❝ time reminders
@rkheejin
“i know this is out of the blue, but i really liked you in the last season of the mgas!” hyuna says, smile bright as she walks next to heejin. it was quite true that they had never met before, at least the rapper doesn’t remember, but she remembers watching heejin on tv when the last season of the mga’s aired. “how’s training been since then?“ she ask, curious to know what trc was like for the trainees.
from what hyuna knew, trc was the hardest, there was barely any time for their trainee’s to even have a personal life. both nova and royal had been pleasant in being able to go out, enjoy some actual lifestyle. she couldn’t complain. even now, joining trc as an idol, hyuna had quite the different schedule from the trainees, but she was under lock-down for a while. either way, it was somewhat refreshing to be walking around the trc building, nova had definitely taken a tool on her.

hyuna hadn’t seen any of the luxe girls since they were selected to debut. in all honesty, she hadn’t really even tried to keep in contact with any of them. she managed to send a message to jihyun, just a few times about important stuff. leaving royal, going onthe mga’s again, getting signed to nova. she was afterall, her coach that got her signed to royal. however, with the rest of luxe, hyuna hadn’t tried to even keep up with them. she even remembers listening to their debut album a few moths after it was released.
so seeing dabin in front of the elevator of the hotel made her frown in case she was actually hallucinating. but no. just like baekhyun was real, so was the luxe rapper. “good morning, sunbaenim.” she says, wide smile pulling on her lips like it was nothing out of the ordinary, like hyuna hadn’t dropped off the face of the earth after the royal survival show. like she didn’t leave royal.

Sebastian: looked down at the bath that he had started up for himself. With a sigh as he ran a hand through his darkish hair, Sebastian discarded his shirt, and dropped it to the floor, the last piece of clothing before the turn and shut the lights, letting the candles illuminate throughout the room. Once he sunk into the bathtub of the warm water, he leaned back against the tub and allowed his chin to touch the water as he reached over and grabbed the glass of wine and took a sip, closing his eyes.

Watching The TIme
Wen had been aimlessly been reading and doing homework for the past few days when Simon texted her. Of course, she had to be mindful of time, but she couldn't pass it up for the life of her. Wen hadn't really seen him more than once or twice since the prom gone wrong, but she did like being around him. She always had. Smoothing out her skirt so she didn't get in trouble for the length, Wen grabbed her phone, and key before stepping out in the hall.
The boys dorms were on the other end of the school, and a month ago it would have seemed much larger, but now she was accustomed to the size, and to school it's self. There were things she was still getting use to, but she seemed to understand most of what she had learned. Wen stopped in front of his dorm, letting out a soft breath. She checked the time once again, making sure that she was still alright on time, which she was thank goodness. She pushed the door open, smiling at the boy, knocking a little. "Hey, thanks for inviting me over here." She looked around the room. "Do you have this all to yourself?"

