The first fanart of him. Look how far I have come now. Thanks @mimimuta
John doe: "You two are such fascinating specimens. Who knew all of my sons could be combined as two more sons. I hear you glitch out sometimes because of the many AU'S that is in your code, does it hurt? I would like to know."
John Doe ref (this is just my interpretation of how he was described)
Sans:... i think we should be the ones asking you if you hurt.
Papyrus: why do you have a whole spear through your chest? do you need help getting it... out?? is that just a design thing or- no, nope, i feel the magic coming off it, how are you just walking it off? isn't it taking health off of you? how are you just talking to us like that?? what type of sans are you??? you look like a normal sans but all that damage would have dust-
Sans: well, to answer your question... and considering the fact you called us 'sons', i'm going to hand this information over in good faith, it doesn't... really hurt. not saying it's the greatest feeling when it does happen but it's a hell of a lot better than when we first uh... popped into being, i guess. when it happens, it gives us a short skullache and kinda feels like getting buzzed with a wonky hand buzzer but nothing that'd have us down and out the rest of the day.
Papyrus: no seriously, do you need healin-???
(Papyrus is just a little worried seeing a version of his 'brother' like that knowing that's supposed to be the 1HP version of him, that's all. He'll catch on John Doe isn't quite a version of his brother. Later.
Realised I never wrote this down and only had it in the video but to explain better, the glitching when they first came to existence felt awful. To paraphrase my video, it's like they were being pulled and tugged in multiple directions and having electronic shocks running along their bones, especially with how long it lasted.
Now that they have a better handle on their code, they can quickly fix glitches before they last too long so now it's like a quick shock and a pang of pain in their heads and then it's over. Uncomfortable but manageable.)

After having done their best to explain everything they could about the Multiverse, the Outbound bros decided it was an absolute must that the first AU the twins visited was Outertale (or at least one of the Outertale AUs out there). Since as nice as the stars in their hub can be (and besides the fact that it seems to be the default first au AU skellies seem to visit) ...
Nothing can compare to seeing the stars in all their glory for the first time.
( @outboundskelliebros )
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
THEY'RE SO CUTE!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!
THEIR OUTFITS!!!!!!! THEIR EXPRESSIONS!!!! IT'S PERFECT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!
PAPYRUS' BLUSHY FACE!!!!! HE'S SO CUTE I JUST WANNA SQUEEZE HIM!!!!
IS SANS STIMMING???? IS THE SWEET BOI STIMMING???????? LOOK AT HIS CHUBBY CHEEKS AND HIS EYES AAAAAAAAAAAAA
YOUR BOIS ARE SO SWEET!!!!!! LOOK AT THEM ALL LIKE "TA DA" AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HOW DO PEOPLE MAKE SUCH BEAUTIFUL STARS?!?!?!?!?!
THIS ISN'T GOING ON THE FANART FRIDGE, THIS IS GOING ON THE FANART WALL!!!!!!!!
Heh... Fangirling aside, this was so worth the wait. Thank you for doing this! I can just imagine how my boys would act if/when they got the chance to explore the multiverse and you got it down perfectly. Though I hope they don't pester the Outbounds too much. Especially Papyrus, since he'd definitely be trying to climb through every single star he could find after this! Sans would be more manageable, I think, but the CONSTANT QUESTIONS, man. Seriously, though. You've captured them perfectly! Props to you, and thank you so so so so so much for this! Perhaps I should do art of your brothers soon! Howzaboudit?

Papyrus is Probably a Better Boyfriend than Sans (Part 5: Miscellaneous)
←Previous (Part 5 of 5) Next (Bonus) → (See Introduction for research caveats.)
(Though this post is "safe for work", outbound links allude to human reproduction in a vague, non-graphic way.)
Analyzing all known factors of attraction relevant to a romantic relationship would be far too time-consuming. As such, the sample below has just the ones easiest to research, most-replicated, or just the ones the author happened to find while researching previous parts.
