Titanfall 2
Motivierender Multiplayer Modus
Also zuschlagen, "künftige" Piloten!
[Der geniale Gamer TALON (R.I.P.) aus Duisburg hätte seine wahre Freude daran gehabt! ]
Meine Statistik:
Spielzeit: 181 Std.
Fokus: Grenzlandverteidigung
Stufe: G 4.16
Titan ION: G 4.15, Aegis 20/24 (aktuell im Einsatz)

Titanfall 2
Titanfall 2 is a fast paced first person shooter released by Respawn in 2016. It's set during a war between the IMC and Militia forces, with some soldiers, Pilots, granted jumpkits (which allow double jumping, wallrunning and walljumping) and a neural link with a large mech known as a Titan. In the singleplayer campaign you play as Militia Rifleman (essentially a footsoldier) Jack Cooper. You're left behind presumed dead and must team up with BT-7274, a Titan whose Pilot was killed in action, to survive and strike back at the IMC. The story features some fantastic character writing, BT is almost entirely logical at the start and takes a while to adapt to Cooper's sarcasm. In a scene where Jack nearly falls to his death and BT catches him, BT learns the thumbs up, showing that he's far more than just a machine. By the midpoint, the two share a strong bond and Jack is promoted becomes BT's Pilot officially.
Titanfall 2 features a large variety of weapons in both the campaign and multiplayer modes for different ranges and playstyles. The secondary weapons include the P2016, a simple semi-automatic pistol, the RE-45, a fully automatic machine pistol and the Wingman, a heavy revolver. There are a much wider variety of primary weapons, including the Flatline, R201 and Hemlock assault rifles, the CAR, Alternator and R-97 submachine guns, the Spitfire and X-55 Devotion, the Kraber and Longbow sniper rifles, the EVA-08 and Mastiff shotguns and the EPG, EM-4 Cold War and R-6P Softball grenade launchers, among others. You also have a selection of Anti-Titan weapons, as small arms fire is ineffective against them. These include the Charge Rifle, MGL, LG-97 Thunderbolt, and Archer Rocket Launcher.
There are also a variety of attachments for most of these weapons, including weapon mods. Extended Magazine does exactly what you'd expect, Gunrunner allows hipfiring while sprinting, good for chasing down enemies, and Suppressor makes your weapon quieter while removing muzzle flash. There are also several weapon sights to tailor your weapon to your playstyle. Most offer wide sightplanes and a varying level of zoom, though the Threat Sight highlights enemies for easier kills, at the cost of a weapon mod slot.
Titans also have access to a few choices as far as weapons are concerned, including the Leadwall shotgun, PR-01 plasma railgun, T-203 thermite launcher and the Predator Cannon, a huge minigun.
Finally, there are several options for explosive ordnance, from the standard frag grenade to the satchel charge and Gravity Star

Augustus “Scorpion” Bouchard
Name: Augustus Bouchard Call-sign: Scorpion Birth date: March, 6
Age: 27
Height: 5′2″
Weight: 138lbs
Faction: Militia
Backstory: Augustus was born female, later feeling as though they were born as the wrong gender. They had came into their parents’ lives roughly a year after they had gotten together, even after their mother was told she wouldn’t be able to have children of her own. For years they’d been known in their family, and among friends of the family, as the miracle child. When they were twelve their brother was born, making them both miracles in their parents’ eyes.
In their teen years they started learning to draw, a friend of theirs drew and they wanted to try as well. Augustus picked up on drawing quickly, though it wasn’t great at first it was a start. They’d start wearing baggy clothes, going by he/him pronouns around his thirteenth birthday. It wasn’t long after their sixteenth birthday that their parents split, their mother getting majority of the custody. To them it was sudden, but they knew it was coming as they’d wake up at night, hearing them yelling at each other. When he was 16 he’d start to wear binders and saving up money for their surgery. After seeing the Pilots and Titans, learning about them from his parents and teachers, he knew he wanted to be one as well. His parents weren’t very happy about him wanting to go that route, wanting him to focus on art instead. When he’d turn eighteen he would sign up and start Pilot school, against his parents will.
Augustus had gone through the surgery, happy more than ever afterwards. He finished pilot school, getting training for the cloak as well as sniper training. He had met NS-4365 soon after finishing the additional training, incredibly nervous at first. Though he is happy about linking with them, having his life saved quite a few times by them. Augustus does visit his family time to time. His brother now fifteen and interested in engineering. He does visit his mother more often as she’s grown to accept him being a Pilot, while his father is still rather upset and often curses him out for going down such a dangerous path. He still draws as well, having gotten better over the years of practice. He’ll often sketch the places he goes to, some of his peers and the titans as well.
