need to get back on my home workout routine, possibly improve it a little bit

#i think be more willing to push near failure #add some new movements in #and while the weather is nice see if i can jog to the park nearby with #like these adult monkey bar things (part of a 'ninja warrior course') that are just designed well enuf for pull/chin ups #it's annoying there's no good way to do pull/chin ups in the apt #(none of the doorframes are even good for either door frame bars! besides I think the closet door in my roommate's room lol)#and the only calisthenics park i know of in the city is in the beautiful lakeside park by the yuppy part of town =_=#ostensibly maybe a solution could be made out of the porch the landlord built. i am not confident in his carpentry enuf for that
