Tumblr media Tumblr media
How Did Lib Sexy Love Die? Cause of death of music video actress revealed Liberian actress and comedian LIB SEXY Love has passed away. Let's take a closer look at what happened to him and LIB SEXY love death.
What happened to Lib Sexy Love?
Online reports confirmed that Lib Sexy Love died unexpectedly on December 1, 2022. A report says, Well-known Liberian female actress and comedian, LIB SEXY LOVE aka Nasera Love Kamara has passed away (passed away) recently. According to sources close to the late Sexy Love, she died after a year-long illness. May her soul rest in perfect peace. LIB SEXY Love is the cause of death One of Liberia's promising up and coming actresses has been reported dead by many Liberian celebrities in the "sexy romance community. As always, no one has released the details of how and why she died. However, official reports suggest that she passed away after a long illness.
Who is LIB SEXY Love?
Raised in the US, Nasera Love Kamara, who is well-known for her on-stage swagger, explored her talents and found it easy to perform even though she didn't have the body size she does now. She first started her career as a dancer at a young age as an entertainer. And as we break our circle of knowing, Love moves us through its lifeline. When she returned to Africa in 2007, she realized that she would face many difficulties and that to achieve her goals, she would have to put in more effort than she had previously done in the United States. She showed interest in the pageant and tried to compete for Miss, but it didn't work out because of her plus-size body, which made people laugh at her and some said that it was not the best thing for her to enter. She decided to go back to what she was most comfortable with and gave her more confidence.
Tumblr media
Nasera Love Kamara's passion Love started dancing on stage with musicians. She worked her way up to the stage in various concerts and gave it all while dancing. In the end, the name of love can no longer be hidden; Everyone recognized her as a glamorous love interest, and she was widely regarded as a "dancing fat lady". Life constantly presents us with opportunities to use what we already have to move forward more successfully, but sometimes we can be too dull to realize who we really are. Kamara became an actress! Seductive love never stops dancing. She danced until the big names in the business recognized her and established a name for herself by refusing to pay to enter any events and insisting that everyone she could support be on time. The charismatic love loves to entertain, and her unusual passion for it led her to another path in business; She became an actor (actress). She was discovered by someone who thought he could use her prowess on the big screen to continue dancing for the theater and make her a movie star. “I started getting calls to perform with lip artistes and one fine evening/night show someone saw me and asked for my number; I happily offered it. A few days later, I got a call asking me if I could act in a movie and if I wanted to be an actor. I never hesitated to say "yes" because I thought it was cool, I enjoyed it, it was good for me because I knew what I was doing, and other people thought I was cool, so I became an actor (actress) from that point. In general, nothing depressed me more than when I first noticed people making fun of fat people. I never let it show, but I don't like it, and it doesn't make me happy to see it. I created a Facebook profile to inspire people who shared my plus-size body type. I wanted to show them that they can be successful just like me.
Love with Christophe and DJ Nelly
I fell in love with a famous DJ (name withheld), self-conscious about their body size, trying to make sure they were happy with the way they looked, and pursuing my career as an actor and stage dancer. Through him, I met many amazing people from DJ Blue, Master Queen and Hot FM. He started this whole journey as an entertainer in Liberia in 2009 but struggled for four years to get his name recognized in the country's entertainment industry. She became well known in 2013. Here are some of his movies if you are interested: Miss Ukraine, Kema, “Fire for Fire,” Mr. in Liberia. Ibu, “Miss Liberia,” Paul in the Army, “Family War,” are some examples. . He only spoke of some heartfelt things that might make someone from outside of Liberia feel bad about the country. “They don't notice you until you go to some Nigerian or American site,” she admits, “so sometimes I feel like I'm giving up on my skills, but I'm like, 'You can turn hot love into honey, so keep pushing.
