I cannot believe that after Good Omens Prime’s IG account posted THAT video to murder us, Doctor Who’s Facebook account posted Heaven Sent clips… And now I’m crying my eyes out I’m so not okay. Is there a conspiracy or what… What did I do wrong?

Yes, it has been almost eight years, Heaven Sent still made me sob. And now I think of it, both are about millennia of devotion, somehow both involve a damn bird (how is that even possible) and both break my heart to pieces…

Welcome to My Collection of Random Thoughts during my nth* rewatch of Good Omens Season 2

*only amazon prime knows the exact number at this point but I’m fairly certain it’s in the double digits

Episode 1: Gabriel’s fly lurking in the box when Aziraphale first takes it inside 👀

Crowley’s promise of “two minutes” basically means that he’s been homeless and living in his car for the past 4 years strictly so that he can be within 2 driving minutes of Aziraphale at all times in case his angel needs him I’m not crying you are

So here I think the key word is “fragile,” Crowley knows they are ostensibly safe from their respective sides but that could change at any moment so he’s basically spent the last 4 years in anxiety-ridden terror hovering as close to Aziraphale as he can to try and protect him from heaven, hell, and anyone else that would want to bring him harm after all that business they pulled in season 1 with stopping Armageddon

Episode 2: I just happened to pause the episode while Aziraphale is lying to the angels about his miracle and LOL Michael really outdid himself here (Sheen, not the Archangel)

Gabriel trying to swat flies and almost smashing the repository of every single one of his memories

So if Good Omens exists in Good Omens, does that mean Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett exist in Good Omens?? Do you think they based their Aziraphale and Crowley characters on Aziraphale and Crowley??

Episode 3: So I’m trying to find any hints or foreshadowing of the Gabriel Beelzebub thing bc tbh I did kind of feel like it came out of nowhere which is really the only issue I have with them. I found this one scene where Beelzebub almost ?? seems to be concerned about Gabriel ?? But it’s blink and you miss it and there could be lots of other reasons why Beelzebub doesn’t want to fail in locating Gabriel (pressure from/leverage over heaven, etc) so idk

Episode 4: So here we’ve seen that Shax can just appear inside the Bentley bc she did it earlier to talk to Crowley. Shax only pretended to be a hitchhiker so she could be invited in because Azirpahale was driving so technically she needed permission to cross the threshold of an angel 👀

This scene will never not destroy me the 1941 flashback is the absolute sOFTEST thing ever to happen on this show

POP goes the Ziraphale

Okay I know you can’t hear it in the gif but just before Nina takes Maggie’s hand, there’s a very quiet miracle noise, like Azirpahale literally MADE Nina dance with Maggie, he said I’m writing a Mina Jane-Austen-Ball-AU and my otp will KISS godDAMMIT

Azirpahale seems lowkey kind of manic this whole scene tho, he’s controlling literally everyone to force Nina and Maggie together and whenever Crowley says anything that pokes holes in Aziraphale’s Magical Jane Austen Ball Fairytale, Aziraphale just straight up denies it. He wants Nina and Maggie to dance and he wants him and Crowley to dance and he refuses to acknowledge anything beyond that.

Is this just Shax insulting Crowley for how much of a nuisance he’s been or a reference to his former status as an angel ???

They’re both completely dismissive of each other when they’re trying to say something important and that’s the main issue they’ve been having this entire season tbh

Episode 6: I think it’s funny that Crowley describes the angels as bees here because in the book, Neil/Terry describe humans the same way. Guess we have more in common than we thought huh?

