Osho Daily Meditations - 116. BEYOND LANGUAGE /

🌹 Osho Daily Meditations - 116 🌹 📚. Prasad Bharadwaj 🍀 116. BEYOND LANGUAGE 🍀 🕉 All that is great is beyond language. 🕉
When there is so much to say, it is always difficult to say it. Only small things can be said, only trivia can be said, only the mundane can be said. Whenever you feel something overwhelming, it is impossible to say it, because words are too narrow to contain anything essential. Words are utilitarian. They are good for day-to-day, mundane activities.
They start falling short as you move beyond ordinary life. In love they are not useful; in prayer they become utterly inadequate. All that is great is beyond language, and when you find that nothing can be expressed, then you have arrived. Then life is full of great beauty, great love, great joy, great celebration.

Daily life 11. 8. 2024 | Take a rest in the morning - A New hotel nikko kaohsiung opening in November, near by my studio just walking for 1000 steps to get there. Pretty nice there what I love her the way design & display of art in the lobby. and
When I was a young girl (20 yrs old/amost 40 yrs ago hahaha terrible O my old) my favorite books of one. but I never touch this book once for a very long time, maybe my life so hard; the day I was starting reread this book:
「叛逆的靈魂 (奧修自傳) Autobiography of a Spiritually Incorrect Mystic」
by 奧修 Osho/ Rajneesh (रजनीश चन्द्र मोहन जैन 1931-1990 Indian godman, philosopher, mystic and founder of the Rajneesh movement.)
📌 Drawn from nearly five thousand hours of Osho's recorded talks, this is the story of his youth and education, his life as a professor of philosophy and years of travel teaching the importance of meditation, and the true legacy he sought to leave behind: a religionless religion centered on individual awareness and responsibility and the teaching of "Zorba the Buddha," a celebration of the whole human being.
(SEX GURU) p. 134-138 in English 👍
(Good Morning America)

Thoughts are like dirt, clinging to the mirror of the mind. Thoughts, desires, imaginations, memories --all are forms of dirt. Because of them, the purity of the mind is lost. Because of them, the capacity to reflect, the mirror-like quality of the mind is lost. A continuous cleaning is needed.
So, meditation is not something that you do once and forget about, because each moment of life you go on gathering dust. It is just like a traveler who is travelling.
Each day he goes on gathering dust on his clothes, on his body. Every day he has to take a bath to cleanse his body. Again the next day he will be gathering.
Meditation is like a daily bath. It is not something that once you have done it, you are finished. It should become like a natural thing, matter of fact. As you eat, as you go to sleep, as you take a bath, meditation should become a natural part of your life. At least twice a day you should cleanse your mind.
The best times are the morning, when you are getting ready for the day, the workaday world.... Cleanse your mind so you have clarity, so you have transparency, so you don't commit errors, mistakes, so you don't have any evil thoughts, so you don't have any egoistic thoughts. you go in a purer way to the world. You don't go with corrupting seeds. And the next best time is before you go to sleep, again meditate. The whole day the dust collects. Clean the mind again... fall asleep.
If you really start cleaning it, you will see tremendous changes happening...
In the morning, again meditate. And if you meditate rightly and you become a silent pool of energy, you will move in the world in a totally different way -- non-conflicting, nonaggressive, in harmony. Even if somebody hates you, you will transform that energy into love.
OSHO

Devi solo rilassarti'. Osho **************** A meditation camp is a place to stop our involvement in daily activity and create a space to explore the inner world. 'Why run frantically here and there for no reason? You are what existence wants you to be. You just have to relax.' Osho