Tumblr media
She recently started singing and is a strong advocate for Liberian music; Famous singers often call her to help promote their songs. Sister of Sexy Love PCK, Peter C. Also known as Kamara, one of Liberia's greatest and most popular artists of all time. Knowing the attractive love for you will be a great thing and monitoring her activities will ensure she achieves her goals and help others develop their God-given skills. That is the story of a glamorous love and how she rose to become the most talked about woman in Liberia. God has called me to this and I pray that my mother will keep me safe wherever she is. 『 jessica alba. thirty six. cis woman. she/her. 』 oh heavens, is that SOFIA MORALES from MAIN STREET i see roaming around mapleview? minnie may’s always calling them -CONCEITED & - CLOSED OFF. i happen to think they’re not that bad! they’re a pretty cool GUIDANCE COUNSELOR/CHEERLEADING COACH AT MAPLEVIEW HIGH SCHOOL and every time i’ve seen them, they’ve always been +ATTENTIVE & +INDEPENDENT. i hope i see them around again! 『 cassidy. 20. pst. she/her. 』
hi hi ! i'm cassidy and i can't tell you how excited i am to have found this lil adorable group ! small towns are my absolute fave and it's been forever since i've rped in one. enough of my rambling though, i bring my former miss north carolina beauty queen, and the most recent bachelorette (back) to mapleview !
trigger warning for mentions of eating disorders !
stats:
full name: sofia isabella morales.
birthday: september 19, 1984.
age: thirty six.
gender and pronouns: cis woman, she/her.
sexuality: bisexual.
parents: gabriella morales & unknown father.
languages spoken: spanish, english.
occupation: guidance counselor & cheerleading coach.
education: mapleview high school. (1999-2003)
university of north carolina at chapel hill. (2003-2007 bachelors) (2007-2009. masters)
titles: miss north carolina teen usa (2001), miss north carolina 2004.
past residence: mapleview, winston-salem, nc, los angeles, ca (when she filmed the bachelorette)
current residence: mapleview, nc.
hogwarts house: ravenclaw.
all about sofia:
born on a chilly september night, sofia was in pageants before she could even walk. her mother, gabriella, was only 17, a pageant queen herself that found her pageant dreams dashed when she became pregnant. her father had naturally ran, so sofia was raised by her mother and her grandparents. her name sofia came from her grandmother.  sofia always knew her mother loved her, but she was definitely a stage mom.
anybody could tell you, the pageant life is not for the hearted. she probably won every little miss in the state. while other kids could play in the mud, sofia was on a very strict schedule. gabriella morales just wanted her daughter to live the life she never could herself.
the sweetest kid you’d ever meet. all her life kindness was instilled in her.  treat people how you wanted to be treated. the cutest lil southern belle ever. she loved growing up in a small town. small town life was all she had ever known.
by the time she was in high school, her popularity skyrocketed. however, she wasn’t your typical stuck up mean girl. the girl had friends from every clique. people just naturally gravitated towards her because she was just a light.
with all her activities, she soon became a cheerleader and i swear, you could not find a peppier cheerleader? she always was on the sidelines every friday night pumping up the crowd whether the football team was down or up.
def the homecoming queen/prom queen at least once in her high school career. bc the ~it girl~
won miss north carolina teen usa when she was seventeen, but by then she was really struggling. over the years, she had put certain expectations on herself. of course it surely didn’t help that her mother also had expectations for her. in a weird way, sofia felt like she was owed it to her mom to win all titles. because of sofia, she couldn’t live out her own beauty queen dreams. sofia much rathered spend time with her grandparents.  to them, no matter how many titles she won, or didn’t win, she was still their little sofi.
leading up to the miss nc teen pageant, sof wasn’t treating her body as well as she should’ve. she began skipping meals, counting calories, putting up a front in front of her friends and family. it all came to a head though when just as they announced she had won, she fell to the ground on tv. there’s def still video footage of it somewhere.
after that, she had been put into therapy and a rehab center to help treat her eating disorder. when she finally got the help she needed, she quit pageants for good. they weren’t just good for her health at that time in her life.
when she received a scholarship for cheerleading at the university of north carolina at chapel hill, sof couldn’t be happier and man, did she thrive at chapel hill. she lived in mapleview all her life, but she loved the big city life.