So the metatron was the one who originally decided Gabriel would be memory wiped and not sent to hell, and he was also the one that decided not to sound an alarm about Gabriel for some reason and said ‘just go find him yourself’ instead. The metatron has definitely got his own agenda and you can bet he doesn’t want Aziraphale up there in heaven because he’s a “leader” and he’s “honest” like that’s exactly what Gabriel was and look where it got him 👀

There’s just something I can’t quite put my finger on about the metatron bringing Aziraphale a coffee from “give me coffee or give me death” and then asking Aziraphale if he’s going to take the coffee he’s giving him…

I have not seen a single person talk about this since s2 came out but Nina literally calls Maggie “angel” because that’s the term of endearment they hear Crowley using for Aziraphale !!!! I’m still going fERAL over this and I can’t believe no one else is eitHER

Something about this part of The Final Fifteen compared to this scene from the first episode is so representative of the entire season. Azirpahale keeps saying “my way or get out” and Crowley finally hits a wall and can follow Aziraphale no further. So he does just that. He goes.

I’m sure a lot of us by now have seen this post that brings up how Aziraphale literally pushes the remains of Crowley into his mouth and swallows and it’s the only thing I see when I watch this now

We still don’t know for certain if Crowley queued up this song to play on their way to the Ritz or if the Bentley started playing it all on its own and it’s driving me insane

Basically how I am doing after my Truly-Alarming-Number-th watch of this traumatizing episode/season. WELP hope you enjoyed this garbage dump of my thoughts and feelings time to go cry for a bit again BYE

Arcane OTP’s Gig 👀, quickly quickly!

A question that demands one answer when I have many answers to give.

Jayce / Viktor - The meaning here is clear enough. I’m aware there’s been a lot of back and forth with the showrunners trying to make this canon or non-canon. But tell me, anon, who else could be Judas to Jesus, if not the one who loves Him with all his heart? The speach Viktor gives, “In all time lines-…” sent me into an emotional free-fall. Jayce longing for nothing more than to have his partner back, only for them to ascend into gay heaven. There’s no other way to interpret that.

Jinx / Ekko - I can’t even remember the last time a show created its own rare pair and then canonized it in an alternate timeline. Technically, we got two rare pairs with Jinx/Ekko and Vander/Silco both being made canon in the same AU. I love how the show seamlessly combines artistic expression with science. Yes, we see this with Mel as well, but I think it’s more directly expressed through Ekko and Jinx.

Silco/Sevika - Do I want both of these characters to sandwich me in the middle? Absolutely. Do I also love the fandom AU where these two are TFT? YES. I think Silco and Sevika complement each other. Not just in abusive ways, but also in how their personalities align.

I saw someone point out that Sevika did not stab Vander in the back, she stabbed him in the front. Her decision to ally with Silco was not about spiting Vander further. It was because Silco’s vision for freedom resonated with what Sevika desired at the time. Vander betrayed them both by turning his back on the cause they had built together, a rebellion he had sparked alongside Silco and Felicia.

It feels natural to imagine these two becoming either occasional fuck buddies or emotionally dependent on one another. (And honestly, in Season 1, we already see Silco leaning on Sevika to an almost codependent degree.)

Addicted Heroin (Th) Cut Scenes and Colors - Episode 6

I'm reporting on the missing scenes from YouTube's version of Addicted Heroin [episode: one, two, three, four, five], and luckily episode six didn't have too many cut scenes, so I have more room for images of all the color-coded items because, apparently, after the events of the previous episode, Green Guy Pop has moved into Blue Boy Hero's fancy apartment, and EVERYTHING is color-coded!

The pillows are color-coded!

The dinnerware is color-coded!

The gifts are color-coded with more to come!

But even though the boys are exchanging colors, there's trouble already brewing in their color-coded paradise.

First cut scene:

When Pop takes the phone away from Hero and speaks to Lin, the scene goes on longer as Pop tells his ex that Hero was just joking about being his boyfriend but either way, they are still broken up. Hero is too busy freaking out to be rational, and the longer Pop is on the phone, the more Hero freaks out.

When Pop finally hangs up the phone by telling his ex that they shouldn't speak again because he likes someone else now, Hero shoves the watch he found at Pop and states that Pop couldn't bare to be separated from his ex for another second and storms out.