Thank you so much for that quick answer! I have recently started with meditation although not quite so long and it is those "guided" ones on YouTube. Do they also work or how would you recommend to meditate? I tried to call upon my spirit guides but it didn't work so I probably did it wrong, how do I call upon them and others in the right way? And one last follow up question how do I find my anchor? Thank you so much for taking you time :)
The best form of meditation is zhan zhuan or standing meditation. One hour a day.
However, if you are beginner, I would recommend lustening to mantras on youtube anx sungung them. Gregorian chants is also really good.
Do this to quiet your inner chatter. For some people meditations don't work because the inner chatter can't be switched off easily. For them - 1 hour mantras and then standing meditation.
One more step if you are the freeze type of trauma response. This is you if you scroll on social media to calm down. Or you immediately escape into a dream world of your own where everything is perfect unlike your reality.
For all types of childhood trauma (caused from abuse or neglect) this solution is good -with one caveat - but it is especially good for people with freeze response.
I'll start with the caveat. This meditation type is not ok for people with cluster A type of personality. It is not studies but I have seen it with my own eyes and I genuinely judge the person who was encouraging them to continue.
So, if you are cluster A or suspect it but don't want to be diagnosed, do tendons mobility exercises instead. In general, for everyone a tendons exercise is good and recomended. For people with trauma - focus on the lower back. And don't do the type of meditation exercises - it will cause a psychosis.
Now that the caveat is out of the way - the recomendation is osho dynamic meditation. I personally prefer the kundalini meditation as it is shaking meditation and this is absolutely lovely one for when you are stressed. The classic "hoo" meditation is also highly recommended. If you do it 21 days your cortisol levels will drop (the stress). But again, I'm lazy and I like the kundalini dynamic mexitation better. If you are the fight type of trauma response (for example - if pushed to your limits you yell), then do the "hooo" meditation.
As a form of quick and easy meditation you can use the 6 healing sounds too. There are videos how to do it.
As a recomendation - do not force yourself into calmness (meditation). Instead, build a habit of starting a meditative practice. Do that for 41 days and then start increasing the time.
You can do 1 minute mobility exercise daily. One minute kundalini meditation. One minute mantras. One minute standind meditation. Tie it up with something you are already doing. For example - you have the habit of going back home abd immediately going for the couch, do a one minute routine in the hallway, before you take your shoes off. Do this one to two times a day, every single day for 40 days and then start increasing the time to 2 minutes, then 3. But don't rush it. Connecting with your inner self is a beautiful thing and is worth the patience.
As for connecting with your guides - you call them, they are there. Simple as that. Build up your sensitivity to the invisible world and you will start noticing their presence better. But don't make it your goal.
One last thing. As a form of meditation you can do alternate nostril breathing as a form of meditation too. You can do rebirthing or breathwork always with an experienced practitioner as form of healing too.
But don't do kundalini yoga. And if you really really do - less than 7 minutes. See, this is a very powerful method to awaken your energetic body. But. But. It raises your energy too quickly and I have seen it with my own eyes how people instead of healing get short circuited and stuck. And lastly, yet another form of meditation is reading rosaries.

I Have a Confession to Make
On this day, December 11th, in which Osho came into this world, I have a confession to make. Even though Osho spoke continuously about the need for meditation and introduced us to the 112 meditation techniques of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, developed his active meditations in order to bring us more quickly into meditation, and while in the body spoke for hours daily bringing us into a listening…

🌹 Purport : The living entity, because he is transcendental, has nothing to do with this material nature. Still, because he has become conditioned by the material world, he is acting under the spell of the three modes of material nature.
Because living entities have different kinds of bodies, in terms of the different aspects of nature, they are induced to act according to that nature. This is the cause of the varieties of happiness and distress. 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹

🌴 Rudra-saṃhitā (5): Yuddha-khaṇḍa - CHAPTER 39 🌴
🌻 The annihilation of the army of Śaṅkhacūḍa - 3 🌻
On seeing him coming on, Śiva sounded his Ḍamaru enthusiastically and twanged the bowstring, the noise whereof was unbearable.
The lord filled all the quarters with the sound of his horn. Śiva himself roared then, frightening the Asuras.
The lordly bull then bellowed putting the haughty trumpeting elephants to shame. The deep roar filled the sky, the earth and the eight quarters.
With his hands the fierce lord Śiva clapped the earth and the sky. All the previous shouts and roars were surpassed by that sound.
The Kṣetrapāla produced a boisterous laughing sound boding ill to the Asuras. In that great battle Bhairava too roared.
There was a terrific tumult in the midst of that battle. All round amongst the Gaṇas, the shouts of heroes rose up.
The Dānavas were frightened by those harsh and terrible sounds. On hearing them the powerful king of Dānavas became very furious.
When Śiva shouted “O wicked one, stay by. Stay by”, the gods and the Gaṇas rapidly shouted “victory, Victory”.
Then coming again the valorous son of Dambha hurled at Rudra his spear terrible with shooting flames.
While it came on, blazing brilliantly like a great conflagration in the battleground, it was immediately suppressed by Kṣeṭrapāla by means of the meteor springing from his mouth.

🍀 142. THE TWO DOORS 🍀
🕉 It is not a question of choosing between truth and illusion, because all doors that are outside you lead to illusion.🕉
The truth is within you. It is in the very heart of the seeker. So if on one door is written "illusion" and on another is written "truth," don't bother to choose between them. Both are illusory. You are truth. Truth is your very consciousness. Become more alert and more conscious. It is not a question of choosing between doors. The darkness is there because you are unconscious, so no light from the outside can help. I can give you a lamp right now, but it won't help. By the time you have reached your room, it will be out.
You have to become more conscious, more and more conscious and alert, so your inner flame, only that, will enlighten your surroundings. In that light you will see that all doors have disappeared. The door that was illusion and the door that was truth both have disappeared. They were both in conspiracy. In fact, they both lead to the same place. They just give you an illusion of choice. So no matter what you choose, you always choose the same thing. They both lead to the same passage. Eventually you end up in illusion. So that is not the problem. The problem is how to become more alert.

🌹Awakened Person 🌹
"The witnessing soul is like the sky. The birds fly in the sky but they don't leave any footprints. That's what Buddha says, that the man who is awakened lives in such a way that he leaves no footprints. He is without wounds and without scars; he never looks back -- there is no point. He has lived that moment so totally that what is the need to look back again and again? He never looks ahead, he never looks back, he lives in the moment." 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Unfortunate are those who are not interested in God's stories. It is a meritorious act to listen to them constantly, glorify then, and recollect them again and again. It is believed that even the monks like Shaunaka etc listen to Suta Maharshi's preachings all the time. It should be known that Srimata's proximity is present wherever the hearing of divine stories is going on. There should be preaching and listening with such intelligence. The stories heard should be appreciated. Criticism and dissection of the holy stories is an indication of ego. Listening and glorifying with devotional attention is a good way to propitiate Srimata

Osho Daily Meditations - 54. RELATING /

🌹 Osho Daily Meditations - 54 🌹 📚. Prasad Bharadwaj 🍀 54. RELATING 🍀 🕉 The more centered you become, the more relaxed you become, the more possibility there is to enter into a relationship deeply. 🕉
It is you who goes into a relationship. If you are not there-if you are tense, crippled, worried, and fragmented-who is going to go deeply into a relationship? Because of our fragmentedness, we are really afraid of getting into the deeper layers of a relationship, because then our reality will be revealed. Then you will have to open your heart, and your heart is just fragments. There is not one person inside you-you are a crowd. If you really love another and you open your heart, the other will think you are a public, not a person-that is the fear. That's why people go on having casual affairs.
They don't want to go deep; just hit-and-run, just touching the surface and escaping before anything becomes a commitment. You only have relation and that too is impoverished, superficial. Only boundaries meet, but that is not love at all; it may be a bodily release, a catharsis, but it is no more than that. We can keep our masks if a relationship is not very intimate. Then when you smile, there is no need for you to smile, just the mask smiles. If you really want to go deep, there are dangers. You will have to go naked-and naked means with all the problems inside made known to the other.