Voice
A study on attraction mentions that women prefer men with a relatively deep voice. Though it's common in Undertale comic or game dubs to give Papyrus a Skeletor-esque voice fairly high-pitched for a man, his "canon" voice is actually a weird chattering noise. (a form of voice grunting) Thus, it's hard to tell what his voice should sound like.1 Sans' voice, being a low-pitched chuckle, might actually be deeper than Papyrus's.
Playing Good Music
Test subjects in a study evaluated potential romantic partners (short-term, long-term, and...other) based on photographs. These photographs were paired with improvised musical snippets of various skill levels.2 The research found that a potential partner is generally considered more attractive if the photograph is paired with higher-quality improvised music. The tendency is especially strong for women seeking long-term relationships.
While Sans knows how to play a trombone (despite his lack of lips and logical lack of lungs) it's unclear whether he plays it all that well. He only plays it once in-game, and then for only two seconds. Papyrus's line “stop plaguing my life with incidental music!” may suggest he's done this multiple times before. There's no evidence Papyrus knows how to play an instrument.
Scent
If flirted with, Papyrus dabs various MTT-brand cosmetic products behind his (nonexistent) ear. These products, or at least he “bone cologne”, are likely scented.3
In one study, women viewed videos of men pretending to introduce themselves to an attractive woman. Half the men in the videos wore fragrance, and half did not. The women visually judged the men that wore fragrance as more attractive, even though they couldn't smell the fragrance. It was found that the men that wore fragrance felt more confident than the unscented men. Thus, feelings of self-confidence from using scented products (e.g., cologne) may change the user's behavior in a way the increases attractiveness to others, even if those that judge them can’t smell them.
Red (Specifically, Papyrus’s Scarf)
The color red is commonly associated with amorousness and dominance. It may seem intuitive that men who wear red would be perceived as more attractive than those who don't, but evidence has yet to bear this out.
Expressiveness
Papyrus talk sprite sample, from The Spriters' Resource
People are more attracted to those whose emotions or emotional expression they can easily, confidently understand, according to the results of a study. The more better participants thought they could understand someone's emotions, the more rewarding the interaction was, and the more they felt attracted to the person.
Relative to Papyrus, Sans is inexpressive. His subtle expressions are conveyed mainly through his eyes, with his mouth apparently frozen into a smile at all times.4 Those who can't read Sans' emotions with confidence would likely feel less attraction to him than for Papyrus.5 Adding to this, Sans' constant smile may be interpreted as unnerving or irritating in situations where smiling isn't appropriate. (see Humor section)
Apparently, the optimal male voice frequency is ~96 Hertz. Comparing the frequency of the chattering noises for Sans and Papyrus could provide guidelines on how to accurately re-create them as real voices. ↩︎
Notably, one of the three instruments used in the samples was an alto saxophone. That's fairly close to a trombone, which Sans plays. ↩︎
These scented products may very explain one of Papyrus's calls: "PAPYRUS, HE SMELLS LIKE THE MOON." (One should assume claiming a cologne smells like the moon is a marketing gimmick; there's no way monsters would know what moon dust smells like) ↩︎
With the exception of a brief moment when he is hit in the Genocide Route, where it's more of a grimace for two seconds. ↩︎
Note that many artists draw Sans' mouth as much more expressive than in-game, to the point of giving him open-mouthed expressions when he has never opened his mouth in the game. ↩︎

Good excuse to yap about john doe!
I like him cause he's a goofy goober, I hate him because he's a bad dad.
He loves every different sans/papyrus equally, but he does have some favorites.
Again, he's a bad dad.
.....under verse.
It was pathological facade by GHOST, but now I kind of see him with EXORCISM by creep-p (both by the way, are in the official john doe playlist)
NOTHING! LOL (well, maybe that we both like sans?)
He is new so he doesn't have much going on on THAT department. But so far some people just say that he is interesting and fun!
Not in that department yet.
NO!!!
No, because he would possibly kill me if he's bored or something. Lol
No.
Everything I say is canon for him cause I created him, but I will say this: his favourite food is vanilla ice cream.
:) because no matter what he feels, he will always be smiling.
Old fashion goth maybe?
None so far.
None.
None.
More one-sided, but I would LOVE to get into/have people go further with his relationship with dust.
