Ottavio, Bluebird, and his beloved Vespa + sidecar. It’s his favourite colour :)
I had to trace most of the Vespa, I’m really bad at technical drawings…

OCtober Challenge Day 9 - Dapper
"Boss, you really should actually invest in a clip on tie for these events."
"'m not gonna invest anymore inta my look than this fer somethin so small. Ya know how expensive it is ta get clothes that not only fit but have magnetic buttons?"
"You can't afford a clip on tie is what you're saying?"
"I am sayin, that whatever it's worth is more than i care ta pay at this point. I don't wanna be at this damn event in the first place why the hell would I spent more fer it?"
Ottavio sighed in response to his boss. Neither of them really getting and progress with the other. But before he could continue Tyr does instead.
"Why d'ya care if 'm all that dapper anyway? I already paid mammon ta illusion it so 'm not seen tonight."
"Boss you did what?"
Instead of answering Tyr just walked faster.
"Sir?!"
Tyr fucking hates stuffy events so god damn much he just pays mammon to make it so he doesn't have to interact with people that night.
Then he just spends the night drinking and enjoying the food without most people even knowing he's there, other than his own men. Ottavio, fucking hates this fact.

Character profile
I've managed to translate my rambles into something comprehensible, so have Ottavio's character profile! Since he's a canon character, I kept the basic information to what I found on wiki and just fleshed out his character with the few scraps the entry has begrudgingly gifted me.
Ottavio
Name: Ottavio
Job: Cloud Officer of the Varia
Age: 39
Flame type: Cloud (active)
Nationality: Italian
Appearance
Ottavio has lightly tousled, fair hair and wears glasses. He has a thin face and wears the customary Varia coat.
Personality
I’m basing my Ottavio on the three facts wiki has given me which are he is smart, deceptive and a smooth talker. Also, this personality breakdown is based on Chief’s opinion of Ottavio, so keep that in mind.
Looking in from the outside Ottavio seems like a decent guy; he’s competent, thinks quick on his feet, smiles a lot, doesn’t look nearly as crazy as the other Executives.
Which was one of the first things that tipped Chief off. He’s too perfect, too normal. There’s no way in hell a Varia veteran just walks around smelling like daisies, pretending to not have any skeletons in his closet. This is Varia we’re talking about. The skeleton in your closet is your best friend, you have known it for years, called it Steve and are weirdly attached to it.
Ottavio’s nice guy routine raises all of Chief’s hackles, because this man acts like one of the old farts at the Iron Fort, who politic their way through life and shoot their enemies in the back room so they don’t get any blood on their heirloom carpet.
He’s a liar, constantly wearing a façade, never showing his true intentions. And Chief hates it. He can’t stand liars; he’d prefers outright madness instead of always being left second guessing someone's motives. His instincts never stop screaming at him when Ottavio’s in his vicinity and it’s driving him up the wall. It doesn't help that his inner Cloud can’t stand the perceived competition since Ottavio has the strongest Cloud Flames in Varia territory.
Conclusion: Chief hates Ottavio’s guts. The level of contempt he feels for the other Cloud is bordering on irrational but the more he’s forced to interact with him, the more he realizes that this guy? Has a whole graveyard in his closet.
Now, there are several reasons why Ottavio is still sticking around and hasn’t been incinerated by Xanxus for being a lying piece of shit.
Arrogance: Ottavio doesn’t perceive Chief as much of a threat. While Chief’s position as Head of Housekeeping technically makes them equals in the Varia hierarchy, he’s still a non-combatant. Therefore Ottavio tends to let his guard down when he’s interacting with him. This is based on his belief that he can always get rid of Chief later if the worst-case scenario occurs (aka Chief finds out he’s a traitor). But Ottavio doesn’t have that assurance with Xanxus and the other Officers, which means he’s way more cautious with his behaviour around them.
Acting ability: Ottavio is an excellent liar and knows how to play the game. He’s good at finding the right words, adding just enough flattery to be charming but not enough to be suck-up. He plays his cards close to his chest and he has a way to sway other people’s opinion in his favour.
Unfortunately, Chief alone doesn’t have enough sway to get rid of the Cloud Officer, even though he knows something is fishy is going on. Here’s why:
Connections: Ottavio’s from the old crowd. As former second in Command of the Varia, he still has a lot of support not only from older Varia members - Assassin and Housekeeping alike - but also from the main Family itself. Hence, he’s got a lot of influence and big names (such as Nono himself) to back him up, which makes simply disappearing him quite a difficult affair.
Competence: Ottavio is Varia Quality and has been for years. He knows his division like the back of his hand, his mission record is spotless, and his paperwork game is only outdone by Squalo and Chief himself. So, sacking him based on a ‘bad feeling’ is sadly not going to work (Chief is very salty about that).
This all adds up to Chief being stuck with a traitorous colleague, which is nearly as bad for his blood pressure as Dave's constant pranks. The only thing he can really do is warn his subordinates about the rat in their midst. It doesn’t help that Ottavio constantly undermines him, messes with his employees and just generally doesn’t value Housekeeping at all.
Well, that was my try to give this random filler character an actual personality. Like always, if you have questions or comments about this, my OCs or worldbuilding, just give me scream at me via asks.

