dude its just so frustrating to have a chronic pain condition that waxes and wanes. like i had gone like a week or two without much pain and then today after lunch, im just in some of like. the worst hip pain. and it's just like aurgh. im sitting here thinking about how i want it to end and im thinking about disability and im just sort of like. waves my hand. i want it to be fixed i want it to go away but that is never going to happen. i do pain management techniques soon im going back to PT, and it's like. someday it might just leave me and I don't know when or if it will. it is so frustrating to not be able to trust your body!!!

Alrighty, who decided I was their favorite fictional character, becuz I was just huddled up in the school bathroom for like 2 periodz, experiencing the most toe-curling, nauseating, heinous, painful period crampz to grace humankind. Count ur dayz.

These super strong pain patches are insane because especially in the evening whenever I move I know what movements hurt in which way so you know im sitting up from the couch and bracing for a specific pain and it doesn’t hit as hard as I thought it was. I can feel the expected pain in other places but not in the affected area around the sticker, which is very vague and hard to define on account of not being able to see my own back. Anyway. Awesome