she majored in counseling. she wanted to help others as they had helped her. in 2003, sofia had decided to get back into pageants. she had a platform and wanted to use it for good. she’d talked about her struggles with mental health and found out, she really wasn’t alone. that fall she won miss north carolina 2003 for the following year.
she graduated from chapel hill in 2006 and received her masters in 2008. from the moment on, she moved to winston-salem and began working as a counselor. the occasional trips to mapleview happened, but for the most part she was a big city girl.
more recently though, last summer her friends had signed up for the bachelor. she thought it was hilarious and never believed she’d actually get the chance to be on there. sofia had always valued her career over any relationship, but she went on there anyways. if the bachelor didn’t turn out to be shit, she could at least get a free vacation out of it, right?
well, she made it to hometowns where she brought him home to mapleview, only to be dumped not too soon after. passed out on tv as a teenager, got dumped on tv as an adult. consistency. little did she know though, how much america loved her southern charm. a few months later, she got a call from abc. they wanted her to the bachelorette. (if you’ve seen hannah b’s season then it was kind of like that dkdsjjs)
from day one, she made it known that she wasn’t here for any bs. so every monday, america got to watch her be the strong empowered woman she was. def cried too many times on tv, def had to deal with trolls and people who made it clear that they couldn’t stand her, slut shamed. ya know :~)
she got engaged in greece to a man who thought was love of her life. only to find out after that they were magazine articles swirling about him having a girlfriend back home that he ‘promised to come back home to.’ the engagement bliss only lasted about a month before she broke it off. like every step on her journey, the break up was filmed. so after the proposal aired on tv, the break up aired directly after it. sofia couldn’t lie it was... hard. america was already watching her every move. some loved her and cheered her on while others thought she was a raging cunt.
for awhile, sofia kind of lost herself again. after the finale, sof packed everything up and moved back to mapleview. while many people on the show move to los angeles after, she just needed a break from the spotlight. currently, she’s in her first year of being the guidance counselor and cheerleading coach at mapleview high school. she just needed to be home. dare i say.... alexa play country roads take me home?
if you made it this far, ily! give me all the connections.

Beautiful weather girl
Tumblr media
Cristina is fluent in English and Spanish, something that has given her an edge on T.V.Ĭristina Blackwell is becoming a recognizable name in many homes in America. Cristina’s mother is Mexican, and her dad is American. Though Cristina would feel like an outcast growing up, she would graduate from The University of Texas in 2009, majoring in Speech and Communication. Due to her family moving around, Cristina struggled to make friends and fit in. You’d never know this blonde queen struggled when she was younger. Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Cristina Blackwell is hitting the airwaves. Since 2017, Lluvia has been dating national Mexican soccer star, Javier Aquino. With over 1 million followers across her platform, this relatively young weather star is slowly becoming a household name. Though she is still active as a weather girl for Televisa Monterrey in Mexico, Lluvia also has a successful modelling career. In 2014, Lluvia participated in a pageant where she would place second. Eventually, she would move to Televisa Monterrey as the backup to Yanet Garcia.īeauty and brains, Lluvia is one meteorologist who has the whole package. stations began to try to sway her towards them. Though she got her break discussing sports in Spanish, her mother tongue, other T.V. Born in Mexico in April 1994, Lluvia studied journalism and psychology before becoming a newscaster for Televisa Deportes, which focused on sports. Today, Jill has a strong following on Twitter and Instagram, where she has over 20,000 followers.Īge is but a number, and though Lluvia Carrilo may be young, she is a star in the making. nowadays, Jill’s career found itself on shaky grounds when her modeling career ended abruptly after she posed nude for Playboy magazine. Jill always wanted to be a star and be in front of the camera. No matter what it was, Jill had poise when reporting on the news or weather, which probably came from experience as a model. Rain or shine, Jill was bringing the highs of lows of the weather into the homes of New Yorkers. Jill’s confidence in front of the camera and knowledge made her a pleasure to watch. She may not be sharing the rays of sun in Texas, but there is no doubt we can expect some great and big things from Bri.