He likes to break lots of papyruses hearts sometimes because he likes to act like sans to them while possessing his corpse...its sad man, and I MADE him.
So far, I really like how he creeps out the outbound bros but they still are nice to him. Lol
I like to showcase how...not normal he is. And I personally think the story is not good but other people like it so...
He has gotten nothing so far from others.
I really like how @mimimuta and @t3m1 draw them. Mostly because those are the only two so far that have drawn him.
He is inspired by cyn soooo.....cyn from murder drones.
I liked him when I made him and I like him to this day. No change really.
He killed everyone because he was bitter they had forgotten about him and dipped. Funny but also tragic.
"How does he feel about other characters other then sans and papyrus?" he admires both toriel and asgore (even if his feelings on asgore are sort of muddy.) likes undyne, hates alphy's, (he sees her as a mock of a replacement for him) and is fascinated with frisk, chara and asriel/flowey. (Both because he thinks their interesting, like with frisk being the player. and because he likes chara and asriel/flowey because of his past relationship with them.)

Underearth: Book 1 - Chapter 26
The outside of the elevator was relatively cooler than back down on the first level. A quick investigation from Frisk showed why, as this new level is much higher up, far from the magma below. Just outside the elevator as well was a small flame with two arms, two legs, and a face. As Frisk looked at it, the face of the flame looked at him.
"Heh. I'm Heats Flamesman. Remember my name!" the flame said.
"Uh, alright." Frisk responded, not really sure on what to say.
After the interaction with the flame Monster, Frisk flipped around and walked down the narrow passage, a precipice on either side of him. Not long after, Frisk ran into a slightly wider area that boasted two Monsters holding hotdogs, and what appeared to be another sentry station holding Sans behind it.
"Hey buddy, what's up?" Sans said to Frisk when he approached the stand.
"Not much. So, you've got another sentry station up here?" Frisk responded.
"Nah, this ain't a sentry station. It's a hotdog stand. Speaking of which, wanna buy a hotdog? It's only 30G."
"I would, but I've still got no money." Frisk said a bit disappointedly.
"Heh, you should get a job. I've heard being a sentry pays well." Sans said jokingly.
"Yeah, I'll think about it"
Frisk, wanting to get a move on to get back to the surface, turned to face the pathway opposing the one he'd come down. "Anyway, I'm gonna get going."
"See ya, then."
Frisk began walking down the pathway.
The pathway was long and mostly uneventful. Frisk looked around at the area while walking, noticing several strange red-glowing things off in the distance. As he progressed, his phone began going off from status updates. First one from Alphys was a picture captioned "dinner with the girlfriend ;)", the picture was of a catgirl figurine next to a bowl of instant noodles.
The next update was from a user by the name of "CoolSkeleton95". It was another picture captioned "ARE WE POSTING HOT 'PICS???' HERE IS ME AND MY COOL FRIEND.", the picture was of Papyrus flexing in front of a mirror wearing sunglasses. Giant muscular biceps were pasted onto his arms, which were also wearing sunglasses.
"LOL, CoolSkeleton95! ... that's a joke, right?" Alphys replied.
"THE ONLY JOKE HERE, IS HOW STRONG MY MUSCLES ARE."
Ain't that the truth.
Just up ahead was a branch in the path, heading left. Not much further and Frisk received another notification. "NAPSTABLOOK22 has sent you a friend request."
"Who?" Frisk racked his brain trying to figure out who this was but couldn't remember anybody who'd go by the handle "NAPSTABLOOK22", so he rejected it, and stashed the phone back into his pocket.
The area he had entered appeared to be a dead end, with an apron lying on the ground. The apron itself had a large heart embroidered onto the front of it, taking up most of the area, and a big, brown stain on the top of it. Frisk decided to leave it be and get back on the correct path.
Another little bit down the path and Frisk came upon a set of conveyor belts, one going outbound, the other inbound. Frisk phone began ringing as he approached.
"H... hi...! It's Dr. Alphys. This p-puzzle is kinda... um... timing-based. Y-you see those switches over there?" she was referring to three red dots that ran along the outbound conveyor. "Y-you'll have to press all three of them within 3 seconds. I'll t-try to help you with the rhythm!"
