Just as a btw, this very well could be real photo. Those bucket hats are commonly used, and the color is probably due to it being quote old. The mismatched uniform is actual a common sweater, and in this type of uniform (service uniforms made of cotton designed for work and comfort during longer stays in the field as apposed to dress uniforms) do not display insignia. And finally not all IDF units carry Tavor rifles.

What is missing here is context. We do not know why this lady is detained. Arrests such as these are commonplace and can very well be someone who entered Israeli territory outside of proper procedure or other worse things. If we want to fight misinformation from the palywood types, we need to fight honestly and be informed.
