The teacher sits on a chair and explains each step of what he's doing. He starts by holding up a sock that is neatly rolled down to its toe, the way that a condom is when you first get it out of a packet. He says, "If I'm putting on a sock, what do I do? So, I'm gonna pinch out the air of the tip of the sock, 'cause I wanna make sure there is room for my toes."

He slips the sock onto his toes and says, "Then I take the sock and I put it on the top of my foot, and all I do is roll it down."

He rolls the sock to the middle of his foot and says, "Now some people stop right here, and just only put the sock on halfway. That's not how you do it!

"You wanna take your sock, and you want to roll it all the way down your foot."

He pulls the sock past his heel and to his ankle and says, "And then you can put it inside your shoe."

He puts that foot into a shoe and says, "And then you're ready to engage in a shoe activity!"
