I did my first OC gifset, first one is for Alveri.

I'll go first:

BG3:

Aurum: Her name was originally for a different character idea I never ended up doing, it means "gold" in Latin.

Saphiri: Saphiri's name came from the Gaelic word for "Sapphire", she's a character I'd envisioned for a while.

Alveri Drakanis: I named her Alveri simply because I liked the name, but her last name I built off of "dragon" since she's a draconic sorcerer.

Stheno Darkmoon: One of my favourite names, Stheno was the name of one of Medusa's gorgon sisters in Greek Mythology (another one of my obsessions). Her last name thingy, Darkmoon, I used when I gave her the darkmoon piercings, which looked and sounded nice.

Nyxilis: Nyxilis' name came from Nyx, another Greek mythological character, and goddess of the night sky. My favourite deity <3

Euryale: ANOTHER character named after a Greek character, Euryale was named after Medusa's other gorgon sister.

Halviti: Halviti is a cambion who's name stems from the word for "hell" in icelandic (helvíti).

TES:

Viper: I wanted to make a snake themed character, and eventually found suiting lore for her. Her name is based off of her snake-liness and a song that I used for inspiration.

Kona Dreki: The humanoid draconic immortal, her name means "Lady dragon" or "dragon woman" in Icelandic.

The other names for my Skyrim/TES OCs just sounded nice so I went with it lmao.