Second cut scene:

Hero, not as a means of apologizing but as a way to win Pop over, decides to buy Pop twenty-million color-coded personalized items with their names on them because he thinks Pop will replace all the items he kept in the box from his ex with all the new items Hero has given him.

Pop is mildly horrified.

Beyond the color-coded bags, boxes, towels, fans, cotton swabs, nail clippers, toothbrushes, and mugs, Hero also gets color-coded watches to replace the watch Pop's ex got him.

And matching rings with their names on it in which Hero explains again that he is heroin and poppy is opium, so they are each other's drug of choice.

Basically, it is my color-coded heaven, and Pop's worst nightmare, but all ends well.

Third cut scene:

Before the ex shows up in the classroom, Pink Person Only asks Yellow Yal Tiger AGAIN to go to lunch with him. Tiger responds that Only doesn't have enough time to eat since he is spending all his time dodging these girls and their punches since Tiger sent those pink letters to all of them, which makes perfect sense in a color-coded world.

Only gets upset that the girls are believing Tiger's dumb trick, so Tiger snatches Only's pink sunglasses off and laughs at Only's black eyes.

Even with the unintentional crotch grab, they are my OTP.

Special scene:

The first part of the product placement was in the episode five's cut scenes where Hero prompts Pop to think about his Kidnap Kiss™ so although this is not a cut scene in this episode, part of it was seen before.

But that's it for cut scenes! It's a miracle! However some random thoughts about colors since this episode was such a color-coded delight:

Palin seems to be another Pink Person.

But I think she has some inner mean girl since she showed up in all black around Hero and had a lot (of mean things) to say.

Also, Pop did not wear green the entire episode. He wore creamish yellow shirts all episode except for the one time he wore Hero's blue, so for him to be lit by a soft green lighting while hiding out at the very end might be telling us how he is losing himself when he is around Hero.

So even though he opened the blue doors at the very end to a very wet Hero,

It was nice to see that the green lighting stuck behind him.

Hopefully, he regains his footing and color, but since this show is called Addicted HEROin, it doesn't seem likely to happen anytime soon.

Probably Sasharcy (of course in the context of Sashannarcy). I absolutely adore all variants of the Calamity Trio but I just tend to drift towards them. My guess is that the personality contrast, and possibly just how much they both need to grow and forgive each other. I don't know it just intrigues me.

I also really like platonic Zelink from the BotW/TotK iteration.

And I Know I Kissed You Before (But I Didn't Do It Right) - BearerOfTheBitterMoon (liminal-lesbian on here) - Okay I could put all of Mara's fanfics on here. Her writing style and story concepts are just amazing. But we'd be here all day, so we're not going to do that. This one specifically though, was just such an emotional rollercoaster (without leaving with permanent emotional trauma, ex: The Three Body Problem). It's very sweet, it's very sad and it all just feels so real. If that makes any sense

A Witch In Wartwood - Disect - I haven't finished the sequel fanfic yet, but I love this story. It had a very creative take on a Swap AU, and it did a really good job at capturing the essence of the original show while also completely being it's own thing.

Pinpoint - i'm-at-my-limit - Okay, I need to get caught up on this one, because I love the concept and I find it's characterization really interesting but I'm also behind by like two chapters because I wasn't reading as much for a while.

Across The Seven Seas - Heart_Wit_Strength - Did I successfully trick you into thinking I wasn't going to say this? Did it work? Seriously though this is one of those fanfics that I read, immediately reread and proceeded to think about for the next three days. I actually have fan art of it that I need to complete some day. I don't know what you did, but you succeeded at it.

Then there's this one fanfic about Sasha that I really like, but I cannot find it or remember what it is called.

(I have quite a few others that I really liked, these are just the four that were in my brain apparently)

12. What's the funniest or craziest AU idea you've ever come up with?

So the same week that I created Daren, I also created what I call that Devil in the Details AU. Which is one of those AUs where it could be angsty, but I decided it was way funnier to write absurd shenanigans.