"No thanks, Alphys, I've got it." Frisk responded.
"A-are you sure?"
"Yes. You don't need to help me with puzzles. If I need help, I'll call you."
"O-oh, alright."
The phone-call then ended.
Frisk got onto the outbound conveyor and pressed all three buttons easily, de-activating a force-field covering the exit, allowing him to proceed.
The next puzzle was right after the previous, just barely down the pathway. As Frisk reached it, he got a notification of a new status update from Alphys.
"that's the last time i try to help with a puzzle lmao"
Good, about time you gave up trying to help me. Frisk thought.
Frisk then looked at the area, which consisted of multiple islands with steam-vents pointing in all four directions on each island with a large switch in the middle. Three conveyors looped around the left side of the area allowing for those that wanted to to backtrack without entering the islands, but the only way forward was through them.
Frisk looked at the puzzle for a while before making a move, touching the switch located next to the steam-vent on the section he was on. This caused some steam-vents to de-activate, but a few to activate. With his collected knowledge, he then spent the following minutes preforming the puzzle, eventually solving it, and landing on the other side. Once there, Frisk proceeded down the pathway.
The pathway here was just as long and uneventful as the start of the level. This of course means, by just as uneventful, that Alphys was constantly posting updates to her status.
"OMG? ppl think Mew Mew 2 is better than Mew Mew 1? LOLLLLL that's a joke right..." and "omg... DONT THEY GET IT RUINS Mew Mew's ENTIRE CHARACTER ARC" - "My Mew Mew 2 Review: Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 2 Is Neither Kissy Nor Cutie. It's Trash. 0 stars"
Funny how people here are just as opinionated as back on the surface. Frisk thought to himself.
Further down the pathway, Frisk heard a deep, slightly muffled voice call out "Hey! You! Stop!" to him. Frisk turned to see what the commotion was. Behind him he saw the same two soldiers that were blocking a branch back before he entered Alphys's laboratory.
"We've, like, received an anonymous tip about a Human wearing a striped shirt." The one with what looked like armored bunny ears said. "They told us they were wandering around Mount Hot right now... I know, sounds scary, huh? Well, just stay chill. We'll bring you someplace safe, OK?"
Frisk stood still, as he wasn't wanting to go anywhere. "No thanks, I'll be fine." he told them.
"Hey, like, we've got a job to do, so if you could please co-operate with us, that'd be nice." the bunny-eared one protested, all while the other, who looked something like an armored lizard, just stared at Frisk.
"You're wearing a striped shirt." the lizard finally said, causing the bunny to look at him. They both remained quiet for something like a minute after until the bunny finally spoke again.
"Bro... Are you thinkin'... What I'm thinkin'?" The bunny asked the lizard, who just nodded. "Bummer. This is, like... Mega embarrassing. We, like, actually totally have to kill you and stuff." This last one was directed at Frisk. Next think he knew, they'd both drawn swords and readied to attack.
Frisk got ready to be attacked by them, and waited. These two Monsters were heavily armored in plate-mail, just like Undyne, meaning Frisk didn't have a weapon that could kill them. Then a thought came to his head. If I could get a hold on one of their swords, I might just be able to kill them. Frisk got ready to counter and maybe disarm one.
"Team attack!" They both said, nearly at the same time before lounging at Frisk, who backed up just out of their reach. When their swing had finished, both their arms were just hanging out in the open. Frisk too advantage of this and struck the back of the bunny's hand as well as the inside of their wrist at the same time. This caused his sword to fly out of his now half open hand and land on the ground not too far away. Frisk dived for the sword, grabbed it, then swung around and stabbed the bunny in the chainmail on his lower abdomen. The bunny gave a horrible shrike as Frisk pulled it out. The lizard stepped back, hesitating as the bunny dropped to his knees and Frisk cut off his head. The lizard looked on in horror.