īefore Jill Nicolini got her break as a New York news reporter, she started as a weather reporter. Bri shared her desire to pursue a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. In 2017 however, Bri decided to hang up her weather cap to go back to school. Before her 25th birthday, Bri had joined ABC and Eyewitness News. By the age of 24, she had joined the cast of ABC doing special reports on top of her daily weather reports.īri’s star presence has been opening doors for her. It was not long after she hit the airwaves that Eyewitness News knew that Bri had the potential to become something bigger. Born in 1988, Bri got her first big break for the NBC satellite station KAMR-TV in Amarillo, Texas. One of the younger meteorologists making our list is Bri Winkler. This upward success for Jackie would lead to something bigger, as she would go on to become co-anchor at Primer Impacto. Jackie is a force to be reckoned with, which is why, when Univision saw the bubbly persona mixed with her professionalism, that they offered her a position as their traffic reporter. Since then, Jackie has moved from being an onscreen presence to now making waves on the radio for WRTO doing weather reports. Her hard-working ethics has resulted in her getting a job opportunity by WRMA. She is well informed and passionate about the weather. Who knew she would settle in so perfectly there? Don’t be fooled though by her pretty face – Jackie packs quite the punch. Puerto Rican beauty Jackie Guerrido moved to beautiful Miami. Rain or shine, these ladies are ready to brighten your day with what to expect. Never have a gloomy day with these ladies. Keep a towel close by as we list some of the most beautiful meteorologists sharing the highs and lows of the weather. Women are making waves and delivering the highs and lows of climate change. From the sunshiny coast of California to the deserts of Mexico, to Big Ben in U.K.

When It Started: Albert Hammond Jr.
The Strokes rhythm guitarist and occasional lead guitarist was born on April 9, 1980 in Los Angeles, California. He is the son of Albert Hammond, a singer songwriter, who had a hit song in the early 1970’s entitled “It Never Rains in Southern California.” His father also would receive royalties from the Radiohead hit “Creep” due to its similarity to one of his tracks. His mother is a former model and beauty pageant winner from Argentina, while Albert’s first language is actually Spanish. Growing up in California, he became a top ranked amateur roller skater participating in various competitions. The future Strokes guitarist would take up the instrument at the age of nine. At age 12, Hammond was sent to the boarding school in Switzerland, Institut Le Rosey, where he started a friendship with Julian Casablancas. In his teens, Hammond moved back to Los Angeles to complete high school at the Buckley School. After graduation in 1998, he would then move to New York City to attend NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Albert would officially join the Strokes in 1999 becoming the last member to fill out the roster. One interesting part of his joining the group came in the fact that the rest of the band had wanted Julian to play guitar, but the singer refused.
Albert would primarily play rhythm guitar on most tracks, but he occasionally does solos on some songs including "Last Nite", "Trying Your Luck", "Take It or Leave It", "Under Control", "The End Has No End", "Ize of the World", "Threat of Joy", "Vision of Division", and "Drag Queen.” As a guitarist, Hammond holds the instrument at a much higher horizontal level much like Buddy Holly, which he has said in the past is so he can dance better. Although Casablancas wrote most of the material for the band, Albert did help to co-write the Room on Fire song “Automatic Stop.” In 2006, he would become the first member of the band to release a solo record entitled Yours to Keep via Rough Trade Records. The album featured a number of guest artists including Sean Lennon, Ben Kweller, The Strokes' manager Ryan Gentles, Jody Porter of Fountains of Wayne, Chris Feinstein, Mikki James, Sammy James Jr. (The Mooney Suzuki) and the Strokes' lead singer, Casablancas. He was joined in the group by bass player Josh Lattanzi and drummer Matt Romano. Hammond has gone on to release subsequent albums and an EP since then including Como Te Llama (2008), AHJ (2013), Momentary Masters (2015), and Francis Trouble (2018). The EP AHJ would be released through the record label started by Julian Casablancas, Cult Records. That particular EP and the next album Momentary Masters would be produced by Strokes sound engineer Gus Oberg, who also took on that role on Angles by the band in 2011. As early as 2013, the guitarist has said that he would always be interested in opening for the Strokes if the opportunity should ever arise. He has also stepped into the producer's chair for artists such as The View and the Vaccines, even building his own studio in upstate New York. The Strokes would finish recording their 2011 album Angles there.
