Mid-Century Simulation / “Don’t Worry Darling”

Life was perfect in the idyllic company town of Victory, California for our two happily married characters…up until now. Your character was working his way up the corporate ladder when the untimely death of Victory’s founder, Frank, shook the foundations of everything the residents of Victory thought they knew. Under the new and unfamiliar leadership of Frank’s widow, Shelley, the development of progressive materials is now a more pressing goal than ever and the men are away at Headquarters more often than not. Left to their own devices, the wives are starting to talk, emboldened by the knowledge that women can be in positions of power in their own right under Shelley’s formidable example. The future of Victory is uncertain and for my character, who desperately misses yours, it’s becoming clear that things have never been what they seem.

This plot would take place directly after the events of Don’t Worry Darling. So Shelley kills Frank and then wakes up in the real world to direct the murder of Alice Warren before she can go public with what she knows. Shelley assumes power in Victory to “fix” her husband’s mistakes, but the men are unhappy under the leadership of a woman—especially since she is forcing them to remain in the real world for longer periods of time to earn the Victory Project more money to pay for Frank’s mistakes and expand the simulation. The relationship between our characters can mirror Jack and Alice’s in the movie where mine doesn’t know what is happening to her and yours is trying to keep the truth under wraps or it can be more of a Bunny and Dean situation where she’s in on it and has to make a choice between her husband and the other wives. Or maybe it could be a mix of both. It’s up to you!

Vampires and werewolves have been enemies since the dawn of time. A cat and dog rivalry, constantly chasing, attacking, and killing one another. In the past however, they were able to disguise their factions and fights, preying on humans in the shadows. The only ones aware were each other, bickering about not being careful, or splitting the rations of blood.

𝐈𝐈. Covens formed, packs were joined, and throughout history, they prevailed. However, as times would change, so did technology, and their deceptive ways had begun to grow detected. Tensions rose as wolves blamed their bat enemies for not being cautious enough, and vampires blaming their wolven rivals for rampaging in their werewolf form in the night.. over time, they resolved this conflict with an shared idea, as hunters arose as a threat.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. The covens and packs migrated deep into the woods, where they’d be hidden from humankind. This seemed like a perfect resolve.. but problems are never truly over- as now, a new night stalking Shapeshifting beast has been thrown into the ring.. having been hidden in the woods for decades since.

🧚 I’m summoning all my medieval fantasy lovers who enjoy throwing headcanons around, plotting together, enthusiasm that is mutual, creating Pinterest boards and playlists. I really want to meet a writing partner who has the same passion for what we write, I want to completely immerse ourselves into the world we create and freak out over the couple we create. I only feel comfortable writing with non binary and women. It makes me uncomfortable to write with a cis man. I myself am a woman, in case you’re curious. I’m now 23 so I ask that my writing partners be 18+!

I’m looking for somebody who will want to stay up til late because we’re too excited to sleep, I want a friend as well as a writing partner. I’d really love to write as or write against a female muse who has depth to her and isn’t overly submissive. I want complexed characters. I want spice.

I’m a sucker for one human muse (even if temporarily) and the other a fantasy creature. Though it isnt required! It’s optional. I love the angst and all of that to go with it. I don’t have a particular storyline that I’m set on but I do know I want kingdoms at war, enemies to lovers and potential mates if you like Idea. I adore soulmate plots.

I am an advanced writer ranging from adv lit to novella. Anything else bores me I’m sorry! I’d prefer for our story to have spice in it, I feel like it adds so much to the story. I write solely on discord.

A little about me, I’m old (early thirties) I used to be a tumblr kid but left when they banned NSFW content. I’m back now solely to look for RP partners. I work over nights in health care so there are some days I simply won’t be up for much but OOC chatter. WWIII / “The Beguiled”

Secluded deep in the rural wilderness of North Carolina is a private school for girls where the most influential families of the United States send their daughters to become the country’s leading women. But it has been years into the third World War and the grandeur of such a place has been slowly ripped away as only a handful of the girls remain. None of them have heard from their parents in weeks, months, years. They have nowhere else to go, nowhere to run. All they can do is wait for the end of a war that may never come. Only days after their two teachers go out for supplies and fail to return does an injured young man in a uniform show up at their front door, clearly a rogue soldier who got lost—or worse, a deserter—in need of shelter and medical attention.

Your character is a soldier who somehow finds himself in an abandoned school for girls, surrounded by young women who have not seen a man in years. However he got there is up to you. My character is one of the oldest girls at the school who should have graduated years ago, but doesn’t have anywhere to go in the midst of a World War. She has unwittingly become the leader of a small group of surviving girls now that their teachers have gone missing and has no idea what to do with the mysterious and very attractive man who has shown up at her door.

Looking for 21+ roleplay partner(s)

I revived this ancient, dusty blog to find one (or more) rp partners to write some stuff, and possibly, some things with.

General housekeeping: I am, for the most part, looking for oc x oc and prefer fandomless. I will make exceptions for some few and far between fandoms, as well as oc’s in a particular fandom-based world if I’m familiar enough.

I’m PST timezone and have been roleplaying for over a decade. Those are my only reliable credentials.

What I’m looking for:

POV: Third person

Pairings: currently m/m & f/f

Genre: Open to discuss some interests in this department. I am willing to explore if characters and plot are interesting.

Plot(s): I would love to plot with a partner from scratch, but also love to hear any original plots you may have.

Tropes: I love a good trope. And this includes trope pairings as well. Examples enemies to lovers, found family, vampire x hunter, mafia x innocent, demon x witch, etc.

Style: semi-literate to novella. I match my partner and expect that they take some pride in their writing. I’m no Shakespeare myself, but will absolutely try to respond with as much quality as possible. There should be a mutual exchange of enjoyment in our back and forths.

Response Rate: Typically daily, but can be more or less depending upon life and her many trials and tribulations. I will always keep my partners in the loop of an absence or a spam-sesh.

Platform(s): I’m open to most platforms. I typically use discord but can be tutored into whatever platform tickles your fancy.

Extra details: I have very few limits on what I will write and will gladly discuss boundaries and expectations. I like to maintain an open ooc dialogue with my partners to brainstorm and make sure we’re both getting what we like out of our story.