"Robert..." the lizard then looked straight at Frisk. "you...!!!!" he then charged straight at Frisk, swinging twice, then jamming his sword straight into the ground, getting it stuck there. While trying to pull it out, Frisk took the opportunity to cut off the guard's left arm at the elbow. The guard recoiled from pain, stumbling backward and collapsing onto the ground. Frisk approached with the sword to cut off his head as well, but mid-swing, the guard brought up their other hand and caught the sword, pulling it out of Frisk's hands, then batting him away with the stub of his left arm. Frisk hadn’t flow far, fortunately, as the path was narrow and the drop was far into magma.
The guard regained his composure and picked up the sword of his fallen ally and approached Frisk with it, who too had regained composure. Frisk dodged the relentless swinging of the guard until one swing that left the guard wide open, allowing Frisk to shove him. Hadn't done much and wouldn't have done anything if the edge of the path wasn't right next to where the guard was. The guard saw how close to the edge he was and lost balance just enough for Frisk to shove him again over the edge. The guard screamed the entire trip into the lake of magma below, and everything fell silent.
Frisk sat back to catch his breath for a few minutes before going back and trying to pull the sword jammed into the ground, but to no avail. After trying for a minute or so, he just decided to once again press onward. Wasn't long before his phone went off again with another status update.
"oopswait how's the humnan doing"
What have you been doing this entire time Alphys!? Frisk thought to himself.
"Top 10 Shows That Make You Froget To Do Your Frickin Job"
Frisk kept the phone in his hand as he went forward, as he figured Alphys was going to call again. Just ahead after a bend in the pathway was a barely perceptible thick black curtain covering an entire section of the pathway, an opening in the curtain corresponded with the path.
Must be Mettaton again... Frisk thought as he entered into the area, resulting in a pitch-black view of everything. Frisk readied himself for yet another adventure with Mettaton.

Top Document Management Solution Companies for Healthcare Industry
The healthcare domain has no room for errors. Therefore, not having the necessary information at hand can directly affect business, pose legal issues, and delay healthcare decisions. To make that happen, a healthcare facility needs to keep track of information dispersed between various applications, stored in several locations, strewn through multiple e-mails, and isolated on various servers or workstations. As a result, document management solutions (DMS) have become vital for healthcare as they offer easily accessible resource and repository for managing enormous healthcare data, patient records, and images spread out across organizations.
The DMS, today, leverages machine learning, cloud, analytics technologies, and big data to augment the efficiency of the healthcare processes and workflow. With the ability to share vital health information in real-time, modern DMS are driving patient engagement and coordinated care while delivering cost benefits to the stakeholders. The ability to collaborate on critical health data in real-time puts clinicians and hospitals in a better position to make informed treatment decisions driving patient safety and clinician efficiency.
At the same time, most of the systems are mobile-enabled, which allows physicians to view and upload patient data at their fingertips from anywhere. The accelerated adoption of mobile platforms for care coordination and content collaboration facilitated by APIs is further adding value to the efficacy of the modern DMS. Furthermore, DMS integrates the existing clinical and administrative systems of a hospital, including patient information systems and billing systems, to continually update the patient’s data.
At this juncture, there is a wide variety of solution providers entering the industry with a set of advanced and integrated healthcare document management solution offerings. To help companies navigate through the best-of-breed document management solution providers, Healthcare Tech Outlook has compiled this edition. Besides, the magazine also comprises insights from thought leaders in the sector on the industry trends, best practices, recent innovations, and their advice for the aspiring CIOs.

He'd have to tell Papyrus later of his unknowing participation in a prank on the human. Hope he don't get too upsetti about them misusing his confetti.~ But the kid seemed happy so Sans was sure his brother wouldn't mind too much. Plus this is the first time Papyrus's mailbox had any mail in it since reaching the surface. That alone should probably make his Gyftmas (even if it is outbound mail instead of inbound). Speaking of which...
Sans flicked his wrist towards the mailbox as Frisk approached him again. As soon as he did, the flag on the mailbox switched from its resting position to standing straight-up to alert the postal worker. When the flag moved, it made a pleasant ringing sound. Papyrus must have added bells to his mailbox too to match the season.
"*Guess we've done enough damage here
*Nice job, kid~
*Couldn'ta done it without ya
*You really saved me a lotta work"
He chuckled as he pointed to the confettified sleeve and then his own head to indicate Frisk still had...well, a lot of confetti everywhere.
