General Palontras headcannons

Obviously no romantic stuff because I personally dont feel comfy writing that sort of thing for the fella

Behold

The other comfort character

He purrs. HE PURRS I DONT CARE

He does that thing cats do when you pet them, he kind of rolls his head back into your hand.. easier if you have giant hands but he kind of does it with normal human sized hands

While hes mostly out of water he does have the capabilities of existing underwater for extended periods of time

Sometimes when hes submerged he blows bubbles under the water

He tends to fidget with his hands, usually wrapping and wringing his fingers together

His eyes can dilate similar to a cats

He canonically smells like bubblegum, so hc that everything kind of smells sweet for a few seconds after he leaves

Not terribly overwhelming but its definitely noticable

Hes cold blooded like real life axolotls

^ he likes to lay on rocks in the sun to warm himself up, open to letting you join him if you ask

He chirps, like cats do when they're excited or happy