Albert has said in the past that his musical influences include Guided By Voices, The Beach Boys, Buddy Holly, Frank Black, John Lennon, Matthew Sweet and The Velvet Underground. The guitar that he most often plays during his live performances is a Fender Stratocaster, which he owns at least three. Another interest and quality that many associate with Hammond is represented by his love of fashion. Julian Casablancas has said in the past that the style of the Strokes takes a lot from the influence of the guitarist. In 2009, he began a line of suits sold by Ilaria Urbinati. The guitarist said,"I want to make suits that I'm going to have for myself. They're for the person who needs his one suit for a wedding. He'd rather get something like this than go to Men's Wearhouse, pay the same amount, and look like an out-of-date parent." In his personal life, Albert suffered from an addiction to cocaine, heroin, and ketamine throughout the 2000’s. His drug problem almost completely derailed the future of the band, but he got clean in 2009 after going to rehab. He also had previous relationships with British model Agyness Dey and musician Catherine Pierce, until marrying Justyna Stroka in 2013. They take up residence in Los Angeles with a very young daughter. His wife has even taken on the junior as part of her married surname.

China marks seventy years of communism with massive show of force
The 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China was observed with a series of ceremonial events including a grand military parade as its spotlight to celebrate National Day of the People's Republic of China that took place on 1 October 2019 in Beijing. Communist Party General Secretary, President and Central Military Commission Chairman Xi Jinping, who was the guest of honor, gave the holiday address to the nation and Chinese expatriates abroad before inspecting the formations along Chang'an Avenue. Premier Li Keqiang was the master of ceremonies and General Yi Xiaoguang was the chief commander of the parade. It was the largest military parade and mass pageant in Chinese history.
The Communist Party of China had defeated the Kuomintang Party following the Chinese Civil War, which occurred intermittently between 1927 and 1949. In the aftermath of the civil war, the Kuomintang and its loyalists then retreated to the island of Taiwan, formerly a prefecture of the Qing Empire, which had been under Japanese colonial rule from 1895 to 1945. The founding of the People's Republic of China was formally proclaimed by Mao Zedong, the Chairman of the Communist Party of China, on 1 October 1949 at 3:00 pm in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, the new capital (Nanking had been the capital of the former Republic of China). The first public parade of the then new People's Liberation Army took place there, following the chairman's address of the formal foundation of the new republic. Before this, as the national anthem March of the Volunteers was played, the new national flag of the People's Republic of China was officially unveiled to the newly founded nation and hoisted for the first time during the celebrations as a 21-gun salute fired in the distance.
In its early years, the People's Republic of China was not internationally recognized as the Republic of China held its seat in the United Nations and the Security Council as the sole legitimate government of "China" by the United States and western nations. In 1971, the PRC was admitted to the United Nations and thus excluded the ROC from United Nations membership. Since the establishment of the PRC, celebrations of varying scales occur on National Day each year. Military parades, presided over by chairman Mao Zedong, were held every year between 1949 and 1959, the first decade of the PRC. In September 1960, the Chinese leadership decided that to save funds and "be frugal", large-scale ceremonies for National Day would only be held every ten years, with a smaller-scale ceremony every five years. (The tradition of the yearly parade, though, would be partially revived with parades held in 1969 and 1970.) Since China's opening and reform, the most prominent National Day celebrations have taken place in 1984, 1999, and 2009 at the 35th, 50th and 60th anniversaries respectively. The 70th national anniversary parade was the fifth major parade since Xi Jinping took power as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (China's paramount leader) in 2012, and occurred with the mass protests in Hong Kong that have been on-going since 9 June as backdrop.