"*Ya got a bit of paper on ya here and here tho"

Previous Post Here
As soon as Frisk had their arm and the envelope in far enough, the wire inside tripped and some confetti shot out of the mailbox. It wasn’t enough to really hurt anyone but it could potentially startle anyone unsuspecting if the feature. Out of the opening also shot a spring with a note attached to the end saying “THANK YOU!!!” in all capital Papyrus font. Seems the owner of this mailbox was a little too enthusiastic about receiving mail.

So skelliebros what is your opinion on dream and nightmare? I don't remember if anyone ask you that. Or how about the murder or killer or even horror?
Sans: lil shnookie pookies we want to hug the metaphorical stuffing out of. or literal in this case since this is the only way we can right now.
Papyrus:... really hope no versions of them see this. unless they would let us do that to actual versions of them instead of plushies, then hope they do see this.
Sans: i mean i'm pretty sure we could find a dream and he'll let us. maybe even... convince a horror sans to do it to with the right bargaining chip... s.
Papyrus: noooot sure about horror sans... or if that's ethical enough for us to try but dream? talk about a dream come true, heh heh.
(Basically, they would like any Sans and Papyrus (currently can't think of any they would dislike but that could change). Some more than others and in different ways depending on who they are. More below!)
They tend to avoid versions of themselves that have more code influence over them (aka older, popular Sanses and Papyri) since they tend to see them a little more like celebrities of the Multiverse than other thems.
Think of them having more parasocial relationships with more popular/older AU Sanses and Papyri, knowing (lots of bits of) their memories and experiences and knowing those versions of them have zero connection to them in return.
And being more willing to be buddies with newer/less known Sanses and Papyri since they feel less connected to them since there is less code of them floating around that could have made up the Outbound bros' code . I don't know how to explain it fully argh
Also, just saying, Papyrus is more likely to get genuinely attached to other thems than Sans even if they seem to like them equally... Just throwing that out there.

Papyrus: well, that's two gifts now. and both handmade, too. for two other skeletons, you two have some of the biggest hearts we've seen yet.
Sans: and did you think we wouldn't notice those humerous puns you sewn in? you two really went abone and beyond here huh? but seriously, thanks a ton. now for the fun part of trying to figure out what to give you two in return.
Papyrus: ... tibia honest, not sure what that'll be but it'll definitely be coming your way soon.
(please know they will be wearing them for an embarrassingly long amount of time while also being super careful with them, thank you so much for the gifts!! The idea for the poncho designs was literally perfect!)

Introducing a pair of skellies from the Omega Timeline, Toots and Popie!
Summary, a Sans and Papyrus that the Outbound bros are friends with in the Omega Timeline. More detailed explanation of them and their relationship with the bros under the cut.
They're from a Lustlust universe, at least I'm calling it that but... it's just Underlust but Alphys managed to create a suppressant that... Heavily clamps down on the LUST trait the adult monsters had been injected with.
Since the feeling of Lust can extend to general passion, vigour, all those feelings, it has the side effect of making all the monsters given the suppressant really relaxed and easy going so the Underground became pretty mellow once it started to roll out. Not really that much of a change for Sans but way more noticeable with Papyrus.
Unfortunately, the creator had only written out all the important points for all the important characters, designed Sans and Papyrus and kinda left the AU there so Toots and Popie have like a weird mix of memories with the other characters, knowing things happened but actually remembering how they all looked like or even their underground is suuuuper foggy and distant.
Once they were brought to the Omega Timeline, it was super awkward since (I'd imagine) some people are a little wary of characters from Lust universes. Toots did manage to work with the scientists in the OT to recreate the suppressant so they can take it regularly so they're good on that front. Didn't help much with them integrating with everyone (at first, they eventually do).
The Outbound bros then came in while both sets of bros were relatively new to the OT and instantly noticed each other's ectobodies and had to talk to each other. They all quickly bonded and could relate with more things than they expected. Hopefully I'll get to draw them interacting cause I'm realising I'm bad at describing things until I actually have an example of them.
