· · ·  ❛  .  .  .  I  KNOW  SUCH  A  REQUEST  APPEARS  TRIVIAL  AND  BORING  ,    but  i  truly  don't  need  more  than  a  sedentary  life  to  get  by.  ❜    how  long  has  it  been  ,    exactly  ?    the  exact  amount  of  years  remained  as  a  guessing  game.    perhaps  only  ten.    or  fifty.    eighty.    one  hundred.    since  he  escaped  the  womb.    never.    or  perhaps  last  night  ,    tucked  in  the  corner  of  his  bedroom  ,    shielded  by  the  nostalgic  dust  of  books  of  eons  long  before  him  ,    their  tattered  sepia  pages  serving  as  a  solace  far  stronger  than  the  roof  above  his  head.    such  a  craft  was  subjective. · · ·  ❛  I  NEVER  FOUND  HOME  in  the  chaos  .  .  .    my  brother  ,    on  the  other  hand  ,    adores  it.    i  suppose  between  our  faces  ,    that  aspect  is  the  one  he  inherited  instead  ,  ❜    OUYE  muttered  ,    his  face  pointed  downwards  to  the  ground  below.    ❛  where  others  find  entertainment  ,    all  i  find  is  a  bitter  sense  of  fear  .  .  .    i  know  people  seek  out  the  adrenaline  for  the  rush  it  brings  ,    but  all  it  seems  to  grant  me  is  a  curse  throughout  my  veins.    i  prefer  the  familiarity  of  my  own  home  .  .  .    if  i  must  live  in  eternity  ,    i'd  at  least  prefer  for  that  eternity  to  be  simple.    perhaps  not  relaxing  ,    but  .  .  .    at  the  very  least  ,    safe.  ❜    the  prospect  of  wasting  away  the  rest  of  the  universe  to  merely  rot  in  bed  seemed  dull  and  depressing.    and  yet  ,    he'd  come  to  terms  with  such  tragedy  ,    perhaps  even  embraced  it;    he  was  never  one  to  challenge  fate  ,    after  all.