Basically Marcy, a lonely and aimless college student, opens a music box (gifted to her by her academic mentor, Andrias) and ends up with Darcy as the devil on her shoulder. Then Anne and Sasha are sent by heaven to prevent her from becoming corrupted and taken over by them.  

Of course, it’s a massive train wreck. 

Darcy is trying to convince Marcy that she should trust them. But because Sasha and Anne are almost always there they can only accomplish this through underhanded life coaching. (Though when Sasha and Anne aren’t there it’s manipulation is more direct).

Sasha is a nearly fallen angel who has taken to giving beneficial but selfish advice and also physically attacking any devils that she ends up paired with. 

Anne is just trying to get Sasha back on the right path and to find a way to get rid of Darcy so Marcy can go back to a normal life.

Then Marcy who was incredibly lonely finally has a social life and people that she can get engaged in her interests. So she’s convinced this is a great thing and is scheming to make it permanent. 

And from this queue all of the comedic shenanigans that could possibly come out of it. But also Anne and Sasha helping guide Marcy into making a life for herself that she really wants rather than what everyone kept telling her she wanted. While Darcy of course tries to counteract that because they assume she searching for a very specific type of success and do not understand any other idea.

13. What's a character or ship you haven't written/drawn yet but would like to some day?

So ironically the answer here is also Sasharcy. I’m not sure how this happened but we have two Sashanne centric AUs (TOH and BotW) and two Marcanne centric ones (Witch Marcy and also BotW). But none of them have focused on Sasha and Marcy specifically (aside from post breakup in the Witch Marcy AU). It's a really interesting occurrence

Cybernetics Assassins AU

This is like a very weird brainrot of mine. So this AU was born from putting 2 of my OTPs into very stylish clothing and thus a dystopian cyberpunk-ish AU was born. Also, no I did not play Cyberpunk 2077 lmao.

In the modern era where mortals and immortal races live together, the mortal races found a way to lessen their longevity and strength disparity via Cybernetic implants and cybernetic organs. At first, it was for the livelihood of mortal races. They can now spend longer time with their loved ones. They can compete on equal terms with the immortal races. For the longest time, humanity has known peace.

However, some mortals wanted more than just long lives and super strength. They sought to become gods themselves. Thus, unethical experiments and crimes with cybernetics implants as the cause became more and more frequent, and later, the resource for creating cybernetics became scarce and tightly restricted behind paywalls and prestige.

In the great mega-city of Teyvat, there is a secret war underneath the peaceful city as each secret organisation of 8 districts works in the shadows to either end the foolish attempt to reach the heavens, or drive deeper into the madness to become gods.

Cyno

Codename: ANUBIS District Jurisdiction: Sumeru Organisation: Akademiya Position: General of Tactical Assult and Infiltration team Race: Human (?) Cybernetic implant percentage: More than 75% Cyno was once a sickly boy who lived in poverty. No one would notice a child went missing in the slums, especially when there was no one to file a missing report. Cyno was found three years later by the MATRA forces, with Taj Radkani leading the team to bust an illegal experimental lab on cybernetic implants. The experiments leave Cyno with over 75% of his body replaced by cybernetics. The Akademaiya left Cyno to Cyrus, the lead researcher in the Cybernetic fields. The man later adopts Cyno as his son and teaches him how to control the body that he didn't ask for. He would later came to admire Cyrus' sense of justice and became the General Mahamatra to make sure that no child would suffer as he did.

With almost his whole body replaced with Cybernetics, Cyno's strength is unparalleled. Yet, it does not come with a cost. Legally, you can only change 50% of your body with cybernetics. This isn't just to limit the human's power but is concerned with the side effect on physical and mental health.

