At #PalisadesCreditUnionPark, I found an exceptional #pizza. No, not exceptional pizza for a ballpark, just exceptional pizza. @Red_Threads_Pizza uses a rather unique, mobile wood-burning pizza oven — the oven itself made in #Italy and the mobile part of it made in #Tennessee. Of course, it’s what you put into the oven that’s most important and as you can see in the photos, they’re using fresh, top notch ingredients and hand stretching their handmade, perfectly proofed dough right there. The result is a sensationally crispy, delightfully chewy, incredibly flavorful pie — more closely related to what you find in Italy than the various styles of North American pizza. Fun time at #PalisadesCreditUnionPark tonight in #Ramapo #NY with #TeamIsrael taking it to the @NYBoulders and winning a rain-shortened exhibition game, 7-1. Unfortunately, it has been raining like crazy here at #PalisadesCreditUnionPark in #Ramapo #NY, so the scheduled #TeamIsrael at @nyboulders exhibition is in jeopardy, but I hope they play ball. I did get to meet both #IanKinsler @i.kinsler3 and #NickRickles @NRickles and thank them both for their kindness. At my third straight @Frontier_League #baseball game! Tonight I’m in #Ramapo #NY at #PalisadesCreditUnionPark for the @NYBoulders!
