real talk, i avoid advertisements as much as possible year-round but ESPECIALLY in january. it's big weight loss ad season and i don't need that in my life, and neither do you.
#i typed up some stuff on How i avoid ads but then i deleted it all bc it sounded either#painfully obvious (i use an adblocker online)#or just pretentious (the classical music radio station only has a few irrelevant ads & i get most of my entertainment thru the library)
