Chicken Marsala is certainly one of my favourite dishes of all time.  It's straightforward sufficient to make at house, and wholesome besides! Converting it into an easy-to-share dip was actually easy..... and vital.  The Roasted Cauliflower Ricotta Dip serves as the proper accompaniment. Chicken Marsala Dip Serves eight 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 yellow onion, chopped 1 lb floor rooster 2 Tbsp flour 1 clove garlic, minced 16 ozbaby bella mushrooms, chopped 12 ozmarsala cooking wine, divided 1/2 tsp low sodium rooster bouillon paste 1/2 tsp salt, or to style 1/2 tsp floor black pepper Fresh parsley, chopped Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium excessive warmth.  Add onion and sauté for Three-Four minutes, or till golden brown.  Add floor rooster, mincing it into small items because it cooks via.  Sprinkle combination with flour and stir to coat onions and rooster.  Add garlic and Four ozmarsala and blend nicely.  Stir in bouillon paste and chopped mushrooms, then cut back warmth to medium.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Cook for Three-Four minutes, or till marsala is absorbed and mushrooms soften.  Add remaining marsala and cook dinner for extra Four-5 minutes, stirring often, till combination is thickened.  Transfer combination to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with slices of toasted baguette. Roasted Cauliflower Ricotta Dip Serves eight 14 ozchopped cauliflower 1 tsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic Dashes of salt and floor black pepper 1/Four cup low sodium rooster broth Four ozhalf skim ricotta cheese Preheat oven to 425 levels.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Place chopped cauliflower and cloves of garlic on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and use your arms to combine nicely. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or till cauliflower is calmly browned.  Remove from the oven and switch combination to a blender.  Add ricotta cheese and rooster broth and blend till easy. Transfer combination to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve. Nutrition data per 1 serving (~1/Four cup rooster dip and a pair of Tbsp ricotta dip): 190 energy, 9 g fats, 12 g carbohydrates, 16 g protein, Three g fiber
