good and negative connotation implicit in that, exemplified. In their kiss, you can taste revolution. Chase it, lose yourself to the sensations and wallow in it until everything else can fade away to nothing. It’s the one luxury you can allow for yourself, after all that you’ve endured. Stop biting down, be free.

people hear without really listening,  most of the time,  and you hate it.  you know that your words are falling dead from your mouth in a conversation as the other person just sits and waits until it is their turn to talk again.  you crave more,  you want to be heard with a purpose and an honesty of intentional knowing.  because you are so many things,  and they live within you,  and you want to share them,  but it is hard,  because to speak is to allow someone to listen.  to speak is to chance being heard.  and if you are heard,  and if they listen,  then they will know.  my darling dove,  you deserve to be known.  you deserve to talk until your voice gets rough and to have someone listen to every word.  you deserve the kindness of an active investment by another in what it is you have to say.  it isn’t selfish.  i promise,  i swear.

stay with me while the storm is strong

we all need someone sometimes,  and you often don’t feel like you are worth someone remaining.  you are,  though.  i know that you crave for someone to be there and rest their hand against your back during the bad times.  for a loving voice to lull you to sleep with a cadence of compassion and a desire to remain.  you just want someone to remain.  through and past the bad parts when you know it is difficult.  you want to fall asleep to their voice and wake up to them still there in the morning.  you want them to know the way that you take your tea and keep a box of your favorite flavor in their pantry in case you have a bad night and need to come over.  you want to trust someone enough to give them a key to your house.  and you deserve it,  love.  you deserve for someone to linger.  you deserve to place your trust in another and know that they’ll help you brush your hair if you’re just too tired.  you deserve for someone to remain.

craft me a cunning creation

the power of   ‘ i made this for you ’   is enough to make your heart ache in the good kind of way.  the knowledge that someone sat down,  and,  with you in mind,  they created.  they painted,  they knit,  they sculpted,  they folded.  they created for you.  it is something tangible.  something that will remain when they have to leave for the night.  something that lingers.  you can look at it,  touch it,  and you can know that you were cared for enough to inspire creation.  you were the source of someone wanting to make.  you were,  and you are,  and you have proof of it.  you have proof that they think of you,  proof that they thought.  and you're worth it,  love,  you're inspirational.  i hope you have an entire shelf or bookcase filled with proof of being thought of and remembered filled with tangible evidence of consideration.
