Personally I feel the bland MC isn’t a problem. Most people tend to complain that other MC’s are boring or not assertive enough but there’s a good enough separation between you and them to slot your own oc in.

But honestly, I think WHB’s MC just feels more railroady. PB feels like they decided all of MC’s personality for us which is constantly horny and clueless and nothing else. I saw Eiden from Nu Carnival being mentioned and I wondered if MC would be more like able if they had more depth to their personality instead of people reading tween the lines.

Hell even Obey Me MC had sass and sarcastic options and development that made the journey worth it. 5 chapters and over 10 unholy stories into WHB and all MC has to show is…really nothing. The only magic they did involved uh …d*lidos in chapter 4 which I just checked out after that lol

Ah, I probably didn't use the right wording in my previous ask then because I agree with you on MC's personality being the way it is. To me they could be fleshed out a bit better and since we have a male option for MC having them react similar to Eiden from NuC would have been great. There's also Aoba and Towa to look at in terms of male MCs in 18+ situations (though to me if MC were like Towa in WHB...let's just say it would be a completely different game and I feel he's perfect for most situations lol) So for Obm's MC, I am 40/60% on their personality in the game, but okay with how they act in the manga. Idk it just seems a tad bit different between the two and sometimes I felt they were rude for no damn reason, especially to Mammon or Asmo in some stories. I will give it to them that being firm and holding boundaries though is a great thing. More of that.

NOW I'mma need PB to do something way more than that with MC's powers because they're the descendant of Solomon and I'm damn sure he did more than just stand there. He had the courage to summon Satan and speak to him in the first place.

Like geez the bloodline must of just lost it's touch after so many generations because how is that a superpower? Lol it felt like forced comedy during that chapter during a very emotional moment.

Saw this update for Ikemen Villains and I was like hmmmm *see highlighted part*

Now I know some of the fandom had some kind of biased against warnings for WHB because "we should know given the philias and nature of the game" however, some folks have icks that aren't the same as others even with dark/dubious content. I personally think it wouldn't be too hard for PB to make announcements like this for each card with the appropriate content description so those who aren't interested won't pull/pay for the card trying to get it. I don't even think this would deter players, since now someone would know what's in there they might be like OH I NEED TO SEE IT and go for it. This is mostly just an observation though. They probably won't ever do this.