The Osho Zen Tarot is a unique and popular deck of tarot cards inspired by the teachings of the Indian mystic and spiritual teacher, Osho (also known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh). This tarot deck was created by Ma Deva Padma and published in 1995. Unlike traditional tarot decks, the Osho Zen Tarot cards do not adhere to the standard tarot symbolism and interpretations.
Key features of the Osho Zen Tarot:
Non-traditional imagery: The Osho Zen Tarot departs from traditional tarot symbolism, using artwork that is more abstract and contemporary. The cards feature images that are often simpler and more direct in their symbolism, allowing for a more intuitive interpretation.
Thematic inspiration: The deck is inspired by the teachings of Osho and incorporates elements of Zen Buddhism, Taoism, and other spiritual traditions. Each card is associated with a specific Osho quote, which provides guidance and insight into the card's meaning.
Simplicity and clarity: The Osho Zen Tarot is designed to be more accessible and user-friendly than traditional tarot decks. It focuses on simplicity and clarity, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced readers.
Major and minor arcana: The deck includes both major and minor arcana cards, like traditional tarot decks. However, the card names and symbolism often differ from traditional tarot, so users may need to approach them with an open mind and a willingness to adapt their interpretations.
Use for self-reflection and meditation: Many people use the Osho Zen Tarot for personal growth, meditation, and self-reflection. The deck encourages users to connect with their inner wisdom and intuition.
Various spreads: Like traditional tarot decks, the Osho Zen Tarot can be used for a variety of tarot spreads and readings. There are specific spreads designed to work well with this deck, and many readers create their own based on the cards' unique symbolism.
It's important to note that the Osho Zen Tarot is not endorsed by all practitioners of tarot, and some traditionalists may prefer more conventional tarot decks. However, for those who resonate with Osho's teachings and prefer a more contemporary and intuitive approach to tarot, this deck can be a valuable tool for self-exploration and divination.
Specialty of Tarot Cards :
Tarot cards are a unique tool used for divination, self-reflection, and spiritual exploration. Here are some of the specialties and characteristics that make tarot cards distinct:
Symbolic Imagery: Tarot cards are rich in symbolic imagery. Each card has its own unique symbols, colors, and figures that convey specific meanings and messages. These symbols can be interpreted in various ways, allowing for a wide range of insights and interpretations.
Versatility: Tarot cards can be used for a variety of purposes. They can offer guidance on specific questions, provide insight into personal challenges or situations, aid in decision-making, or simply serve as a tool for self-reflection and introspection.
Archetypal Psychology: Tarot cards are often associated with Carl Jung's concept of archetypes. The cards represent universal, timeless themes and human experiences, making them a powerful tool for exploring the depths of the human psyche and understanding the collective unconscious.
Intuition and Insight: Tarot readings often involve tapping into one's intuition and inner wisdom. Readers use their intuitive abilities to interpret the cards and provide insights that may not be immediately apparent from the imagery alone.
Structured System: Tarot decks consist of a structured set of cards divided into two main groups: the Major Arcana and the Minor Arcana. The Major Arcana represents significant life events and spiritual lessons, while the Minor Arcana deals with more day-to-day experiences.
Flexibility in Interpretation: While there are traditional meanings associated with each card, tarot is not a rigid system. The interpretations can vary depending on the context, the reader's intuition, and the querent's (person receiving the reading) unique circumstances.
Personal Growth and Reflection: Tarot cards can be a powerful tool for personal growth and self-awareness. They encourage introspection, self-reflection, and a deeper understanding of one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Connection to Spirituality: For many, tarot is a spiritual practice. It can be a way to connect with higher consciousness, higher self, or a divine source. Some use tarot as a means of receiving guidance and wisdom from a higher power.
Empowerment: Tarot readings can empower individuals by offering them a sense of clarity, validation, and a new perspective on their situations. It can provide a sense of agency and help people navigate challenges with confidence.
Cultural and Historical Significance: Tarot cards have a rich history and cultural significance. They have been used for centuries and have been influenced by various cultures, including Italian, French, and Egyptian symbolism.
It's important to note that while tarot can be a valuable tool for many, it's not a replacement for professional advice or counseling. It's always advisable to seek professional help for serious issues or decisions.