Despite that drawback, everyone in the Akadeamiya knew that no one was suited to be the General than Cyno. The ANUBIS would only be sent to the most dangerous missions because they knew no one else could return. Cyno specialised in infiltration and assault missions where he could fight from close combat to mid-range with his guns. While he does lead the assault team, he prefers to work alone though not because he hates people (ok he hates SOME of the people in the Akadeamiya) but because he didn't want them to risk getting hurt with the nature of his mission. That's why there's only ONE quartermaster that the Akadeamiya trust to help Cyno because of their compatibility.

Tighnari

Codename: WATCHER District Jurisdiction: Sumeru Organisation: Akademiya Position: Chief of Medical team Race: Valuka Shuna Cybernetic implant percentage: Less than 10%

Cyno's lover and his Quartermaster on infiltration missions. Tighnari was lucky, born in a well doing family and received the best education for medical degree. Yet, instead of joining the researcher on medical field or spent his later days in the hospital, Tighnari became Field Medic for the Akadeamiya.

His fateful meeting with Cyno started when he was caught as a suspect for smuggling cybernetics components which he wasn't guilty of. Tighnari's fearless stance as he was interrogated by the mantra caught Cyno's attention. They would later became friends and later, Tighnari would join Cyno's cause in defending the future of people from cybernetic experiments after he knew how Cyno got his implants. Other than their shared goal, he wants to be close to Cyno in order to take care of his body from the side effect of cybernetics implants.

Tighnari wasn't only an exceptional field medic but also the best marksman that Akademiya had to offer. With a more than 80% accuracy score for long-distance combat shooting and the highest headshot kill in Sumeru's history, one couldn't ask for a better Quartermaster to lead the mission. When the quartermaster told you to duck as he readied his sniper, you listen.

Xiao

Codename: Alatus District Jurisdiction: Liyue Organisation: ADEPTI Position: Assassin Race: Yaksha Cybernetic implant percentage: None

Xiao has lived for a long time. He has seen the feeble humans growing stronger with the wonders of technology. He had also seen how humans fell with their hunger for power. He also saw how the immortals had a hand in all of this game.

Once a slave to another immortal who also used him as a test subject to create cybernetics, Xiao hated anything to do with the cybernetic technology. He knew a secret of cybernetics, how the technology came to be, and how they used lesser immortal beings as the 'ingredient' for the first prototype of cybernetics. Xiao almost lost his life to the said procedure of extracting their immortal essence to make cybernetics. Yet, fate had another plan for Xiao as he was rescued by the lord of the Adepti, Rex Lapis.

When the news first came out, all the cybernetics production stopped once they knew what they had been using to make cybernetics this whole time. That was until a pharmaceutical company 'Celestia' has found a way to implement other ingredients to create cybernetics. Yet, Xiao's disdain for the product remained.

Growing distrust of both humans and other immortals alike, Xiao only listens to one person as he guards Liyue's ground, his saviour. He works alone...or at least until he met Albedo, the Quartermaster from Mondstad.

Xiao and Albedo met by chance as Albedo came to demonstrate medicine that relieved the side effect of cybernetic's surgery. Something unnecessary, Xiao thought. Liyue has the lowest rate of Cybernetic implantation of all the districts of Teyvat, after all. Yet, an attack from the people who tried to steal the cargo forced them to work together. That was when he took an interest in the man as he saw what a calculating fighter he was. The curiosity would later develop into something more as Albedo and Xiao worked to uncover the secret of 'Celestia' and how they could produce the Cybernetics on their own without immortal essence.

Albedo

Codename: ALCHEMIST District Jurisdiction: Mondstad Organisation: Favonius Position: Captain of Investigation Team Race: Andriod Cybernetic implant percentage: Whole body

Albedo wasn't a human but rather an Andriod created by an ex-scientist from Celestia, Rhinedottir. She left him with one command, "Uncover the secret of Celestia". Upon that order, Albedo journeyed to Mondstand and blended himself with the humans to learn more about what his master told him to do.

There, Albedo has found a family and his place within Favonius Knights. He sometimes forgot his command, even if he thought he couldn't. When Albedo started to develop this sense of self, he couldn't know. All he knew was that he didn't want to let go of this individuality as people saw him as a human, not an android. That was when Albedo knew he couldn't tell this secret to anyone.