Primary: D-2 Double Take
Secondary: Hammond P2016
Anti-Titan: Charge Rifle
Tactical: Cloak
Ordinance: Frag Grenade
Pilot Kit 1: Fast Regen
Pilot Kit 2: Wall Hang

misc lore details from the timeskip from Titanfall 2 to Apex legends:
- phase shift technology has been made safer for human use. Previously, the only human safe version was big enough it had to be mounted on a titan. Now, Wraith can use it without any protective gear.
- Blisk and Apex have somehow moved from a mercenary PMC to become a bloodsport tournament organizer.
- most of the guns have been superceded by updated equivalents (I, E; the Hammond p2016 is replaced by the p2020)
- the arena for Apex Legends seems to be on the same planet as the Relic map from TF1, judging by the big aliens in the water off the coast.

this has been "cooking" on the "back burner" for a while
hhhahahHAHAAH (okay I'll stop)
this is a titanfall OC, her full name is Amber Silvana Rose. She cooks for the Marauder Corp. and occasionally does some battlefield work when she can. she is super passionate about the Corp. and will help In anyway she can the most that she can. she brings her trusty cast iron pan everywhere with her, even on the battlefield as a worthy blunt weapon of mass destruction.
She primarily uses the cloak ability and mainly uses the hemlock assault rifle, p2016 pistol with a suppressor, and a archer rocket launcher for titans.

Here is a full view of this week's #WhatIsItWednesday puzzle: One of 16 prints from Huma Bhabha's "Reconstructions," 2007, on view in "We the People: New Art from the Collection." To make the 16 images in this work, Bhabha "took lots of black-and-white photographs, mostly of stalled construction sites and desert landscapes near the sea" during a trip back to her native Pakistan. According to the artist, she then "made enlargements and began drawing on them with pen or brush and India ink." [Huma Bhabha (Pakistani, born 1962). Detail of "Reconstructions," 2007. Guns of the Frontier - Sidearms
There are hundreds, if not thousands of different models of firearm on the Frontier. Some are obtuse designs that look alien in the hands of their users; others are refurbished and modernized versions of eons-old designs, adapted to kill in a modern battlezone. Guns of the Frontier will focus on the most commonly utilized weapons in the Frontier conflicts between the IMC and the Frontier Militia.
Despite what popular media would have you believe, sidearms are not as prevalent amongst the IMC and Militia as they seem to be. Anything a sidearm can do, an SMG can do better - which is even worse when, outside of the confines of boarding actions, anything an SMG can do, a rifle can do better, too. However, that is not to say sidearms are not issued - they are just generally not seen in kit given to most frontline fighters. Officers carry them, as is tradition. Rear echelon troops who aren’t expected to see direct combat are assigned sidearms for defensive purposes. Even some frontline fighters choose themselves to carry sidearms, albeit usually purchased and fed with discretionary funding.
And that is also not to say that sidearms do not have a place. Special forces such as Pilots are commonly issued pistols to supplement their primary firearm and their anti-Titan weapon. And any Pilot alive after serving for more than a year knows that in a close-quarters environment, pulling your handgun is much faster than reloading - and a move that can save your life.
Lastimosa Armory RE-45 Autopistol Caliber: 11.43x23mm (commonly referred to as .45) Effective Range: 75 metres Action: Short recoil Factory Fire Modes: Semi-auto, 780 RPM full auto Magazines: Gen1 (left) issued with 30 round magazine, Gen2 (right) issued with 20 round magazine
The RE-45 is one of the many sidearms favored by Pilots. While .45 diameter ammunition is a concept hundreds of years old, humanity’s advancing metallurgy abilities have continued to cement it as a gold standard for sidearm performance. Offering fully automatic fire, the RE-45 is capable of a surprising amount of destruction for such a small weapon. Of course, however, without augmentations it is heavy, unwieldy, and hard to control without an aftermarket buttstock. Pilot augmentations mitigate many of these issues, however, allowing the Autopistol’s lethal performance to shine.