The official logo for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China was officially unveiled by the State Council Information Office on 3 June 2019. Many celebrations throughout China and overseas Chinese communities have been planned for the year of 2019. In early September, rehearsals took place in central Beijing for the military parade. General Cai Zhijun of the Joint General Staff said in a press briefing that it will not be targeted "at any countries or districts" but rather would be "committed to safeguarding world peace and regional stability". It is expected to be bigger than the parades commemorating the 50th and 60th anniversary of the PRC, as well as the 2015 China Victory Day Parade. The capital has been covered with red flags, adorning apartment compounds and neighbourhoods; banners reading "Today's China is the result of the work of Chinese people" have been draped across overpasses, and topiaries have been installed around the roads in Beijing. The authorities have given out 620,000 television sets allowing those not invited to still be able to watch the festivities. Although a massive National Day fireworks display had been planned along the harbour in Hong Kong to celebrate the 70th anniversary – as it has done every year since 1997, Hong Kong government cancelled them "for safety reasons" over the protests in the city that have lasted since March. A more low-key celebration has been planned in the territory.
The city of Beijing has been in virtual lockdown in the run-up to the anniversary. Objects that could overfly the capital – for example kites, balloons, drones and even pigeons – have been banned. The use of walkie-talkies and other devices using radio waves, alcohol have also joined the list of things that are disallowed. Weeks before the anniversary, motorists have been prohibited from refuelling their cars or motorcycles on their own. During rehearsals for a military parade to mark the day, residents close to Tiananmen Square have received instructions to stay away from windows and to keep their curtains drawn. Guests in hotels in the vicinity of Tiananmen Square were told that for several hours each day, they would not be able to leave or return to it for hours at a time. Shops and restaurants in the centre have closed or shortened their opening hours; some metro stations are closed temporarily.
China Central Television (CCTV) is expected to mainly broadcast synchronously for domestic and foreign TV channels with CCTV-1 as the producing channel for the celebrations, while national, provincial and city broadcasters and TV stations, domestic internet video, portals, and live webcast sites may also broadcast the event simultaneously via the CCTV-1 feed. The China Media Group, holding firm of the CCTV network and the CGTN international channels, may also broadcast live overseas through websites such as YouTube not just in Mandarin Chinese but also in many languages. In addition, China National Radio and China Radio International serve as the official radio stations of the festivities. On 4 September 2019, the CMG held a mobilization meeting to celebrate the 70th anniversary. More than 260 representatives from its member companies attended the event. As the focus of the celebration, the company's radio and television units are bound to take publicity reporting of the celebrations seriously.
The China TV News published on 19 September announced on the front page that the second issue (published on the 26th) will disclose the relevant live broadcast arrangements of the China Media Group to the event. Various overseas media will also pay attention to the coverage of this event, and those who have met the conditions may broadcast it around the world. The "press center for the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China" is located in Beijing's Media Center and was officially launched on 23 September. A "special clean-up operation" targeting "harmful political information" and any Sina Weibo accounts or posts that "distort the history of the party and the country". Furthermore, the regime has intensified the crackdown on virtual private networks that allow users to access websites blocked in the republic, to the extent that it even drew criticism from the editor-in-chief of the Global Times in a Sina Weibo post that has since been deleted.
The big highlight of the celebrations of the anniversary was the grand civil military parade held on 1 October in the grounds of Tiananmen Square to mark this special anniversary of the foundation of the PRC. With an estimated 15,000 marching in the ground column, 600 vehicles in the mobile column and around 180 in the flypast column, alongside a more than 110,000 strong civil column, it was the biggest ever civil-military parade to be held in the history of the PRC. The traditional card stunt display, introduced in 1955, was officially abolished for this year following the success of the 2015 Victory Day parade, and thus on that day audience stands were in place in the grounds of the Square in its place, reflecting the crowds that were there 70 years ago during the foundation ceremony. This was the first parade to include three color guards representing the Flag of China, the flag of the CPC, and the flag of the PLA at incorporated in the guard of honour. President Xi recognized the colors prior to inspecting the troops in another National Day first.

With two weeks left in 2018, it’s a time for assessments of the year in New York theater, for better and for worse.
