Hot take but the people who have a PUTRID hatred for NaruMayo and hunt people who like Narumayo for sport are... probably infatilizing Maya? And basically stripping her of her agency. It's really not in me to assume that people are that stupid but my first thought is that they've probably played the original trilogy and know damn well that Maya was only a minor in the first game (And also definetely no grooming involved) yet they still hate this ship to the extent that they do now. Sure, It would be weird if Maya was naive and vulnerable but she is not? Despite Maya's silly antics and her overall demeanor that many percieve as "Childish", she's pretty damn independant and strong for someone her age. Let women be silly! Note for people who can't read: You are allowed to dislike Narumayo! magica/gladstoneI love both characters independently but sadly..... F lol (and probably my only one I think?)the Big Magistone Comic that probably inspired most fanworks is a um a very mediocre mcgreal story that don’t make much sense to me and I frankly find OOC (Scrooge in this is ??????? why does he suddenly care?? what is this forced hetero nonsense?? unkie you okay there?) so yeah. I think I can see it as in Magica using Gladstone for her own gain? Luck or manipulating him to get closer to Scrooge or uh I guess in the context of fanworks it can be a sex thing...but beyond that I can’t picture them at all getting along. it’s hm. it sure is popular but I don’t consume this kind of fanwork at all because it seems to include interpretations of two characters I love but that I can’t recognize at all in the context of said fanworks so it’s... yeah sure do your things guys you’re valid lol I’ll stay on the side. I have no interest pushing two Rare Disney Characters that don’t have love interests in yet another hetero relationship when there’s like. nothing in canon to support it personally. but yeah. my hc for this ship is that if gladstone attempted to touch magica she’d turn him into a frog

fenton/fethryoh man this is the post where I say things that are not nice. this is a fun combo because Fenton is one of the rare things I like about DT while Fethry is one of the things I hate the most lol. So I have no interest in shipping him... please let Fethry fuck off on his giant shrimp and let him live far far away from this cursed Duckburg...... he deserves better....I don’t think they ever interacted canonly but hm.. both Fenton and Feth fall in that weird perception of “Quirky Misunderstood Nerds” ducktales seems to have, so sure, I assume they would get along. I guess that Fethry would find Gizmoduck cool? they’re also two characters that are unfairly mistreated by the characters they are close to (Gyro and Scrooge for Fenton, Donald and Scrooge for Fethry) so I think they could relate to each other in some ways. I think I can see how it can be explored in fanworks but like not necessarily as a romantic relationship...So D I guess?

Rey Is Not Going To Give Up On Ben Solo

Why I know this, is because she failed one time to help him, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t going to try again. She is the literal only person capable of saving him. Not just because she is the only one alive who cares about him, but also because so far, in all canon stories we’ve seen with Rey, that’s mostly all that Rey has done. Helped those ‘monsters’ who no one else could -or would- help.

In the Forces of Destiny episodes, she encountered a ‘monster’ who tried to eat BB-8, then when she realized the monster was simply hungry, she helped it by giving it a snack and it left her alone, later on, it would help her in return.

And again we got to see her helping a large ‘monstrous’ thing, which was at first annoying, no one wanted -or could- deal with it, except her, who realized it was suffering, so she helped it, and it, in turn, helped her.

So you see that very same thing happening in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi.

She encounters a ‘monster’.

Realizes he’s suffering. Tries to help him.

And in turn he helps her (and then in the perfectly synced battle she grabs his thigh and helps him kill people.)

Though in the end, things went south.

But this is her greatest challenge of her life, one that only she can pull through. Like she has many times on the ‘smaller’ challenges of her life before, she will save the ‘monster’. It’s not over.

This kind scavenger princess will turn this scarey murderous monster into the handsome prince he’s meant to be.

Am I the only one who bothered that Riener's suffering is just considered a meme for laughs by a lot of people instead of taking it with seriousness it deserve?

I think most people are being honest on theirfeelings about Reiner. Isayama did a great job delving on his pain and it shows. I’m kinda disappointed it tookthe Marley arc to understand how Reiner felt about the whole thing, even thoughwe got a nice understanding of his guilt through his soldier persona and throughBertolt’s words, when he confessed in front of the 104th.

But some are using that as a meme or to gainbrownie points. Usually they pretend to cry for two minutes before whiningabout the SC not returning. I can’t trust anybody who writes about how Reiner/Sufferingis canon and Reiner/Happiness is a crack ship. Although this statement is true,people are definitely jumping on the occasion to make more memes.

Dean watched as Jordan and Cas conferred, Jordan’s hands gesturing wildly. Cas tilted his head in his typical confused way, while Jordan continued to talk excitedly.

Dean glanced over at Kaity, who stood next to Steve and Bucky, both of which looked equally confused about the words coming out of Jordan’s mouth. Kaity patted Steve on the chest before walking over to Jordan and Cas, looking uncomfortable.

Dean leaned over to Sam. “Do you have any idea what they’re talking about?”

Sam shook his head and stood up. “I’ll go find out,” he said as he walked away.

Once Sam made his way to the three in question, Sam started talking. When Jordan replied, Sam started laughing. He then turned to Cas and said something that looked like, “Go pass clean.” Actually, scratch that, Dean couldn’t read lips to save his life.

Kaity walked away quickly, shaking her head. Now he was even more concerned. Kaity was normally part of any sort of mischief, but she walked over and buried her face in Steve’s chest. Jordan pointed at Dean, then pushed Cas toward him. She walked over to Bucky, who put his arm around her, still trying to figure out what the heck was going on.

Cas walked toward him, looking as confused as ever. “Dean,” he started in his gravelly voice. “What’s an..” he trailed off, before starting again, this time using his hands to make air quotes while drawing out the word, “Oteepee?”

Dean stared at Cas. “A what?”

“An otp. Jordan said you and I are her ‘otp’. What is that,” he asked, head tilted. Dean thought for a second before he made the connection. That Tumblr place that Jordan and Kaity were always on, talked about OTPs.

“Son of a bitch,” Dean groaned. “I’m too sober for this.” He stood up and walked to the bunkers kitchen, leaving Cas even more perplexed.