Lastimosa Armory Hammond P2010 Series Caliber: 11.43x23mm Effective Range: 55 metres Action: Short recoil Factory Fire Modes: Semi-auto Magazines: P2011 (left) issued with 12 round flush-fit; P2016 (right) issued with 14 round "12+2″ magazine carrying extended buttcap
The P2010 series is found widespread across the Frontier, not just in the holsters of officers but in the pockets of civilians. Lightweight, affordable, reliable, and still packing a mean punch, the older P2011 is more likely to be seen in the hands of most Militiamen and Militiawomen than the next-generation P2016 used by many in the IMC, such as ARES Division head General Marder. While preferred by most unaugmented personnel, many Pilots aren’t fond of the weapon - it lacks the speed of an Autopistol, the accuracy of a Wingman, or the raw firepower of a Mozambique. But some still carry it - what is lightweight for a normal human is practically ethereal for a Pilot, and numerous veterans like Apex Predator head Kuben Blisk prefer it simply for how fast it can be readied.
Phoenix Defense B3 Wingman Caliber: 10.9x33mmR (commonly referred to as .44 Magnum) Effective Range: 100 metres Action: Recoil operated; double-action/single-action available as backup Factory Fire Modes: Semi-auto Magazines: Both standard (left) and Wingman Elite (right) issued with 6 round cylinders
In many ways, the Wingman is similar to the Autopistol - heavy, unwieldy, and with harsh recoil that makes it difficult to control multiple shots. The difference lies with the weapons’ intended functions - while the RE-45 works best when kept on target, with a Wingman all you need is one shot. That makes it surprisingly popular with Pilots and the unaugmented - everyone can appreciate the high accuracy and firepower that the Wingman offers, and in a civilian role it is used most often by big game hunters who need something as a backup for their heavier daily driver.
The Wingman Elite is a recently released variant of the standard Wingman, optimized for police and military units. Most Elites have an ergonomic grip that is printed to order and customized for the imprint of the customer’s hand, though all of them carry a match trigger and a built-in, open-topped Iron-Dot holographic sight, features intended to make it easier to use in high and low-G conditions.
Altimirano Armory SA-3 Mozambique Caliber: 10mm Effective Range: 30 metres Action: Cyclic particle acceleration Factory Fire Modes: Semi-auto, 150 RPM automatic Magazines: 4-round “economy” and 6-round high-capacity batteries available
Cyclic particle accelerators, or “cyclacs”, aren’t often seen on the battlefield - while the technology has existed for several decades, it is only recently that they have become hardened enough (at least on paper) for field testing. The Mozambique, named after an ancient yet effective handgun shooting drill, is one of the first cyclac pistols to begin dissemination among the ranks of Pilots.
A major issue with current-generation cyclacs is low muzzle velocity; the Mozambique was designed with this in mind, and functions as a shotgun pistol, discharging three particle balls simultaneously in a triangle spread pattern. While the particle balls lose cohesion at a criminally short range of thirty metres, within its effective range the Mozambique is incredibly powerful, ablating armor and sublimating exposed flesh. One well-placed shot can be enough to kill even seasoned Pilots.
Lastimosa Armory Smart Pistol Caliber: 11.43x23mm Effective Range: 70 metres dumbfired; 20 metre range limit for smart mode Action: Short recoil Factory Fire Modes: Dumbfire semi-auto, 480 RPM up-to-six-round “smart burst” Magazines: Mk5 (left) issued with 12 round magazine, Mk6 (right) issued with 16 round magazine
Of all the weapons and all the ways to die on the Frontier, none are more feared by Pilots than the Smart Pistol - the death you won’t see coming. The weapon of choice of deep cover agents, the mysterious Advocates, and every variety of alphabet soup agency you can find, the Smart Pistol is a mild-mannered handgun when loaded with standard .45 rounds. But when it is loaded with its Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordinance (EATO) ammunition, the Smart Pistol becomes the deadliest man-portable weapon available on the Frontier.
Carried underneath the barrel is a dumb AI-driven targeting computer that can live-calculate the firing solutions of five or six (depending on the model) separate rounds simultaneously, on anything recognized as a target within a 40 degree cone stretching 20 metres out from the barrel of the weapon. The extended barrel carries electromagnets that pull on metal in the EATO round to set up an initial exit curve that the round itself can then fine-tune as it flies, with assistance from the targeting computer.
Once the trigger is pulled, the Smart Pistol will discharge as many rounds as it has locks without further operator intervention. Its fire and forget nature, combined with the fact the electromagnetic barrel doubles as an integral suppressor, gives it a heady reputation - when any figure in a position of power seems to die mysteriously, the Frontier’s first guess is almost universally “caught on the wrong end of a Smart Pistol”.
