いよいよ今年も残すところあと３日、今年ほど一年が瞬きだった年はありません。

今年のクリスマスは白金高輪のOUR FAVORITE SHOPで約一ヶ月にわたり開催されていたジュエリー・アクセサリー展の最終日、
会場では打ち上げ兼クリスマスパーティが催され🎄、パーティケータリングにて参加させていただきました。

キラキラ眩いアクセサリーと魅力的な方々の元で、料理神にその日の無事を祈りながら恒例の滝汗まじりのお料理ケータリングでしたが💦w、
今年一年、キギ、そしてOFSを通じて、たくさんのチャレンジと学びの機会を与えていただいて、
温かい人の元には温かい人たちが集まるという法則を肌身で感じ、感謝の気持ちが言葉にならないほどですが、
ただ一言、ありがとうございます！　この一言に尽きます！！(≧ω≦)

この日ご用意したメニューは以下のとおり。

【VEGAN MENU】

・酒粕ブラウンソースと小鈴（プチトマト）ディップのバゲット ・ローズペタルを浮かべた万次郎かぼちゃのポタージュ（乳製品不使用、豆乳不使用） ・パープルスティック（紫人参）が生えた里芋のコロッケ（ちぢみほうれん草ジェノベーゼ添え） ・大豆ミートと筑陽なすグリーンピーマンのラタトゥイユ ・甘人参のソースで食べる菊芋とパープルスイートロード（紫さつまいも）の素揚げ ・春菊の胡麻和えと赤カブの漬物トッピング　玄米ひじきご飯

お料理内容についてゆっくりとご説明する余裕もなく、もちろん写真を撮る余裕もなく😅、ひたすら作っては盛ってを繰り返すのみでしたが、 ふと会場を見渡すと、たくさんの笑顔がこぼれ、感想を伝えにカウンターまでいらっしゃるお客様がいたり、美味しい〜！！って声に安堵する自分がいました。 クリスマスイブで以前勤めていたお店を辞めて早一年。
その時、来年どうしてるかなぁ？とぼんやり思ったものですが、今も料理に関われて自分は幸せ者です。

最後に出てきたお菓子研究家　福田里香さんのまさに宝石のようなクリスマスケーキが衝撃的に素敵すぎて、
一つの作品で圧倒的な美しさを放つ職人技、切り取った一辺になってさ���に華やぐお菓子に感服するばかりでした。 最近、足し算ではなく引き算で威力を放つものにひじょうに憧れ心惹かれていた時期だったので、なおさら感動しました。


いつもお手伝い下さるクロちゃん、今回もたくさん助けていただいてほんとにありがとう、前日グレイトフルなタイミングで買い出しヘルプしてくれた元惑星の真理さんもほんとにありがとう。 そして重ね重ね、キギの植原亮輔氏、渡邊良重氏、スタッフの皆さま、OFSスタッフの皆さま今年一年お世話になりありがとうございました！ 来年もまたご一緒させてください✨　よろしくお願いいたします〜！！

Sitting here critiquing some of my past events and I came across this candid from a lil’ under a year ago when I had my very first @thesimplethingsproject pop-up experience at @ourfavoriteshop. This is a candid of my guy Larry (@okthestore) making the first purchase! So many people came out to support and I was kinda overwhelmed by the positive feedback, but it also gave me the confidence to really step on the gas with this project.