No Time To Say Goodbye || Self-Para
Today was the day; the memorial service would take place at 6:00 p.m., and most of Mystic Falls would undoubtedly be there, on there way to say goodbye to Missy Cunningham. It would be a time to mourn, a time to remember, and a time to say goodbye. But not for Roxy Northman. Barreling down the highway towards the Monongahela National Forest, she kept her mind dancing in an effort to ignore the facts of the day. It wasn't something she wanted to deal with, having tried to say goodbye already. If she was honest with herself she would have admitted that she was driving so far away because she was trying to distance herself from the very real truth that she couldn't push down anymore. It was very unlike her to allow herself to show any negative emotion or to let things affect her so, but when it came to things like death one learned things about themselves that would surprise them. Rox was definitely surprised at herself. Then again, there was nothing much she could about it except deal with it on her own. She'd be damned if she let anyone see the chinks in her armor.
Pangs of guilt washed over her the further she went, only adding salt to her wounds. She knew that she should be at the memorial service, knew that she owed the girl that much. But Roxy had never dealt with the death of someone she actually cared about before. Having built walls around her heart from a young age, no one but her sister had managed to breach them; except for Missy. Somehow the girl had weathered the walls and slipped in, bringing with her affection that Roxy had missed and needed. The roughened girl had never mentioned how much she appreciated Missy's understanding, and she wished she could. She wished she could bring her back for a moment and tell her how much she cared, how much she had meant, and that she really had loved her. There was only so much Roxy could do to deal with her inner turmoil. Her wavering self-control was growing thin and to add to the mess of things in her brain, it was the night of the full moon. That minor detail had been the determining factor in Roxy's decision to leave for the night. She refused to be anywhere near home during her change.
Having left early in the morning, it was mid-morning by the time she reached the park. Checking in and paying the fee for using the camp grounds, she followed the road to the secluded camp grounds, searching for her lot number. Quickly locating it, she parked, heart aching slightly as her hands reached forward to turn off the ignition. She resisted the urge to argue with herself and turn around, go back home and have somebody else take care of her for the night so she could go to the service. With a firm shake of her head, she shut the larger side of herself up, claiming that safety would come first. That she would go visit Missy's grave with a few bottles of something heavy in a few days. A cough cleared her throat as she got out of the car, taking in the scent of nature. In another time, she would have enjoyed the campgrounds, and would have been eager to spend the night in an area as such. But as fate would have it, she would not spend the night stargazing, but wrapped in chains and howling at the moon.
Pulling her duffel bag out of the backseat, the rattling only reminded her more of what it held and what was to come. Having gained some semblance of control over how she reacted during her transformation, she believed that she could remain chained. She had never changed when her emotions were so peaked but she hoped it wouldn't be have to much of an effect on her. Sighing heavily, she slung the bag over her shoulder and started towards the trees. She knew that there was actual forest past the campground, and she planned on getting there before nightfall.
~A Few Hours Later~
Trekking through the forest was not what Roxy had expected in the least. The silence was peaceful, leaving her to her own devices. She was relieved as she realized that there was no need for her to put up any front because nobody could see her. There was no one around for miles and it was almost like a perfect little sanctuary. The days had been too long lately, filled with too many faces that she was trying to avoid. Did everyone feel this way when they lost someone? Why would they even do this to themselves, it made absolutely no sense. The sun was starting to fall behind the trees and Roxy knew she was almost out of time. Eyes scanning the forest, they fell on a sturdy looking tree to her right. Approaching it, she dropped the bag, opening it and pulling out the thick chains that had cut of circulation in her arms from being carried all day. Wrapping one twice around the tree, she fastened it to itself, padlocking it together. Next she wrapped a harness around her waist, fastening it with a padlock as well. Dropping the other four chains on the ground, she placed the keys in the duffel bag and placed it just far away enough that she would reach it if absolutely needed, not that her wolf would care. It would just rip through the chains and be done with it.
Fastening the chains first around her ankles and then to the tree, her hands began to shake. Her curse was something she had accepted a long time ago but the pain that came with the transformation was not something she would ever get used to. Fastening the chains around her wrists, she juggled a bit before managing to padlock them shut and onto the main chain. They were thick, and she was hopeful that they would hold. She could feel her heart in her throat as she watch the sunset. She knew that the transformation wouldn't be instantaneous, but the tension was unbearable. Roxy didn't know why this transformation seemed so much more important, so much more uncontrollable, but as she felt her bones begin to shift, the pain mirrored that of her first change. The screams that she choked back broke through in broken whimpers, her teeth beginning to tear through her bottom lip. She hated the pain, hated the fact that she had been born into something she had never asked for. She had expected the pain, but lord knows she hadn't expected her emotions to peak. The sense of loss seemed to tip the scales of her control, and the transformation seemed to hit her all at once.
The sensation of her bones shifting was more than she could bear, and screams broke their way out of her, as if they were tearing holes in the back of her throat. Falling to her knees, her spine seemed to elongate as she watched her fingers and nails do the same. Hair sprouted all over her body as her body grew larger, tearing the clothes she wore. As her vision began to tunnel and change, and she began to lose her sense of self, she turned her eyes to the sky and wondered if Missy was watching her. She hoped at the very least that Missy would watch after her. The broken whimper that escaped her mouth soon gave in to howls, and she receded into the recesses of her mind, allowing the beast to take over. With a jolt, she realized she hadn't had time to say goodbye, and the next howl from her mouth was all her own.
God saw you were getting tired And it was not meant to be, So he put his arms around you And whispered, ”Come With Me”. With tearful eyes we watched you And saw you pass away, Although we loved you dearly We could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating Hard working hands at rest God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