#Guns of the Frontier#(welp#I spent too long working on this#instead of things I should be doing#so I'm going to do those things#and then hopefully I can get to some replies provided the monster hunter world beta doesn't suck me in for a few hours again)

“Fucking infantry..”
A pilot of the 78th Maritime Titan Platoon, Hammerhead Squadron, Mer is a rugged pilot. She knows what she has to do, and aims to do so with precision. Her titan is a Northstar-class one, named Spade. Together, they fight like hell.
While her Titan is equipped for long range combat, Mer herself prefers CQB when on foot, utilizing a B3-E Wingman Elite revolver with hand-loaded precision cartridges that she loads herself, and a P2016 with extended magazines.
Her grenade of choice is the contact detonated arc grenade, which eases her room cleansing tremendously. However if the situation calls for it, she also packs a couple of satchel charges with her for those breach ‘n’ clear situations where the enemy is in a reinforced room.
Now, you might be wondering, who was she before she joined up and took on the callsign Mer? She doesn’t remember much of those times, local docs say it might be self-induced amnesia to keep out her memories from tearing her apart from the inside. Official records of her past life aren’t easily available, either.
When on duty, she tends to be cold and calculating, but does her best to relax outside of her ops.

Titanfall 2 “Soldier 76″ Loadout
This might just be the easiest loadout I make in this series. Thank you, Soldier 76, for these free notes and perhaps followers. As you can tell, this is gonna be generic af. Don’t expect anything special.
Primary Weapon: R-101; The R-201 is the first assault rifle you get, the R-101 is the exact same gun with the exact same stats but it’s apparently older and the R-201 is already very standard so let’s just add to the blandness.
Anti-Titan: Archer; a lock on rocket launcher. that’s all there is to it. there is nothing special about this gun.
Sidearm: P2016; It’s a generic pistol. Okay for pilots, I guess. Don’t use it at long ranges though, unless you enjoy pain and suffering.
Ordinance: Frag Grenade; just ur ordinary grenade, nothing to see here.
Pilot Ability: STIM; While most people see this ability as a speed boost more than anything, it also just about instantly regenerates healt. Just avoid Arc grenades and Gravity Stars. They will ruin your life. This will be Soldier’s healing station, I guess.
Burn Card: Amped Weapons; It’s a damage boost. Pretty standard. Just be sure to use it at the right moment, it got a nerf reducing the amount of time it’s active for.
Titan: Legion; a tank with a big ass minigun. It melts through titans like a 1000 degree knife against my will to live. It has a special move that is literally aimbot. Soldier’s ukt I guess.

Communication and the Chain of Command
We didn't start this team to fight amongst ourselves. In fact. We didn't technically make this team at all. Sarah Briggs christened us the “Undead Squadron” because of how we didn't stay dead after we got shot, stabbed, blown up, or crushed. The fact that we upload our AI’s to a mainframe that holds our spare bodies and deploys us after we die helps when we do. It also makes us a little reckless sometimes. It's costly to maintain and that's why I live in the garage with Elvis. Oh Elvis is my titan. It's not his real name though, his designation is EP-6255 but I like to call him Elvis after this old homeworld singer. Apparently he was the king of his style of music in the 1950s. Funny how some things last throughout time. I woke from a dream in a flash. If I were human I'm sure I'd be sweating. Instead I suddenly powered on and sat up. Elvis leaned down to see if I needed assistance. “I'm fine buddy. You can go back to whatever you were doing.” For some reason my processor wasn't recalling the dream I was having. I got up off the work table and set my weapons in front of me. Time for field stripping. This is my first log in quite a long time. Alright. My name is Poltergeist-42 I'm an IMC designed Artificial Intelligence who went rogue from an experimental testing facility. I'm fully sentient and I have a tendency to shoot while I ask questions. My teammates don't care for it. I'm currently uploaded in my civilian model which comes equipped with a sleep function. Isn't the future fascinating? My civie body also comes equipped with a stowable pistol. Not much of one though, just a standard issue P2016. I finished field stripping early and I think I'll go for a walk. Elvis patched into my comms and we talked as I walked, his titanic chassis isn't aloud to free roam this early in the morning. "Pilot, we have an incoming aid request on a raid against an IMC supply depot, as squadron leader the decision is yours.” Great. Another helpless band of grunts who can't aim for shit, and I'm expected to make their raid go smoothly if I accept. "Personal opinions of the squad?” Elvis was silent for a moment then Revenant-97 was patched in. “Dude. It's 4:30 in the morning. What do you want?” Revenant is my closest