Im gonna actually tweak i had a stupid ass dream that the outlast trials updated and it was just a fucking easterman and coyle sex update. IT WAS SO DUMB BRO LIKE WHY.. AND THEN PUSHER AND NIGHTHUNTER WERE LIKE "nah but easterman what if coyle was more feminine. He masculine and grimey af" "well i'd like him more" "yo.. easterman likes femboys.." ??????? WHAT THE FUCK. I GENUINELY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO WAKE UP TO THAT BEING MY DREAM..

I haven't so much made a lore post but I have babbled a little bit here and there. But the very gist is when I made Eve the whole idea was a delusional parasocial relationship with Easterman. Devoted, lovesick, obsessed and receiving nothing like that in return. She never meets his standards but is convinced she has a very special connection with him thanks to her delusions. Often talks to her radio, tries to interact with skinnerman, hallucinates moments with him that never happen.

But haha woops I fell in love with Night Hunter and now it's turned into the Ex Pop having his own fascination with Eve and stalking and watching her through trials to learn about her while trying to get closer to her. And the closer he gets the more ashamed and disgusted Eve feels with herself because she truly believes she's meant to be with Easterman.

Night Hunter's feelings are kinda like something about her just taps into a long lost sense of humanity. She's soft, sings to herself, skittish, fragile, and he knows he's not so much a man any more but the way her eyes shine in the dark just seems to pull at something in him to try and be tender. Wakes up emotions long since forgotten.

So while Eve gets no attention from her beloved, there is a man desperate to get those lovesick eyes in his direction. I've made it a sort of weird love triangle where one part of it is an imaginary love made up by Eve while she ignores the very real feelings someone else has for her.
