Mid-Century Simulation / “Don’t Worry Darling”

Life was perfect in the idyllic company town of Victory, California for our two happily married characters…up until now. Your character was working his way up the corporate ladder when the untimely death of Victory’s founder, Frank, shook the foundations of everything the residents of Victory thought they knew. Under the new and unfamiliar leadership of Frank’s widow, Shelley, the development of progressive materials is now a more pressing goal than ever and the men are away at Headquarters more often than not. Left to their own devices, the wives are starting to talk, emboldened by the knowledge that women can be in positions of power in their own right under Shelley’s formidable example. The future of Victory is uncertain and for my character, who desperately misses yours, it’s becoming clear that things have never been what they seem.

This plot would take place directly after the events of Don’t Worry Darling. So Shelley kills Frank and then wakes up in the real world to direct the murder of Alice Warren before she can go public with what she knows. Shelley assumes power in Victory to “fix” her husband’s mistakes, but the men are unhappy under the leadership of a woman—especially since she is forcing them to remain in the real world for longer periods of time to earn the Victory Project more money to pay for Frank’s mistakes and expand the simulation. The relationship between our characters can mirror Jack and Alice’s in the movie where mine doesn’t know what is happening to her and yours is trying to keep the truth under wraps or it can be more of a Bunny and Dean situation where she’s in on it and has to make a choice between her husband and the other wives. Or maybe it could be a mix of both. It’s up to you!

Vampires and werewolves have been enemies since the dawn of time. A cat and dog rivalry, constantly chasing, attacking, and killing one another. In the past however, they were able to disguise their factions and fights, preying on humans in the shadows. The only ones aware were each other, bickering about not being careful, or splitting the rations of blood.

𝐈𝐈. Covens formed, packs were joined, and throughout history, they prevailed. However, as times would change, so did technology, and their deceptive ways had begun to grow detected. Tensions rose as wolves blamed their bat enemies for not being cautious enough, and vampires blaming their wolven rivals for rampaging in their werewolf form in the night.. over time, they resolved this conflict with an shared idea, as hunters arose as a threat.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. The covens and packs migrated deep into the woods, where they’d be hidden from humankind. This seemed like a perfect resolve.. but problems are never truly over- as now, a new night stalking Shapeshifting beast has been thrown into the ring.. having been hidden in the woods for decades since.

A little about me, I’m old (early thirties) I used to be a tumblr kid but left when they banned NSFW content. I’m back now solely to look for RP partners. I work over nights in health care so there are some days I simply won’t be up for much but OOC chatter. But it has been years into the third World War and the grandeur of such a place has been slowly ripped away as only a handful of the girls remain. None of them have heard from their parents in weeks, months, years. They have nowhere else to go, nowhere to run. All they can do is wait for the end of a war that may never come. Only days after their two teachers go out for supplies and fail to return does an injured young man in a uniform show up at their front door, clearly a rogue soldier who got lost—or worse, a deserter—in need of shelter and medical attention.

Your character is a soldier who somehow finds himself in an abandoned school for girls, surrounded by young women who have not seen a man in years. However he got there is up to you. My character is one of the oldest girls at the school who should have graduated years ago, but doesn’t have anywhere to go in the midst of a World War. She has unwittingly become the leader of a small group of surviving girls now that their teachers have gone missing and has no idea what to do with the mysterious and very attractive man who has shown up at her door.

Hey! It’s been numerous of months since I last wrote. I was forced to take a hiatus due to severe health issues but I’m hoping to dip my toes back in. I’m 22, my pronouns are she / her, my writing style is advanced literate to novella. I enjoy making friends with my writing partners, creating playlists and Pinterest boards and all of those fun things. I prefer realistic to realistic art for face claims. Either is fine by me! I will only write with those 18 and above. I do prefer writing spicy content. I will play either a female or male muse, I’m happy to double and I’m also happy to do any pairings. Romance is a must for me, even if it’s a subplot. I have many tropes I adore, such being : enemies to lovers, star crossed, forbidden love, grumpy x sunshine, soulmates / fated mates, morally grey characters, the villain gets the girl / guy / person. There are numerous others too but I want to keep it relatively short at least. I would love to include a villainous main character right now, be that I write them or I write against them. I’m happy for either!

I’m looking for a fantasy roleplay. I am itching to start one again, I’d love that. Some of my favourite fantasy creatures are, dragons, vampires, fae / elves, gods, demi gods, shapeshifters, and so so many more. I love adding undead as the enemies or puppets of the villain because it’s so much fun. It’s a combination of apocalypse and fantasy. I would love a writing partner who shares a genuine deep understanding for my illness and who is also utterly invested in our story together and loves plotting & headcanons as much as I do! Depending on my health, I can reply multiple times a day but I try keep it as regular as possible, unless something particularly serious needs my utmost attention to heal.

I would love to meet likeminded individual who adore immersing in worlds and creating so much together. Creating a Pinterest board for our characters is very inspiring for me also. The ForestSMP is an Origin server inspired by things like 'wanderhome' and 'over the garden wall' where you get to play as a creatures or spirits of the neverending forest!

For the more adventurous types we have mods like dungeon crawl and battle towers! If your the type to settle and create glorious settlement we have mods like Farmers delight and many decorations mods!