friend and fellow escapee. He's an AI too and somehow his drives erased everything that happened before we escaped the facility. "New mission just came in over the wires, aiding a militia raid on an IMC supply depot. What do you think?” I walked past a cafeteria and my olfactory sensors picked up a scent that I could only describe as vomit inducing, but I'm not flesh and bone so I can't do that. The food served at the 588th mess halls is apparently never good. "If they can match our rate of pay I don't see why not?” Revenant sounded like he was typing on a computer, must've been finding the mission on our database. “Looks like you'll need a partner on this one, titanfall is only 65% accurate. I'll wake wraith up.” “No don't wake that little ingrate up for this!” It was too late, I could already hear her voice through Rev’s comms. Wraith-44 was the third addition to our merry band of misfits, she was the last project in the facility and we recently broke her out. She was programmed to be a child and age from there. Currently she was the mental age of 17 and couldn't have been more annoying. Revenant adopted her and was her technical “parent” so she'd develop properly. "What do want dad?!” Wraith must've thrown something because I heard a loud clang from Revenant. "You're on the comm channel kid,” I piped in, “get ready, we're going to an IMC supply depot. It's a paying job so you better behave this time.” Wraith and I don't get along well, she doesn't listen to me and I don't have patience for children these days. “Whatever,” she snapped back, “you're not the boss of me.” "Actually, as squadron leader, Poltergeist is in charge of you during official operations.” Elvis always backed me up when it came this stuff, he was supposed to. "He's right Wraith, go prep your gear while I warm up the supply ship.” Revenant made a great father, even though he didn't want to be one to begin with. We boarded the ships 2 hours later and joined the HMS Lionheart a half an hour later. Our flagship shot across the system and dropped us off on some abandoned moon. I watched the other pilots on the ship ready their helmets and chuckled. Our dropships closed in and we did a final weapons check, I motioned to Wraith and told her to follow me. She flipped me the bird and we got the green light. We weren't in our civilian bodies now, we were uploaded into combat frames. Instead of my pink hoodie I now was covered head to foot in pink and black checkered camo. Wraith was uploaded to a standard size model and had her tactical gear loaded up. Her phase shift drive was specially made and we couldn't replicate it to save our lives. She had a grapple hook to help her out in a jam. We landed behind militia front lines and our CO (Commanding Officer) chatted with the grunt commander and we all readied up. The front lines charged ahead at the warehouse in front of us. A myriad of shots were heard and twenty grunts fell to the turrets guarding the doors. I groaned and sprinted at the lines. "Get back you fools!” I yelled as I identified the exact moment I'd be targeted by the turrets. As my processor sped up I noticed the warehouse opening ever so slightly. I sent a message to wrath telling her to lay down covering fire for the soldiers and suppress the IMC forces about the come through the warehouse door. All I got back was one word whatever. Man how I hate kids. The bullets were fired. I watched as they traveled towards me. I activated my phase shift and my processor slowed down again so I could fight. I ran till it ended and turned around. The turrets were behind me and I smashed the first with a kick and pulled my rifle from my back. Firing 4 shots from my G2 I destroyed the second turret. We were safe to advance with the attack. I fired a bright pink flare to signal that we were clear to attack. The grunts charged again and this time they were attacked by two titans. One legion and a tone. They fired into the lines and Wraith fired back. She is such an idiot. She has been through countless drills and no matter what she forgets to never fire at a titan when you’re about to rodeo it. She fired her grapple at the Legion and rode the line towards it. I heard the spinning of a predator cannonannon preparing to fire a power shot. My AI sped up as I aimed my G2 at Wraith’s grapple line. I fired 4 more shots and my AI slowed to normal time again and the line was cut. Wraith fell forward and cursed at me, I didn’t care what she said because at least she was alive to complain. I ran towards the titans and engaged my second phase shift. I passed right through the IMC foot soldiers and got in close to the titans, I rodeoed the legion and pulled his battery before his tone companion could shoot me off. Wraith managed to grapple onto the time and pull her battery. The three militia titans that had arrived to assault the base originally waited patiently while I threw my battery to Wraith and she grappled out to them with the batteries. We pressed the attack and managed to secure the depot with minimal losses. Wraith didn't even die this time. So that's a plus.