Albedo's investigation of Celestia led him to one conclusion: they are still using immortal essence as the ingredient for the cybernetics, but the means they have received it was still unknown. At first, Albedo didn't know what to do with this information. He couldn't contact his master anymore after her disappearance. With no one to report his findings to, Albedo became lost.

However, after meeting Xiao and learning of his past, how he was treated for the other people to harvest the immortal essences. Albedo finally knew what to do. He added one more command to himself, "Stop Celestia".

Albedo would work with Xiao as his quartermaster to track down people working for Celestia and find where they got their ingredients from. Besides his exceptional Alchemy skill, Albedo was also Mondstad's best Quartermaster. With the highest success rate of the successful mission up to 95%, even the most mundane team would make it out alive with Albedo as the quartermaster to lead the mission.

7.) What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Uhhhh I tend towards fluff but maybe Kitchen Friends has the biggest hurt-to-comfort arc?

8.) Do you get hate on fics? Not on my fics! I'll get hate comments on my agere art sometimes, and on my Hazbin Hotel content occasionally, but that's it. Never on AO3, I don't think.

10.) Craziest crossover? The first fic I ever published on my main AO3 account was a Supernatural/Sherlock/RPF crossover: I was forced to make an AO3 account to post it because ff.net didn't allow actor fics. It's still up on my account, but I can't say I recommend it lol

12.) Have you ever had a fic translated? Hmmmmm I think my Sanders Sides content was translated into Russian at one point, but none of my agere content.

13.) Have you co-written a fic before? Only once, and it was on ff.net, and it was with my grade nine girlfriend.

14.) All-time favorite ship? Destiel, Valduggery, and Lawlight are my top 3 OTPs, in that order.

15.) What's a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will? My reader and Hannibal fic!!!!! I want to finish it SO BAD but it never works when I try and work on it!!

16.) What are your writing strengths? Character development, combining dialogue and action to make a full picture of a scene, keeping dialogue mostly in-character.

17.) What are your writing weaknesses? Consistency, sentence variety, typically boring introductions and ending to my stories.

18.) Thoughts on dialogue in another language? Not really sure what this one is asking: I feel nervous writing in other languages because I'm only semi-bilingual in French, so anything else would be a google translate mess: I typically just italicize the dialogue and "translate" it into English.

19.) First fandom you wrote in? Skulduggery Pleasant: my first fic was a death/whump fic based on My Immortal by Evanescence and I wrote it on my ipod touch while I was backstage at a dance contest that I'd already performed my part in, in 2009, at the tender age of 11.

20.) Favorite fic you've written? Oh! Um, probably Heading Home Again. It's not an agere fic but it's T-rated and it's a fanfiction about fusion in the Marvel universe. It holds up when I reread it! My favourite agere fic I've written might be Something Wrong, to be honest.

favorite thing about them: i like that he isn't just a stereotypical highblood, if you know what i mean. Like, yes he's still casteist and evil but he has his own worldview regarding those things thats a lot more complex than "highbloods good n strong lowbloods weak n bad" u know. If he didn't end up getting an rp account i dont think he'd be fleshed out at all. Also his design. Im so glad i didn't just make him taller eleven oh my god

Also i know im dragging this on too long but i like that he's not really aggressive. Most of the time. He's very polite and calm. He doesn't swear, he rarely raises his voice, he stays cordial unless someone's testing him first etc. In a way i think it makes him scarier. He doesn't need to compensate for anything, he expects you to know your place regardless. Its like being in a room with a hungry 14ft shark that's insisting it's not gonna bite you in a calm tone while grinning the whole time. God forbid he tells you your horns look unique.

i feel like me n kaveh have a pretty different dynamic compared to most of my other self ships, we def have more switch energy that takes me out of my usual comfort zone at times (in a good way!)
