Takahashi cooked with Taro's design. There is such a fantastic contrast to his slender, slight androgynous look and ornate, fancy clothing with his massive monstrous form. This series is 100% focus on comedy, and he is no exception, but there are a ton of moments Takahashi makes him genuinely intimidating.

Here are some Ranma 1/2 ideas that I have had:

1. What if Kuno fell in the spring of drowned Akane?

2. What if Ryoga tried to confess to Akane, but fucked it up so badly that she thought he was coming out to her?

3. What if there was a martial arts drag race, but it was adults-only, so they made Genma do it?

4. What if Shampoo got picked up by animal control, and they had to rescue her before she got spayed?

5. What if Herb and Pantyhose started a podcast together?

6. What if Ukyo began to suspect that Akari was just Ranma in disguise?

7. What if Kasumi found out Ranma gets periods in girl form, and tried to make him go to the gynecologist?

I know that this gets brought up constantly by some strange people and that hohoho Rumiko said you shouldn't think about it! But I do wanna think about it. Because it's very interesting.

Could Ranma possibly get pregnant? This clearly depends on how the Ranma's world is made.

I think the answer is yes, because I remember reading in the Manga of a tribe that made animals go into the woman pond to then mate with them and create some sorts of super powered humans. (Correct me if I'm mistaken)

I don't think the question is whether Ranma can actually become pregnant. Because I think it's 100% that it's possible. But the true question is would he be able to turn into a man?

I think there are three possible answers to this (Feel free to comment more if you have them)

1) Ranma turns into a male, the baby is no more

2) Ranma turns into a male, his female form sorts of contains the baby in like a sort of limbo until he turns back into a girl and the baby can keep growing

3) Ranma can't turn into a male until his pregnancy is either terminated or he gives birth to the baby

I am super interested in this sorts of questions, which I think can bring up more that are a bit... weird

If Ranma could get pregnant then:

He can also menstruate if he stays as a girl for too long

Shampoo can get pregnant in cat form. Can she go into heat in cat form? How would this affect her

Both Ryoga and Mousse can get their respective animals pregnant (I do not want to think about this too much)

Would Pantyhose Taro be infertile? Or would he be able to have children in his monster form?