A gift, for you, Tyr. Please enjoy. :3
Tyr: Then why's it say it right here? Ottavio: Boss. Tyr: Don't got an answer for me do ya? Ottavio: I don't have time for this.

Mousegirl May Day 1: Cheese
Lmao I based this off of “David with the Head of Goliath” by Ottavio Vannini.
[ID: A sketch of a gray mousegirl posing triumphantly with a piece of cheese. She has a red skirt and a dark gray shirt. Her hair is long, wavy, and brown. She is holding a knife in one hand and has her other hand on the piece of cheese. Her eyes are red.]

In Don Giovanni, Don Ottavio apparently lives with the Commendatore and Donna Anna. According to the stage directions, as the Commendatore challenges Don Giovanni to their fatal duel, Donna Anna runs back into the house, and then comes out (too late) with Don Ottavio. And her claim that she mistook Don Giovanni for Ottavio when he came to her chamber late at night makes the most sense if Ottavio was already in the house.
Unless someone can give me a better explanation, I'll assume that Ottavio is the Commendatore's ward.
In the medieval and Renaissance eras (and Don Giovanni is obviously meant to take place earlier than it was composed), aristocratic boys were often fostered with other noble families, to secure the alliance between the families and to supposedly build better character by preventing the boys' own parents from spoiling them. Sometimes this practice led to marriage with the foster family's daughter. It seems likely to me that this is Ottavio's situation.
If this is true, then maybe it explains a lot about both Anna and Ottavio's behavior throughout the opera, especially Ottavio's, and especially if both are portrayed as very young. Not only does Anna lose her father, but Ottavio loses his foster father. (Although he doesn't seem to grieve for him much, but focuses all his emotions on comforting Anna – the Commendatore must have maintained a formal distance from him.) Until this point, neither one has lived as an independent adult; they've both been under the Commendatore's authority. But suddenly, in an especially brutal and (for Anna) traumatic way, they're thrust into adulthood.
Suddenly they're the ones in charge and need to make all the important grown-up decisions. Their inexperience and unpreparedness might explain a lot about them. For example, why sometimes Anna is the one who calls for revenge on her father's killer and urges the more cautious Ottavio forward, while at other times, due either to fear or the weight of her grief, she falters and Ottavio takes the lead in their revenge quest. Or just why Ottavio is so cautious and reluctant to accuse Don Giovanni of the crime in the first place, and his sheer naïveté in thinking the culprit couldn't possibly be an aristocrat. Or their disagreement on whether to seek comfort by marrying straight away or delay their marriage to mourn the Commendatore's death.
All these things have been explained in many different ways by different opera scholars, stage directors, singers, etc. But viewing Anna and Ottavio as effectively two children, forced to grow up too quickly by the loss of their mutual father figure, makes a good amount of sense to me.

The Varia and the Uchiha both had a inner betrayal
I am the only who see parallels between the Uchiha, the Varia and the Noldo?
Maybe because they are grey rebels groups, full of ambitions and anger (towards the Ninth Gen and their lies about their Boss's heritage and his unjust imprisonment in ice, towards the Leaf and their exclusion of the Uchiha, towards the Valar for wanting the Silmarils and doing nothing to fight Morgoth)
Or because they are labeled as 'evil' because of that (for just having ambition to fight back, to demand and earn for things, be it freedom or revenge)
Maybe its because their main leader who really likes setting stuff on fire (but their love is just as fierce)
Maybe its because of the tragedy each story brings, of families torn apart and betrayal between all (of a old man that took him from the slums, of a weary shinobi that claimed he wanted peace and of gods that promised the paradise)

When one is pushed far enough, there is a point where they will make certain, there will be nothing left of the person that would regret being the instigator.
[ID: Full colored digital fanarts of the Varia, plus Ottavio and Tyr, from the manga and anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn. In order there's Xanxus, Superbi Squalo, Lussuria, Levi A Than, Viper | Mammon in their adult form, Ottavio, Belphegor and Tyr.
They're drawn from their chest up with a wrathful expression on their faces, baring their teeth and intensely and threateningly looking straight at us, their eyes wide open and the color of their flames. Xanxus' scars spread across his whole face, Lussuria looks up at us, lowering his glasses to show his eyes, Mammon looks more composed and in control than the others while Bel's the only one grinning.
The backgrounds are the respective color of their flames, but is grey in the case of Tyr. /End ID]
So! This is actually to show off a fun little visual head canon of mine where if a flame user is at ready to use the maximum amount of their power, for any reason, or that they're about to put in their full will in to the very next action they'll do. That their pupils will turn the same colour as their main flame.
However in Tyr's case as an example here, if they have not unlocked their flame but whole the same will that would have allowed such a thing, the pupils turns white as even the strongest flame is equal to all flames. And you know, all light colours at once is how we get white.
You also may notice Xanxus' pupils are not quite wholly orange and that's because i have taken the theory but not full answer of what Flames of wrath are in canon and made them 100% a hybrid of storm and sky flames.
Also yeah I head canon Ottavio as a cloud flame, creative I know.