Top Ten Lists of Top 10 New York Theater 2018
“The Ferryman” was the most popular play or musical among critics whose top 10 lists for 2018 are featured below, followed by “Angels in America” and “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.” Other shows that made at least four critics’ lists: “Dance Nation,”  “Three Tall Women,” and “Oklahoma!” It’s worth pointing out that five of these six favorite are straight plays; the most popular musical among critics was a re-conceived revival staged in Brooklyn.

The Week in New York Theater Reviews
Nassim
“Nassim,” a play by Iranian playwright and performer Nassim Soleimanpour, is deliberately disorienting, both for the audience, who’s told virtually nothing about the show beforehand, and for the “guest” actor,  who is different for each performance…But if “Nassim” is an example of what you can call trickster theater,  with lots of teasing, it winds up not just clever, but charming, and even warm-hearted. And it offers several lessons, both literal and emotional, that illustrate how language can serve as both barrier and bridge between strangers.
The Net Will Appear
In Erin Mallon’s sweet, modest play, an unlikely rooftop friendship develops between a 75-year-old man and a nine-year-old girl.
Richard Masur is terrific (as always) in portraying Bernard, who sits on the roof of his home, dividing his time between drinking and bird watching. Rory, a talkative, precocious nine-year-old (portrayed by the precocious fifth-grader Eve Johnson), suddenly appears on the roof of the house next door, determined to engage her grumpy neighbor against his will.
Ruben and Clay’s Christmas Show
At the very end of their Christmas show, running through December 30th at the Imperial Theater on Broadway, Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken together sing the 19th century Christmas carol “O Holy Night.” Their duet is so lovely and powerful it seems to pierce the heavens. It would be mean-spirited and inaccurate to say the two hours preceding it feel like a trip through hell. The feeling is more like a trip to the moon, since so much of “Ruben & Clay’s First Annual Christmas Carol Family Fun Pageant Spectacular Reunion Show” – which is the show’s official, and alarming, title – is made of cheese.
Springsteen on Broadway on Netflix
“Springsteen on Broadway” begins with The Boss explaining what it takes to play before “80,000 screaming rock n roll fans,” but the two-hour show is mostly a lesson in intimacy. This was true when he performed solo for 900 or so nightly audience members in Broadway’s Walter Kerr Theater, where it was supposed to run for just eight weeks, but closed last night after 14 months. It’s even more of a lesson, paradoxically, now that it’s playing for some 100 million streaming subscribers

After 15 years, Avenue Q will close in April. The musical about young adult puppets trying to make their way in the world began Off-Broadway in 2003, transferred to Broadway, won Tonys, and then moved back to Off-Broadway (at New World Stages ) in 2009.

James Cusati Moyer and Ato Blankson-Wood
New York Theater Workshop is putting on a deliberately provocative play, Slave Play, and people are provoked. Apparently egged on by an article in MediaTakeOut (“the most visited African-American news network”) that attacks Jeremy O.Harris’s debut Off-Broadway play, the fury has gone viral on Twitter. It’s not clear that the most vociferous of critics have seen the play or even read the reviews that explain that the slave-master sexual couplings in the first half of the play turn out to be role-playing by 21st century interracial couples as part of their therapy.
It’s so surreal to me that after two weeks of having some of the most enriching and exciting convos with black people who felt seen, affirmed, and exhilarated by Slave Play. A couple loud idiots saw a post on MediaTakeOut and have decided to get fully psychotic in my mentions.

Earlier this year, San Francisco’s Z Space launched its inaugural Problematic Play Festival. “I was much more receptive to plays that might have made me hesitant or offended me in different circumstance,” write Maggie Gaw, a literary manager who helped select scripts for the festival.
Betty White, who’s been an entertainer for 80 years, explains why she’s never performed on Broadway. (they actually put this as a refrigerator magnet for sale)
Rest in Peace

Gul Panag Is Now A Certified Pilot! Here’s Why She’s An Inspiration!
Chaitra Krishnan June 13, 2019
When we think about models and movie stars, it’s always about a pretty face and the ability to perform on screen. Well, that’s not always true because they can be fab at things outside the world of cameras and flashlights as well. For example, B-town’s most favorite actress Deepika Padukone is a national level badminton player and also a state level baseball player. Sushant Singh Rajput, before entering the media industry was completely into the engineering world and he secured 7th rank in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE)!
