ok. if we’re to believe that bender gets the ability to accurately predict the future during overclockwise. he wld predict that fry and leela ultimately end up together forever right. and he’s prone to jealousy right, like seconds before we see him go from “i have no need for emotions anymore” -> “YOU REPLACED ME W RANDY🤬🤬”…. like what possible reason wld there be for him to get sad and then dismiss fry’s question ab if him and leela get back together . what possible reason other than gay ones

Wait so in Overclockwise Leela couldn’t even confidently decide to want to be with Fry of her own accord?? She had to hear (or read it) from Bender detailing their fate to them??? Good god that’s so depressing how disinterested she is in Fry if she needs to be convinced by nothing else working out in her love life after years, and and needing to know what will come of the decision first.

Meanwhile there’s something touching about Bender giving up his higher intelligence to help his friends (namely Fry), saying he can’t understand why he made the decision (he’s in love), and also being the one to push Leela and Fry closer together.

I like to imagine/hc Bender loves Fry so much that he’ll help Fry be with the woman he loves just to see him happy (even if he’d rather it be him).

Also the little jealousy bit he has about Fry talking to Randy… lol