There are many other actors who have proven their abilities in areas that are miles away from the tinsel town. One such actress is Gul Panag, the former Miss India, and Bollywood actress who is a complete all-rounder when it comes to achievements outside the media world.Gul Panag is a familiar name for those who follow the Indian fashion industry closely. More than her accomplishments in the reel life, we love her for being the woman that she is in her real life. She has donned the hats of a model, an actor, a social activist, a politician, a biker, a marathon-runner, and now, a certified pilot! With her endless list of achievements, Gul proved that anyone’s life can take a flight if you are ready to work hard for it. Read on to know more about the multi-talented dimpled diva and her adventurous life that we can’t get enough of.
The Army Kid

Gul Panag was born to Lt. Gen. Harcharanjit Singh Panag and Gurjit Kaur in 1979. As a result of her father’s transfers, Gul had to move from one place to another throughout her childhood and her teenage years. Due to this, Gul studied in 14 schools in India, as well as abroad! We can imagine how difficult it would have been to say goodbye to friends and never have permanent connections outside the family throughout childhood. Nonetheless, she was always an active kid and took immense interest in sports and extra-curricular activities.
Gul Panag holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Political Science. She was also extremely good at public speaking and debates that won her titles at the national level!
Modelling And Movies
gulpanagfanclub / Instagram
Gul Panag was crowned as Miss India 1999 where she also won the title of the Miss Beautiful Smile. Well, why wouldn’t she? Just look at her smile! She represented India in the 48th Miss Universe Pageant that was held the same year in Chaguaramas, Trinidad, and Tobago. Since then, she has crossed many noteworthy milestones in the modeling field. She’s often spotted at fashion shows and in television and print ads. In 2009, she was the face of the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week on Twitter. Currently, she‘s the brand ambassador for Tata Sky alongside Aamir Khan.
gulpanagfanclub / Instagram
Gul Stepped into the glam world of Bollywood in 2003 as Peehu Verma in the movie Dhoop. The movie was directed by Ashwini Chaudhary; she shared screen space with prominent actors like Om Puri, Revathy, and Sanjay Suri in the movie. Gul isn’t the typical Bollywood actress who is blinded by fame. She’s says she’s choosy when it comes to her acting career, just like the roles she takes up in her real life. Her performance was appreciated in movies like Manorama Six Feet Under, Rann, and Dor. Gul has acted in television serials like Kashmeer, Khoobsurat, and Kis Mein Kitna Hei Dum.
Not Just A Pretty Face!
gulpanag / Instagram
Gul Panag’s life is the one that makes most of us burn. When she married her longtime boyfriend Capt. Rishi Attari, she rode along with him on a Royal Enfield Bullet defying the typical horse and a fancy car custom! It’s pretty clear that the lady has always chosen the unconventional routes. Gul is crazy about biking and she often goes on road trips giving us serious #travelgoals. Just look at those stylish sunglasses and the leather jacket! She’s also a fitness enthusiast and her Instagram posts at the gym prove why she’s in such great shape even today. She’s a mother to her baby boy Nihal who just blew his first set of candles a few months ago.
gulpanag / Instagram
Gul Panag also contested in the 2014 General elections as an Aam Aadmi Party candidate in Chandigarh. With her public speaking and debate skills, and her master’s degree in Political Science, it’s definitely a field where she can shine. But it looks like she’s the kind of person who wants to have it all and she’s surely taking off towards her goals just like the airplanes she flies. Gul became a licensed pilot in 2016 and is flying higher than ever before. “One year ago, today I checked a big item off my bucket list,” she expressed her happiness on her Instagram post.
gulpanag / Instagram
When most women shrink down their bucket list after having a baby, Gul Panag is adding a whole new series of buckets in her list! Even with a toddler to take care of, she has proved that she is unstoppable! Would you like to be a cool biker/pilot mommy like Gul? What are the goals that you would want to pursue no matter what? Share your thoughts and dreams with us in the comments section below.
